Asked for rest of money to pay for more materials. Half my floors are bare (water soaks in)or have only one coat of polyurethane (vs. the 4 promised). Dan Hess won’t take or return my calls or texts! I have called from other phone numbers, he will answer and promise to “make it right,” but then never shows or takes my calls again. Going on 3 months now.....Update: Dan Hess’ Wood Floor has been a “no show” for 5 months now and still won’t answer my calls. Kevin Rush: Dan came to my house with his crew a year ago and put in a hall way which they attached to my existing wood floor that runs from my front room through the kitchen and dining room. Then they completely sanded it and re-stained the entire flooring to all match. It looks tremendous a year later. My wife said it was the floor she always wanted since we built the house. I have read some other reviews and I have my doubts. Dan was careful to explain how to clean the floor and what to use. I would highly recommend him and his crew. Don Elliott: I would not recommend this company. I had them sand and refinish my entire house and I had to have them return several times after they said they were done to complete the job properly. It seemed as though they were cutting corners trying to finish hoping I wouldn't notice the mistakes so that they could move onto the next job. In the process they damaged my newer stainless steel fridge by putting a large scratch all the way across the bottom front of it. Then didn't finish. I finally told him to leave and not come back. I told him I wanted my money back and he disappeared! I hunted him back down he agreed to pay me back then disappeared again! Kaisa Ring: Had Jed come out to redo my part of my first floor remodel. Price was right, he seemed nice, and had decent reviews. I was away at the time work was done, but he sent me pics along the way and they looked great so I left a glowing review, AND paid him extra for doing what I thought was a job well done. I WAS WRONG. WORST JOB EVER. Not only was there a giant pile of 15 contractor trash bags on the back porch, the doors were blocked with all the moved furniture I couldn’t get into my house, and THE FLOORS WERE TERRIBLE! Apparently he had rushed the last coat of poly which caused them bubbled up everywhere. There were gouges in the floors, overspray stain everywhere on the walls and baseboards, trim that was never put back, but THE MESS he left inside the rest of the house was INSANE!!! THERE WAS WOOD DUST EVERYWHERE. It was piled up in inches in the corners, in all the blinds, drapes, couches, carpets, pillows, blankets, and taxidermy. After 2 nights in my house and had to leave bc I had a sinus infection and then had to spent $1500 for my house to be cleaned from top to bottom 3x. Seems, he had sanded with all of the doors open. I tried to be reasonable bc his Dad had just passed and I understand he’s a small business so we came to an agreement, but 1yr later he has not held his end up. Honestly I’m not sure I’d want him back in the house any way since the work was so bad. NICE GUY but:1. always late, like hours late2. always smelled like weed3. workmanship was shoddy at best4. unprofessional and messy all around.TLDR; price my be cheap but not when the job takes 3x longer and costs 3x more to fix.

Adam Halls: This review is a long time coming let me start by saying hands down they are the most honest guys in the world with top notch morals, seriously!They had the opportunity to complete my project which would've cost me at least 6-7 grand but even after putting in two days of work they pulled me aside and said they found a problem knowing full well it was going to cost them the job as they couldn't proceed without the floor failing in the future due to moisture issues that they had absolutely no control over.The owner, David, was exceptionally nice and even apologized about the situation even though zero blame rested with him. His crew even gave alternative flooring that I might look into and in all they ended up saving me multiple thousand dollars when they could have just completed their end of the bargain and I would've ended up with a big problem later down the road.If you're torn between multiple epoxy companies or just looking into epoxy for the first time, seriously let these guys earn your business because their ethics alone are worth every penny and the products they offer look second to none.
