Daniel Richardson: No ONSITE manager, inside the office area is about 5 different small businesses that rent out office space. No clear sign to identity each of the many businesses sharing the space. The website does not mention "NO ONSITE" management, not sure if the email address is the company's or a personal one.One of the people inside renting space explained the set up to me. She gave me a business card so I called the number. The young lady that answered identified herself as an OFF SITE manager:/ She didn't seem to be yo familiar with company policy outside of what you can read online. She kept putting me on hold to ask someone else the question I asked her.In the end I got my answer but here's a little advice -- each person that is renting out space in that office should / need to clearly identify their business. Cuts down confusion for customers and potential clients - IJS.

Robyn Gallardo: Update: the apartment rented to me looked nothing like the pictures posted. It had not been painted, a million old patched nail holes, painted over dents in the walls, moldy falling off tub caulking, no window coverings in the bedroom all of which were repaired and painted by me with zero reimbursement. Shingles flying off with every storm, siding falling off or gaping spaces exposing styrofoam panels for insulation. A basement that floods with every rain so the place smells of mold and mildew constantly. Because of the condition of the ceilings those weren't painted by me. 4+ yrs later and they're keeping every dime of my deposit even though they haven't put a dime into it's appearance in years. Now he's relisted it for higher rent, taking advantage of my repairs. Oh and it is true that they take application fees for apartments ALREADY submitted for because they did it to me! Showed me the apartment, submitted my application & fees.., I call back "sorry that apartments been rented"! 201 E Maple St Holly, don't rent it if you're allergic to mold. SLUMLORDS!!!!!!These people are the worst. The only time you EVER get a call back, an email answered or repairs done is to threaten to withhold rent! Although my lease doesn't stipulate I am responsible for lawn care an snow removal, APPARENTLY I AM WITH NO SECURE STORAGE AREA FOR EQUIPMENT!! Will never rent from these people again.

jessica Babcock: My experience with them was not all the great me and my husband put in applications I feel all they want is the application money because they say someone was approved but they are still showing and taking peoples application money I told them more then once if my application have been approved I have the money to move in now but nothing you would think if it's been sitting empty for 7 months they would want someone in it ASAP

Kristen Thompson: Innovative property management has the nicest and cleanest homes I've seen so far. Rental prices are on point!! Scott Miller was very pleasant to talk with, he answered any question I had and was very knowledgeable.

Darris Delgado: Don't respond well to inquiries, have to schedule showings on other apts they have to get info on application. I personally haven't heard from them since I filed application unless I spend all day trying to contact anyone threw email. Txt, zillow. All I ask is for the agent to keep me informed on the application process as it's going. I've been ready to move into a place like now

Craig Yambrick: Good luck reaching anyone after you pay your application fee. I can't prove that they're scamming people out of their application fee, so I won't make that accusation. Just read the reviews.

Kelsey Cahill: I should have listened to the recent reviews before applying for a home for my family that is facing homelessness. They took our application money and never heard anything back. Keep getting the same run around as everyone else. Either they're still processing over 2 weeks later , or they dont even reach back to you. From what I'm seeing it's all just a scummy application scam, dont waste your money.

You cannot reach a live person to discuss rental properties nor will they send non automated emails. I am extremely upset at how they conduct business or the lack thereof.

Alison Drumm: I lived in the Corunna road apartment # 4 for 1 year. In that year I dealt with raccoons living in the walls, among other things. When I first moved in there was a trap on the roof which had never been set or baited the entire time that I lived there. It was used as more of a display than to actually trap anything. My first complaint about the raccoons I was told that there had been an exterminator that did nothing and they had fired that exterminator and were looking for someone new. Later when I complained about the raccoons again I was told that the exterminator had gotten mad at ipm and took back their trap. Before the exterminator "took back their trap" I was told that they had been out to the apartment and did not see any signs of raccoons. I told the maintenance person I had been communicating with, Sunny, that I had videos and I could prove that there had been raccoons in the building. That is when I was told the exterminator took back their trap. After this my dad put out a trap and caught a raccoon within a few days.Clearly innovative property management doesn't care about their tenants or their property investment. They never put any real effort into solving this issue that I was told they've had for 2 years now. Although the location was nice I'm glad I was able to get out when I did.

S. Williams: I lived at Stonehenge for 3 years, from 2020 to 2023. I had a great experience in building #15. The office Mgr Heather is on top of her game and is great to work with. I wish I could've stayed but I had to relocate for work. Property is always maintained and clean. Drive is cleared of snow immediately. Lots of hardworking people live here.

Connor Copp (Brch): Lived here for three years now and have no complaints! Great amenities, nice people and tucked away from the main strip enough to have enjoyable quiet nights. Shout out to the property manager Heather for being the absolute best! Never hesitates to lend an assist, whether it’s a lost package, general question, or any other need.

Kaitlin Perez: Moved into Stonehenge In March of 2022. I love that it’s pet friendly, diverse, and safe. The bedrooms, living room, and dining room are spacious. My kitchen is outdated, but everything works so I’m alright with it 🤷🏻‍♀️

It's quiet overall and it looks great especially in the summer. They take great care of the lawn and it's a great place to exercise.Cons:Towards the end I started having neighbour's that were unreasonably loud at all times of the night, which you might encounter at any other apartment. They smoked and our home always smelled like smoke.We had raccoons and birds in the wall and had people who let their dogs roam free. They did take care of this issue of birds and raccoons in the wall.Overall I would probably still consider living here again if I was interested in apartment living.

I had a run-in with some terrible landlords and leasing agents beforehand, but my first time speaking with Heather was amazing. She empathized with my situation and was very understanding of everything going on. Even after I started living at Stonehenge Gates, she always was ready and willing to help any tenant that visited her.The area itself is wonderful and well kept. My neighbors were very chill and it was a pretty quiet atmosphere too. I never had issues with parking, water, electricity, or anything else. I would highly recommend living here if you are looking for a comfy, cozy area with a main office that will always be responsive to your needs :)

Alexa Diamond: Heather is one of the kindest people I have ever encountered, and this complex is blessed to have such a pure hearted person in management. As for the unit itself, A/C works, clean laundry rooms, clean, mostly quiet units and some sound conditioning is apparent, the grounds are beautiful, the neighbors are peaceful and respectfully keep to themselves, appliances work, the grounds are breathtakingly gorgeous, maintenance team is friendly and hardworking... it's honestly a blessing to call such a place "home". Very diverse community. I pray that this place remains quiet, clean, and safe. Thank you for maintaining such a wonderful community.

All the staff here from the office workers to the grounds workers are the best! There has never been a time when I needed help for one reason or another that I haven't received it. Heather is the BEST manager and person I could ever ask for. On numerous times that I've been in the hospital she has went above and beyond what any other manager would do for a tenant. Heather is a true blessing in my life. She would take care of my cats by feeding them and taking care of there litter. What a blessing she is. I love my apt and I feel safe living here. I have great neighbors. I want to be able to stay here as long as I am able to. Brittany W.: The 2 bed room apartment is very spacious for the price. The grounds and hallways are always kept clean and grass cut. The ladies at the office are very friendly and maintenance is always prompt.Cons: The appliances are a little out dated and if you do not have a washer and dryer in your unit.. the community dryers in the building doesn’t work very well.. so, I go to the laundromat to do all of my laundry which can be inconvenient at times.- other than that, I have no complaints. It is in a quiet and safe neighborhood and neighbors are friendly as well.

Diane Demers: After a fire at my condo, I was very anxious to find an apartment close by to rent while my condo is being rebuilt. Heather went out of her way to accommodate me and got me into an apartment within a matter of weeks. I cannot express my gratitude enough for everything Heather, and Sara, did and continue to do for me. The grounds are very well groomed and kept up and the few maintenance requests I have had, have been promptly taken care of. Kudos to Stonehenge Gates Apartments and Heather and Sara!!!

The management especially Ms. Heather has been really helpful with all my queries and needs. I would definitely recommend this to anyone moving to Flint especially resident physicians who come for their residency at Mclaren, Hurley or Ascension.
