Melanie Kolacheck: Made an appointment to get my car serviced but it turned out just to be an appointment to drop off my car. Waited over 48 hours and finally called them only to find out that they had not submitted the estimate to the warranty company because they forgot i had one. Waited another day and still wasn't reported to the warranty company so I called back again because obviously they'd forgotten about it again. The claim was denied, so i asked if they would please assess it and see if some of the repairs could be made at least. Two days later I had to call them back again, and they said all the repairs had to be made or it would not be safe. They had the car a total of eight days and we picked it up with no repair and paid the $155 diagnostic fee. I would never ever use this company for service or to buy a car!

Tammy Williams: We purchased a bronco sport here earlier this year and after two failed attempts to purchase and install OE cross bars, I am very disappointed in the parts and service department. Yes the design is poor and yes I’m very upset that it weeks to get anyone here to actually listen and re-order the part. But what shocks me and makes me write this review is the utter disregard for safety and/or lack of knowledge by the parts and service counter staff. Their solution to a money saving design flaw by Ford was to not securely tighten the cross bars to avoid stripping the bolts. This is a huge safety issue if I were to ever actually use the bars and tells me all I need to know about the integrity of LaFontaine. They don’t care about service or safety. I will never be purchasing another vehicle here and definitely will be seeking another dealership for any warranty concerns.

I pray the $8500 worth of work done on my vehicle was done well, because y’all dropped the ball in the service department.

Edward Mcgraw: I had the usual Works package performed on my 2022 Escape. Sorry to see the cost has risen from $49.95 to $69.95, but that's the economy we live in. Service was 1/2 hour late from starting at my appointment time but all ltems on the Works list were completed professionally. I was impressed with the video link that allowed me to view the mechanic's progress on my car. Also, I could communicate by text with Dave the Check-In person if I had any questions before paying my bill. Dave was helpful and professional.

Bob Eickhoff: No communication unless I called. Car was in there for 3 days for an oil change and check engine light. Couple of times I called they said we will call you right back. Never got a phone call. Responded to the check the status of your vehicle text, never got a response. Asked them if they could wash it before we pick it up, they said sure not a problem, car never got washed. Always had good service in the past, not sure what happened this time.

Alexandra Villarreal: Just purchased a diesel truck from Nick last week. We drove over 6 hours to look at the truck. Dealership had all paperwork to us before we came so we could get our loan completed and only make one trip. We got to the dealership and the truck was pulled right up front where it was easy to find. THE TRUCK WAS NICER than expected! Dealership offered to take the truck to a shop to have it inspected for us but when we saw the truck, we realized we didn’t need to have it inspected. Nick was very up front and sent us all pictures we requested before making the journey. WE WILL DO BUSINESS WITH NICK AND SPOONER SALES AGAIN! Highly Recommend dealership when shopping for a nice rust free used vehicle!

MotoDoktor18: Do not buy from them, clearly do not inspect or go over stuff they sell. Had to replace multiple parts when received the truck, leaking brake caliper, multiple engine sensors, missing fuses, lights not working, tire leaking air, list goes on. Most important they blew me off once got my truck to the shop and discovered truck needs new turbo and transmission rebuilt. Yea bought higher mile "deleted" Diesel from them long distance and took Nicks word on the truck being great but the fact they won't stand behind their truck and blew me off goes to show typical money hungry dealer don't give a sh*t about customers. July 10th 2021 I purchased a vehicle from Route 23 Auto and ever since I have been been without a reliable vehicle. On September 9th 2021 I was quoted $7,735 in repairs. Once I was aware of the condition of my new vehicle I reached out to the owners & they were somewhat understanding/helpful. They told me that the vehicle needed a new part that they replaced for free but this what not the issue. The vehicle was sold to me needing a new engine. Dylan and his father are nice people and I would like to believe that they were unaware of the condition of the vehicle. But overall they were negligent when it came to a proper inspection, and so was I which has been a huge regret of mine.Im sure that they sell a lot of vehicles that are in good condition, but it never hurts to get a second opinion before purchasing!

tauraluna: This dump sold me a death trap. The frame had been welded & rusted thru. I ended up being on the hook for just under $1800. Dustin Kaiser was the salesman for a 2002 Tracker. I knew it would need some kind of work because of its age, maybe a transmission, etc. Part of the frame came off on my way home and there were no mounts to support the rear of the vehicle... Then, after a month and a half of negotiations for them to buy it back, and knowing it was not safe to drive, they listed it on their website as "just in"! They're nothing more than thieves, and obviously could care less about your safety. Don't trust them!

Also my down payment was never applied to the load so I spent 37k on a truck worth 25k. Nothing but problems with the truck starting to think it was a flood truck.

Diangelo bruce: Do not purchase cars or trucks from them. I paid 5800 cash for an expedition. Took truck to dealer because heat was not working and large puddles of water in driveway. Diagnosis was blown head gaskets and heater core after contacting April, she suggest car shield warranty even paid for the first month nice right wrong. Car shield authorized an engine break down just to deny the claim in the middle of the process. Now I have to pay for an engine for the truck 7.9k or take a 6k loss on the truck. This establishment is not a good place to buy anything they seem very helpful at ripping people off thanks April and deans auto sales for taking my hard earned money 5800 cash from my family during a pandemic. And causing a huge financial burden to my family 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😈🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬Dude we had the car in October it's literally been in the shop since I bought the truck the car shield warranty took a month the truck does not even have 1000 miles on it from. Time of purchase rip off your expert mechanics is the reason the car is in the shop

Keegan Mccormack-reamer: Do not buy here, I came to purchase a car from them and their sales rep Becca was rude from the start. I asked to see the details of the warranty I was being forced to purchase and I was told I can’t see what’s covered in the warranty until I sign for the car. They also said my dad had no credit (he has a mortgage and 3 other cars in his name mind you) so he couldn’t co-sign and I would have to pay a higher interest rate. The pictures didn’t all match the current condition of the car as well. She also told me if I don’t like it there I can leave and buy a car else where and then stormed off like a child, so I did and I suggest you guys do the same when it comes to these fly by night pop up shops.

I'm from Green bay and I never thought I'd purchase a vehicle sight unseen. I flew out there 2weeks ago Friday on a wimb. They Greater me at the airport with Jason who is the head mechanic. That guy really knows his profession.. they brought me to the dealer . We finalized the paperwork and I drove it 9hrs back home. Best way to really get to know the vehicle! We were gonna have it shipped to my house and they hired a transportation broker. It was difficult to secure a driver so I decided to fly out!! They gave me cash back as soon as I got there and it actually ended up saving me money 💰. We have kept in contact and the buying process was just a pleasure! Grateful for their service.
