Denise Spencer: This use to be a great store but now that Gilroys has bought it out, not so much. Just had 2 20lb propane tanks filled and they only put 4lbs of propane into each tank. A 20 lb tank holds 4.6lbs of propane. So beware you're getting cheated .6lbs every 20lb tank your getting filled.. ride off.

Sarah Carr: Harbor Freight is one of my favorite places to shop for hardware. They dance to the beat of they’re own drums and don’t bow down to the big tool companies that are sometimes absolutely ridiculous with their pricing. They are practical, their prices are great, their tools are of decent quality and will last just as long as all the big names as long as your taking care of them. The Harbor Freight on Miller Rd has a great group of employees that are knowledgeable and friendly.. I would definitely recommend to friends/family or anyone looking for the best value on their dollars.

I show up and they can't find any in the store. I can never get help on the floor because they're always understaffed. I've been shopping at harbor freight my whole life, but I'm done now. They got rid of the good coupons, they rebranded their cheap tools to make them more expensive but they aren't any better. I'll be buying everything from home depot or online from now on. I'll only step foot in a harbor freight if I'm absolutely desperate.

Ron Riley: I had been buying Harbor Freight mail order for decades, finding some items be a good value and others to be worthless junk. Since they started opening retail stores their prices have increased a great deal, it seems like they think that creating a slew of trademarks makes their stuff worth more, now there are many other vendors with better deals.

Joseph Hardy: Had what I was looking for. Got everything I needed for under $15!! Harbor freight is the real MVP when in a crunch with time and money. Recommend to anyone who is looking for cheap, decent quality tools you'll only use 1 or 2 times. Wouldn't recommend buying anything here if you need it for long time use though.

We went to the flooring section and didn't see it, we looked it up online and it said it wasn't in stock at any flint store so we asked another associate to page someone from flooring for us so we could ask about ordering it online and after about 5 minutes of waiting for an employee that never showed up so we were on our way out the door when my husband decided to stop at Pro Services and that's when our trip here turned around to a good thing. We met TIFF S at PRO SERVICES and not only was she extremely friendly but as she was getting ready to hit the send button for our order which would've cost us an extra $20 too btw to have it delivered, she decided to call the back one more time and double check the stock and low and behold she found 9 boxes of it for us in a clearance section so we were able to take our floor home today and save $20 on shipping. IF IT WEREN'T FOR THIS WONDERFUL EMPLOYEE THIS STORE WOULD'VE LOST OUR GOOD BUSINESS AFTER ASKING COR HELP AND NO ONE COMING. THANK YOU TIFF S.

When I find someone, it's like they don't care what you buy and like they're doing you a favor when they tell you something. This store's policy is terrible!
