Scott Fortin - Chinevere: Well the office staff never gets back with you when you put your application in or to tell you if or why your disqualified for the rental place. Most places are nice but some are over priced for the area or the age of home

Robyn Gallardo: Update: the apartment rented to me looked nothing like the pictures posted. It had not been painted, a million old patched nail holes, painted over dents in the walls, moldy falling off tub caulking, no window coverings in the bedroom all of which were repaired and painted by me with zero reimbursement. Shingles flying off with every storm, siding falling off or gaping spaces exposing styrofoam panels for insulation. A basement that floods with every rain so the place smells of mold and mildew constantly. Because of the condition of the ceilings those weren't painted by me. 4+ yrs later and they're keeping every dime of my deposit even though they haven't put a dime into it's appearance in years. Now he's relisted it for higher rent, taking advantage of my repairs. Oh and it is true that they take application fees for apartments ALREADY submitted for because they did it to me! Showed me the apartment, submitted my application & fees.., I call back "sorry that apartments been rented"! 201 E Maple St Holly, don't rent it if you're allergic to mold. SLUMLORDS!!!!!!These people are the worst. The only time you EVER get a call back, an email answered or repairs done is to threaten to withhold rent! Although my lease doesn't stipulate I am responsible for lawn care an snow removal, APPARENTLY I AM WITH NO SECURE STORAGE AREA FOR EQUIPMENT!! Will never rent from these people again.
jessica Babcock: My experience with them was not all the great me and my husband put in applications I feel all they want is the application money because they say someone was approved but they are still showing and taking peoples application money I told them more then once if my application have been approved I have the money to move in now but nothing you would think if it's been sitting empty for 7 months they would want someone in it ASAP

I personally haven't heard from them since I filed application unless I spend all day trying to contact anyone threw email. Txt, zillow. All I ask is for the agent to keep me informed on the application process as it's going. I've been ready to move into a place like now

Kelsey Cahill: I should have listened to the recent reviews before applying for a home for my family that is facing homelessness. They took our application money and never heard anything back. Keep getting the same run around as everyone else. Either they're still processing over 2 weeks later , or they dont even reach back to you. From what I'm seeing it's all just a scummy application scam, dont waste your money.

Alison Drumm: I lived in the Corunna road apartment # 4 for 1 year. In that year I dealt with raccoons living in the walls, among other things. When I first moved in there was a trap on the roof which had never been set or baited the entire time that I lived there. It was used as more of a display than to actually trap anything. My first complaint about the raccoons I was told that there had been an exterminator that did nothing and they had fired that exterminator and were looking for someone new. Later when I complained about the raccoons again I was told that the exterminator had gotten mad at ipm and took back their trap. Before the exterminator "took back their trap" I was told that they had been out to the apartment and did not see any signs of raccoons. I told the maintenance person I had been communicating with, Sunny, that I had videos and I could prove that there had been raccoons in the building. That is when I was told the exterminator took back their trap. After this my dad put out a trap and caught a raccoon within a few days.Clearly innovative property management doesn't care about their tenants or their property investment. They never put any real effort into solving this issue that I was told they've had for 2 years now. Although the location was nice I'm glad I was able to get out when I did.

Angelica Alcaide: I have been a real estate investor in different states for over 7 years and also worked as a property manager and i have never encounter such ineptitude from a property management, contractor, tenants, etc. when there’s a problem they don’t act in a timely manner they take months to rectify and poor communication. I have a property with PMI for 2 years. I cannot wait to sell it because it cost me way more to hold it than selling it or I even offered for free. No profit was made in those 2 years only expenses due to terrible management. I messaged the owner mike and he doesn’t care either. This is not the place to have your investment in.
Carlos Robinson: I’m literally getting the run around. Submitted an application two weeks ago and she had told me that she’s printed my app and sent it to someone twice they do no answer the phone I have to call at least 4 times a day before I can get ahold of anyone. ***** update***** So this company took my money did not do a background check didn’t have any copies of anything I sent over but told me I was declined! The clerk couldn’t find any paper work and she couldn’t answer any questions I asked. I didn’t get any email notification that a background check was being performed (like all other companies and also stated in docusign) after I paid that was the only confirmation or email I got after that I received nothing

I rent an apartment but still have to pay to get my grass cut and snow removed.I believe bugs are eating the wood floor in the living room. I told that if pest control was to come out. I would have to pay for the services and if I didn't pay and let the bugs eat the floor they would come out and fix the floor. So you will fix a floor that terminates are eating so they can eat it again? Don't make no sense.My refridgetor is leaking and making a funny noise. "We don't replace appliances" WHAT DO YOU DO?! NOTHING! They make sure rent is paid on time.If I was you I would move anywhere else.. maybe hell. That's probably better.

Hey look on the bright side PMI you'll have more houses to rent, from the mass exodus of people leaving the neighborhood.

Diane: Cummings Property Management has been our property management company for our condo association in Flint Township for many years. Dianne Cartledge is our current manager. Since becoming our manager she has implemented improvements in procedures, communication, project completion, and has facilitated compliance to by-laws by the homeowners. She works equally well with the board, vendors, and homeowners. Dianne delivers management reports to board members prior to monthly meetings which has resulted in more streamlined, efficient meetings. She is a proactive manager, and in addition to her management skills, she is pleasant, kind, and helpful. She can also be tough when necessary. When calling Cummings Property Management, calls are always answered in a professional manner. The accounting team does an outstanding job and the reports are always accurate and timely. Overall, our board is very satisfied with this company.

Cummings is honest, direct, timely, and forward thinking. We don't have to worry about over billing and shoddy workmanship. They hire licensed and insured companies to complete work around the Association. We are an older Association so we have ongoing capital improvement issues. They have helped us tremendously in getting our capital improvements budgeted and completed. Thank you Cummings Management.

My wife has been working with our Cummings Manager, Dianne Cartledge, for the past 5 years. Dianne meets with the Board monthly and has proven to be very knowledgeable and a great resource for companies to contact and request bids for projects needed to be done. Our Condominium Association had two major projects completed within the last year. One was for the repaving and repair of our roads, and the other was for repair of our retention pond drains. Both were completed with satisfaction. Within the past year, at Dianne's suggestion, the Board initiated a newsletter for all residents, providing updates on our Condominium projects, recipes and suggested homeowner's repair contacts. We are very pleased with Cummings Property Management and would highly recommend them.

Michael Littlejohn: Referrals for maintenance services is non existent if at the least very minimal. Association members have received quotes on their own after first requesting referrals from, and received no response from Quality. I've requested referrals to perform brick/masonry work a year ago. I received a call from Quality approximately a month ago asking if I still needed the work done. Probably may receive a follow up call for lighting, resurfacing etc...for other prior requests next year. However, they do have a decent system, despite prior glitches, to collect monthly association dues and fee.

They are all very courteous, helpful, and I am always greeted with a smile when I go to the office. In April of 2016 we found the home that we are still renting through Grant Hamady/Quality rental homes. The application was processed very quickly and the "paperwork" process was very thorough. We worked with Dave and Mr. Hamady at signing and they made sure that we understood everything, generously answered all questions we had, and made us feel very comfortable. I would recommend the team there to anybody looking to buy or rent within the area!

They are right on repairs, and needs so there's no doubt they also have the home owners best interest, a great asset in assuring the Right tenant gets approved for their houses they manage and reasonable repairs get Properly completed in a timely manner. I have to admit I was indecisive at first, not dealing with a landlord directly, but Q.R.P. Are definitely on their JOB and beyond.
