Yeet Man: This isn't a mall. This is a fight club. My family and I went here to shop around, and we were in Spencer's when a fight broke out. Blood, cursing, everything. Come to find out, this was the SECOND PHYSICAL ALTERCATION that day (we came early/mid day) because a Lids employee's old roommate came in and punched the employee in the face. Don't bring small children to this mall for the sake of their innocence. Also, very bad selection in stores, extremely overpriced, no good food place outside of Auntie Annie's (so you can only really grab a pretzel for a snack in terms of good food), bad employees (in DTLR employees were loudly talking about stabbing people), closed and run-down stores left, right and center, and just overall an awful experience. Avoid at all costs.
Missa Schultz: Very Bare. Hardly any stores. Wish I would have gone elsewhere

Nancy Gonzalez: I don't like shopping here anymore. It's so hot in the whole mall, It makes it miserable to shop. The workers told me, they won't turn the heat off until June. Like wth?? My daughter passed out in Victoria secret because it was so hot. She hit her head and got staples put in her head.
Brian “BADBOY78” Bruce: This mall went down hill most of the stores are closed and not a lot of people were in there either.
Breonna Shaddawvine: Not the mall is used to be. Barely any places to shop inside, I only go inside to use the bathroom, door dash, also there a little play place inside that my daughter loves to play at other wise, it's not looking good for Genesee Valley mall. If I really want to shop, I'll go all the way to great lakes
Gregoire Bolduc: Good local mall with a nice selection of stores. I walk here seven days a week and can say they keep the floors clean and dry!Since Covid, they have lost some stores. I'd guess occupancy is down around 60 to 70 percent right now.
Dan Slater: This mall is almost as great as it used to be. Still don’t like to see the stores that have just closed and nobody is there. It’s not a good feeling like when I was a kid when you see abandoned stores. Hope things get better, especially in the food court.

Barbara Prevo: Things have changed drastically, but you can still find some great buys. Have not walked through mall recently, only been to store with outside entrance.

Kari Barrett: Worked at the mall for many years. So many good memories. Now I only stop at Macy's for online returns. Nothing like it once was. Wonderful years of Santa arriving after Thanksgiving with a parade and bands..parking lots filled with shoppers. Hard to believe it's the same place.

Cassie B: Huge shout out to JOSH he was amazing. I came in with a group of 9 for mothersday and this man took our order with no waiter pad and remembered everything! The food was great and dispite how busy they were Josh stopped to check on us every time he walked by. JOSH deserves a raise for his great customer service and keeping that beautiful smile on his face dispite the huge rush going on arround him! Danielle Nettleton: Delay in the kitchen as usual. Was not good service, and communication was not attempted in regards to the length of time it was going to take to get our food. When asked how much longer I was given a response that she does not work in the kitchen but seen it was next to come out. When the food did come out, it was ok for some of our party but others had really soggy buns and did not eat their food. We were there over an hour before we got our half fresh food.

Yahhasmade AQueen: I've tried their wings and fish. That's it that's all. It's pretty good. I recommend it. I haven't tried anything else on the list. I don't eat bottom feeders or pork. But the chicken, cod, ans whiting is pretty good. Our family enjoys it. I will say you have to express to them you want your chicken fried hard and leave the box open so the chicken doesn't get soft. Other than that their chicken and fish is delicious. Thinking about going to grab some for dinner tomorrow. Lol 🙂Parking: The road you have to turn into to get a parking space here is so raggedy. It's annoying trying to pull up to grab food and there are deep holes in the street you have to cross your car over to get your food. It's horrible.
