Jacob Bacon: Extremely knowledgeable staff. I called around to over 10 propane locations trying to get new valves for my old tanks with no luck. These guys replaced the valves within minutes and answered every gas question I had.

Marvin Foster: Once again Parker’s pulled through for me. Blame it on my age or the blizzard like weather but I was late getting out to check my fuel level. They pulled in my drive within hours of my call. Thankfully we didn’t run out. I appreciate their great service.

Eric The Explorer: I didn't actually go to Parker's Propane HOWEVER, I used to run The Printing Press at Jiffy Prints And they were a very good client for years. I did hear a lot of customers talk about their low prices and their customer service being just outstanding. They were always polite when they came to pick up their printing and they've been in business with propane for decades. If I had to get propane for my gas grill to My "pig" for my trailer, I would go with Parker's Propane just on their reputation alone. Just next time you need your propane filled or any propane needs; at least give Parker's Propane a try.

maureen mcanally: Got a tank filled in February, and have been on the phone, weekly, to get a rep out for my leak check so the service can be turned on. Two months of calling Amerigas, weekly, only to hear the same thing "someone will call you". Never happens.

Also disputing those charges. Never heard anything back from anyone about that. I'm not what so ever happy with the customer service I have received from this company . They outsource there call center and you willnever reach or be able to talk to an actual employee, evening during normal business hours. Do yourself a favor and callFerrell gas if you live in Oklahoma, you won’t be disappointed.

Darren Stephenson: I found Amerigas extremely lacking in talented knowledgeable staff. Their pricing my area of OK is about 15%-20% higher than other suppliers. Their customer service sounds like it is outsourced (possibly internationally), and lacks basic information to provide an informed decision. I have recently changed over to another company, which cost me greatly in Amerigas overpriced Fees, but it has been well worth it. The only thing positive I can say about Amerigas, is their product works.

Eric Little: I called to set up a new service and had to pay a$69 site inspection fee. Several WEEKS after a service person not showing, I called and was answered by someone in India to try to get an inspection started. Within the next few days a surveyor spend 5-10 minutes on my property and said they would be in touch to schedule delivery.Several more weeks no show. I called the friendly outsourced call taker and was again told someone would call me the schedule an installation. Weekly calls for over two months produced no results. I asked for a local number to call, and there was none. After 9 WEEKS of no communication I called a local company and canceled Amerigas to cancel any open work order.A few weeks later an English speaking called to schedule my install. I explained sue to the absolutely abhorrent service and record keeping I canceled the delivery request weeks ago. She said she would close out the account. Over the next week or so they called a few more times.Today I received a past due bill for a service that was never placed on their schedule let alone fulfilled. There were no service contracts signed online, in person, or otherwise. This horrible company has no kept me on hold for 40 minutes to keep their atrocious business practices and record keeping from effecting my credit.One can’t help but think a company called AmeriGas should be staffed by Americans. I cannot suggest strongly enough to avoid this company at all cost. I strongly believe if they had local representatives they would have had a long term customer instead the person who had time to eat a lunch and write this email over the hour long hold.
Denise Johnson: We were with Amergas previously Synergy for 40 years. During that time, because we rented our tank, we were forced to purchase propane from them. Their propane prices were always higher than everyone else’s prices. We moved a month ago and they have failed to pick up the tank. I was also told that I would be charged for tank removal. This is on a tank that is more than 40 years old that was never maintained and looks horrible.Update: after the Google response from the company I responded to them with my information as they requested but after 12 days I never received a response to my email. Today we drove past our old place and the tank is still there. I was told on 10/1/21 that it would be removed in 3-5 days. I don’t know what else I can do to resolve this matter. I do hope that my review and the many other negative reviews I’ve seen will prevent some from doing business with this company.
Nancy Hubbard: use to be a nice local place now you can not get ahold of anyone, a call goes to India, they gave me a 7 day window for delivery, so you have to be home for 7 days, they will not tell you when they are coming. THey are horrible service and company and we will look for a different service after this.

Matt Stone: I'm going to try to be as succinct as possible.1/28/2021 - Order placed and paid as we had reached 20%. Warm weather so no reason to be behind on deliveries yet still given a 2 week delivery window.2/10/2021 - Ice moved in, tank now to 5%. Told no trucks running due to weather.2/11-2/17/2021 - Roads were fine most of these days, called each day to be told "you're on the schedule for tomorrow." Put on emergency status on 2/12 for delivery on 2/13. No delivery. Packed up my 8 month pregnant wife, 2 dogs and 2 cats, winterized to the best of my ability and left the house to stay elsewhere before more snow moved in. I saw several other companies delivering during this time.2/16/2021 - wife finds CEO and VP of customer relations email addresses and contacts them just after midnight. My daily morning call the rep had a note that we'd reached out to higher ups. Told us we were on schedule for that day, but oh wait we're not running trucks because of weather. Received a call a few hours later, told again that we were for sure on for today, but that trucks aren't running. I pushed back as a neighbor had seen trucks just that morning. "Oh yeah, they're running now, just got a late start, but you're definitely on the schedule." Driver calls shortly after to say he's on his way. Actually showed up so we made it back to our house last night.We FINALLY got our delivery because we reached out to the CEO. I know this is fact because we've been sharing their emails with others in our situation (look at Facebook or Twitter...hundreds in the same situation), and so far at least 4 others have gotten same day deliveries after reaching out to CEO, one of which the driver was actually woken up at 11pm to make the delivery after midnight. All of this, and the only consolation offered is "I'm sorry." We are changing companies AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
D C: Ordered propane for a full fill up on the tank AmeriGas leases to us on 02/01 with 30%. 15 days go by talking to countless people, no delivery. Always an excuse, never a solution. The order has been expedited. Still wont deliver. Order is in emergency status because we are nearly empty with 20 degree high days. No delivery. For 2 days we have always been 4th customer on the delivery schedule with trucks making deliveries. Still no delivery. Google Amerigas and click news.
Sharon Stone: We’ve been waiting for our prepaid propane for 19 days. For a week we’ve been told everything from the trucks aren’t running due to the weather (we’ve seen neighbors getting deliveries from local companies) to we’re on the schedule for that day but no one shows up. You can’t talk to anyone besides the customer service rep who initially takes your call. They will “make notes” or “escalate” to a higher up, but they will not let you talk to them directly and you never get contacted by anyone. We’ve had to leave our house because the tank is around 2% and today’s low was -13. Do NOT use this company. Choose ANY local company for your propane.

Alysha Helm: DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU LIKE WAITING ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR! Customer service is truly the worst. They make promises they cannot keep for a service fleet that isn't even in communication with them. We have been waiting over 3 weeks for a service call to repair THEIR tank.
Michael Steele: I have only purchased propane refills at the self-service kiosks, so that is what my review is in reference to. My biggest complaint is that the last time I exchanged TWO bottles, one of them did not function. I use them for my grill and also a tank top heater. I put the tank top heater on a brand new bottle and it worked for about 10-15 minutes, then the gas simply quit coming out of the tank. I picked up the tank and it was significantly heavier than the empty tank, but even without the heater attached I opened the valve and there wasn't as much as a hiss coming out. I could tell there was liquid in the tank because I could feel it sloshing around and of course it weighed as much as a newly filled tank, but the gas would not come out of it. There was $15 for nothing! Also, the self-service kiosks NEVER have paper in the reciept printer, so I never get a receipt. They are very poorly maintained, and apparently the supposedly refilled tanks are not properly filled either. Even though it is not as convenient, I will go back to having my tanks filled at U-haul.

Melinda Riggs: Very poor customer service!! I had my tank moved in the winter and Ferrell gas was suppose to come back when the ground softened to buried the lines, and never did. Hear at the end of September still no lines in the ground. We changed service due to the lack of customer service and now I still have their pig in my yard. I'm pretty sure I will be calling them daily to get it removed. Then when I did complain Lynn hung up on me. Never will I ever use Ferrell gas again!! I don't even think they deserve the one star rating. Overly priced gas for poor service.
