Kaitlyn: EDIT: I initially rated them five stars after they installed a tow hitch and electrical wiring on my SUV. They were very friendly and helpful in setting up the initial appointment and the service was quick.However, I bumped it down to two stars after they installed the wrong wiring and did not check the connection before giving the car back to us. This oversight threw a wrench in our camping plans and resulted in three additional appointments with them before it was finally resolved. They were still helpful throughout the process but it was extremely inconvenient, especially knowing that it could have all been avoided if they just checked the wiring the first time like they were supposed to.
Taylor Simerson: My mother in law brought her car here for service once with fine results. The next time she needed her tires rotated (at a cheaper place) they could not get them off as this place over torqued them. She brought her car back to have them taken off and was charged 5x the amount it would have cost her at the other place.
Tom Turner: Recommended a friend bring his Jeep here for a lift, after the install multiple lights were on the dash and a leak from the differential where the cv shaft inputs. Come to find out they broke a speed sensor and denied they even touched the sensor. (As if they break by themselves) and then wouldn’t take any responsibility for the leak. Stating it could be the lift causing the leak. As a lift shop, if the lift is causing a leak from the diff you SHOULD recommend a diff drop if it’s necessary, however on a 2.5” lift it’s not. They broke the seal, won’t fix it or own up to their mistakes.Do not go here unless you want more issues with your vehicle than before you brought it in. 0/10.
Unlimited: Shaggy was able to help me get 4 new Mayhem Warrior wheels on my Jeep Cherokee TH. Super satisfied with the results, clean install. He went above and beyond to help me out.Highly recommend Shaggy and his team over at Vehicle Accessories!

john dubuis: I don’t normally leave a review but in this case I wanted to. I’ve bought and had installed a couple things from them. Ranch hand front and rear bumpers. Leveling kit. Air bags with on board compressor arb lighting Rigid lighting a backpack and cover. Some have had a issue or two but nothing that was there fault and they always made it right. It’s hard to find a place that you can trust and stands behind there products I guess that’s why I keep going back. Great customer service and awesome installation service. If you go there ask for “shaggy” if he’s busy wait.
russell shipley: Mike couldnt find the time to give me a quote for a utility cap.Very rude to say the least.They mounted a bed slider in one of my utility trucks and only drilled into the thin metal in the bed and not into the frame of the truck where it should have been,the bolts ripped threw the thin steel so i had to drill into the frame and remount it.Very low quality work done here.

Greg Burke: Sent my son in with a part number for 3/4" fuel rated hose for evap system. They gave him regular heater hose, stated it was fine and charged him for the fuel rated hose. Heater hose is $2 per foot, fuel rated hose is $6 per foot. Manager in charge has no idea what is correct and he was training the employee that helped us. This store is becoming worse. Employees have no business selling car parts.

Just wish the prices were a little cheaper.Update: these guys are the place to go if you have ANY issues with your Western plow. Thomas whitfield: Warren in shipping and receiving is the worst to deal with. I was told I could deliver until 4:30 when I finally got ahold of someone, ended up they won’t receive at all after 3:30. When I talked to Warren, he says “we definitely ain’t gonna accommodate you tonight” I had called many times, different departments, mostly went to voicemail. No calls back either. Definitely not impressed. I wish I could give ZERO stars. The lack of respect isn’t even worth 1 star.
A. Garza: The worst place to try to purchase from... I called in all day on a Wednesday no response I left voice-mailx4 and they don't return back your calls... I finally got thru on Thursday (the next day) and after 1,000 calls someone pickup ...after explaining what I needed (underbody toolboxes for my new Knapheide flatbed ) they said they'd call back the next day....I called to remind them about my quote.. the gentleman I spoke to responded I'm almost done and I need a little bit more.... (let me remind you I spoke to this person the day prior....how long do you need to give me a simple price...????? I called for the last time about 1,000 times and left voicemails and still 3 days later one response back....so darn unprofessional salesrep, unprofessional receptionist...people do what I did take your money somewhere else....there people don't want your money apparently.... SMH!!!!!

Then he guy said take my tools and see if you can find one and I'll give you a discount. So after tracking thru the mud for an hour I can't find a good alternator. So we go back to the office and the guy locks the door because he's by himself and can't run the counter and pull parts. Don't waste your time this junkyard is very disorganized and don't know what they have for part's.

Nolan Grant: They were the only ones who had the transmission and torque converter I needed for my project. They proceeded to use 4'+ pry bars to break the dust cover off from the engine and bent the torque converter in the process. Initially everything looked fine but upon inspection at home we noticed the damages done. I got the run around from them on "trying" to find a new one for three days before they accused me of the damages and refused to refund claiming that they could not get ahold of the boss. So much for the 30 day warranty. Not professional at all they just want to scam you from your money.

thefallinanddamned: Good prices, they will go out of their way to make sure they order parts you request as long as you come in and pay for them. A common misconception is this is a scrap yard, and it is not. Various parts mainly for older vehicles, but always call and check. If you're a business and have an account they will deliver to you, although they are short on drivers and vehicles, it does get delivered.

Adam Tucker: Like most businesses trying to recover after the COVID shut downs, this warehouse does it's best to serve the shops and public customers. They have a fairly comprehensive selection of pads, rotors, wheel bearings, exhaust parts. Though they don't carry any electrical components, they will often try to go out of their way to source some non normally stocked parts for customers trying to get everything in one place.

Kimberly Desgrange: Always a better choice than the AutoZone down the street. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Store is clean and well stocked.
