Shannon Davis: I loved the original store in Frankenmuth years ago when I was first introduced to crystals. I haven’t been to the one in Frankenmuth in years but boy is this one WAY over priced. There’s two other amazing crystal shops in the flint farmers market one is called Ebony Gemstones by Nick and he’s got GREAT deals. You’re welcome 😊 oh also to the little girls running the store stop following everyone around thinking they are stealing, they did that to me more than once and I was wondering why but after reading the other review now I know. I hope they close down 🤞🏻
Cori Grabow: Very strange that you have to spend $15 to be able to use your debit card in store..considering all other stores in the market only require about $3-5. Inconvenient for sure.
Debbie Davis: I must say my experience there I felt very insulted by the young ladies actions in store. She came up and asked if I needed any help. I said no thank you shopping with my granddaughter I'm just looking. She started to follow us around the place as if we were going to steal. Then if that wasn't bad enough when we were leaving she asked my granddaughter what kind of candle's she brought just so she could be nosey and look in the bag. Now we realize people steal but we aren't one of them. What she did was very rude. And I won't be visiting your shop anytime soon. You can thank the blond with the glasses for her rude action's
_0nly. nini_: My amethyst necklace broke the same day i got it. I managed to fix it but it broke again while i was at school and the crystal fell under the bleachers and it kept randomly breaking as well but I ignored it.. now i have no crystal for the necklace and i wasted my money :((

Then when he went in the person was rude, and called him a liar because he misquoted the salesman from the day before. This is not cool or a good way to do business. My husband suffers from bipolar disorder and severe anxiety and this experience was definitely negative for him.

Janet J: Would actually love to share what this place is like however, we have been here two days out of the week and every time you come there closed during the business hours they list online and on the door)Today calling to confirm that they're open phone goes directly to voicemail -- that they are not accepting calls. The other day we were here, called four times on the 5th call a young lady answered the phone and said they're closed however their signed on the door says they were open with their hours and she hung up the phone. People have little money to spend during these unprecedented times by making choices to try to support small businesses but small businesses have to be open for them to get support; just business 101.
