Jacob Bacon: Extremely knowledgeable staff. I called around to over 10 propane locations trying to get new valves for my old tanks with no luck. These guys replaced the valves within minutes and answered every gas question I had.

Eric The Explorer: I didn't actually go to Parker's Propane HOWEVER, I used to run The Printing Press at Jiffy Prints And they were a very good client for years. I did hear a lot of customers talk about their low prices and their customer service being just outstanding. They were always polite when they came to pick up their printing and they've been in business with propane for decades. If I had to get propane for my gas grill to My "pig" for my trailer, I would go with Parker's Propane just on their reputation alone. Just next time you need your propane filled or any propane needs; at least give Parker's Propane a try.

Debra McCauley: STAY AWAY. Called Jan 12 to schedule a delivery. I was told it would arrive by Jan 19. Jan 20 I called customer service asking why there wasn't a delivery and what the status was. I was told it could take up to 10 days from when I put in the order (then why not tell me the expected delivery is 10 days instead of telling me it would be 7?) and it would arrive by the 22nd. When I asked to speak to a manager about the issue the customer service agent got an attitude then placed me on a 40 min hold before I hung up. Called back and got a nicer representative who assured me the propane would arrive the 22nd. Guess what? It didn't show up today. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

It is so frustrating to deal with their customer service reps now. They sound like they must be in the Philippines, not that that’s bad but I just get the runaround every time and can’t get in touch with my local office. I have spoken to them every day for at least two weeks since it is down to 13 degrees at night and we will use more. They keep telling me that it will be delivered tomorrow. I am so frustrated that I just don’t know what to do next to get gas. We have been customers since 1973 and have always good service until now. Will someone please help us!

Was supposed to get expedited delivery one day this week and still nothing. And no contact from them about delay. Started with Geldbach 50 years ago and since Amerigas took over have had nothing but problems.
Martin Bledsaw: No one here for on-site support. Customer support lines are full of incompetent liars who can't make up their mind on how they want to handle your deliveries. The delivery team will not make requested calls to you when then are en route to verify they are going to the right address (in my case, now 3 failed deliveries, 1 of which while I was out in my front yard). Horrible service all around - stay away. FAR AWAY. In the process of switching to electric and dropping their service completely.
Larry Wildman: The company we used for propane sold to Amerigas. Over the years they would fill our tank and then send out new terms of service. Our choice was accept the new terms or loose all the propane we just had filled. As time went on they added fees for everything and charged significantly more per gallon than their competitors. Closing our account cost $70 + the gas we had in the tank, but was the best decision we made! We now pay 1/2rd the price for propane from MFA and they don't have all the fees.There were times over the last few years that I had Amerigas fill my tank in the same week my brother had his tank filled 5 minutes away.I paid $1.50-$2.00 a gallon more, which is $500-$600 more per fill.Amerigas' drivers have always been good to deal with and are the only reason they get 1 star.

Melinda Riggs: Very poor customer service!! I had my tank moved in the winter and Ferrell gas was suppose to come back when the ground softened to buried the lines, and never did. Hear at the end of September still no lines in the ground. We changed service due to the lack of customer service and now I still have their pig in my yard. I'm pretty sure I will be calling them daily to get it removed. Then when I did complain Lynn hung up on me. Never will I ever use Ferrell gas again!! I don't even think they deserve the one star rating. Overly priced gas for poor service.

Mike Kipfer: I am still trying to work with them so this could change. In short, I no longer need their service since natural gas was run through my neighborhood. I called Webster Gardner and they picked up my tank with 300 gallons remaining then advised they would not reimburse me for the fuel in the tank because of an agreement the homes previous owner signed in 2004. I purchased the home in 2017, applied with Webster Gardner for propane service but was never provided with a new agreement or advised of the 2004 agreement. They are not honest if this is the way they do business.
Jeff Margrif: Terrible company to deal with. They charged me 25 cents a gallon more than everyone else I called. Their fees are totally ridiculous. They charge $200 extra for weekend deliveries and an additional $100 if you run out. They also charge a $20 fee for credit card orders over the phone. Other propane companies I called have trucks that run routes on weekends and their fees are half as much. This company is taking advantage of their local market. Will be switching in the spring because their service is so bad. They seem much more interested in charging fees for nothing than accepting money for propane deliveries. Call someone else.

The drivers went as far as checking my other tank to PREVENT me from accruing a $100 fee. First time I called them I was out heat due to boiler malfunction and they were out day of to get me heat. They says they operate on integrity and it shows!!!

Todd the owner of the company is refusing to pay for the damage that his driver admits to doing. I would recommend anyone to stay away from this company and there shady business practices

JT Fike: Do not use this location charged me for gas that I did not owe. They made a paperwork error which read to return on 1/4 of tank. I returned it above it and they charged me since there was not more in it. Be careful while dealing with these people.

aleysia charleston: Don’t rent from here. If you do take a picture of the whole vehicle including the gas and all. I am young and they ran my card for 62$ when they was supposed to run in for 34$ then they ran it for 41$ then 62$. They charged me for gas and miles I never used. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE UHAUL PLACE ON MILLER RD. THEY ARE SO SWEET & will work with you , help you out and is very honest.
Michey McGinnis: To start the truck we got had a spare tire on it and then they wouldn't let us rent a trailer and truck from the same location.Then on top of all that the persons name that was on the contract ended up in the hospital and went into a coma and I tried to communicate with them about it and they threatened to report the truck stolen.I tried to explain to them several times that I had to get power of attorney on the contract holder to be able to get the keys from her property at the hospital and they still proceeded to threaten to report the truck stolen.I would not recommend this location to anyone for anything. The Miller road location was more accomedating than the Dort Hwy location.I don't know what they got going on there but the ppl are rude and very elementary. When we arrived to get the truck and all the manager was outside getting high and smelled of alcohol.

I was never informed that they automatically cancel if you are 15 minutes late (maybe it’s in the fine print). Struggled with the app for a few minutes before I saw someone outside. Ended up being the owner. Asked for help. He looked up our information and he told me I was supposed to be there 15 minutes early. I told him I had an email that said different. He argued with me that I did not have a 24/7 reservation, ignoring me when I said I had proof in my email. His associate tried to say that I was an hour late. Yelled at me that there was nothing he could do.

Me: It’s sad when your customer service is what makes people decide elsewhere. You should really look into the way the woman on the phone treats people. She is the reason my taxes are all being invested into another propane company. Rude is an understatement! I have seen on community pages several complaints on the service from her as well. You guys better check into what’s going on because I’m not the only one stating they are leaving or have already left due to her unprofessional behavior.

John Wagner: Hamilton's is the best, hands down. I am on their "keep full" list. My delivery day is Monday. Somehow something got messed up and we ran the tank bone dry. No heat. This was just shortly after hours. I called their after hours service number. The lady said she will get a hold of the on-call driver. I thought it may be a long night of waiting. A few minutes later the owner called me. He said the truck will be there in 10 minutes. So it actually took him 15 minutes to get here (no big deal). The owner admitted that the proverbial ball got dropped and waived all fees associated with an after hours emergency run out. Everyone was very nice and the service was very safe but fast. The house only dropped 4° inside but I am pretty temperature sensitive from working in the HVAC field for 42 years. I have lived in my house for 16 years. Had a propane company for a year. I had to fire them. They had horrible service and I believe they cheated me out of gas. Second year here, basically the same thing. Fired them too. I've been with Hamilton's since my third year here, 2006 I believe. They have always bent over backwards to accommodate me. Thank you so much guy and girl!!!

Hamilton Propane was fast, friendly, and they actually care about making sure everything is safe and works properly! They had to come out a couple times for our water heater because it had been sitting for awhile and needed a little extra TLC, and they were great! Amanda Jo: Very friendly staff. First issue (2019) was refused when I wanted to prebuy the bulk propane. Second, had called for a 200 gallon delivery gave them the date I would be able to pay them with the 1 or 2% fee or whatever it was for greater than 30 days. They called 3 times for payment between delivery and the date I gave them at delivery. This time I called to have my tank filled, they didn't fill it, figured they ran out and would return to complete filling. Called them 2 weeks later about issue and to make a payment, she said she was creating a ticket to finish filling it. Today they won't finish filling it till I pay my balance, I didn't want to pay till they completed my first ticket request. Too many issues over the years, so they'll get their tank when it's empty. Very nice ladies in office, just not good business. Hoping to find a company that'll let me prebuy in bulk, or at least follow through with what they say. Not sure if this should be under Dague or Hamilton.
Joeseph Kreger: Place is nothing but a hasel tried locking in fuel and pre pay with a check. They will not accept a check. Before they even bring fuel what a joke I highly recommend other fuel company!!!!

Crystal Bissonnette: Recently we had Hamiltons propane come out and give my elderly mother an estimate on a new air conditioner. She couldn’t beat the price and had them come back out to install it. Not only was the price fair, but they were able to schedule the appointment the following week and they didn’t try to sell her anything that she didn’t need. We got to meet Job, Tom, and Dominic. Three of the most professional, compassionate, and detailed workers my mother has ever had in her home. Not only did they do the job like they were hired to they also went above and beyond to clean up any mess that they might have made. We were surprised to go downstairs and see that there was absolutely nothing for us to clean or pick up. We highly recommend Hamilton’s propane.

Kristen Elliott: Only wish I knew about Hamilton's Propane sooner. My dryer broke and the repair guy who came recommended getting a new one and said Speed Queen was the only brand he recommended. Never heard of Speed Queen and my google search led me to Hamilton's. Turns out they carry high end appliances and the Speed Queen brand is made in the USA! They had great pricing and it was installed the next day. Lowes and HD had a 2-3 week delivery time. From now on I won't go anywhere else.

Higrosswdnh: Where to begin... This place is red carpet all the way!!! Sam and his staff are a real pleasure to deal with!! Today I purchased a Napoleon prestige pro 500 grill from them. The transaction couldn’t have gone smoother! First of all I was at another dealer in Almont MI a week ago to look at the grill. The other store had the grill priced $300 higher than Hamilton’s right off the bat. I live in Davison so about a 45 min drive to Almont for me. I asked the other store if they could do anything on the price, and got a quick NO. I called them later in the day and asked if they could deliver the grill if I bought it and they also said NO. So I quickly realized this was not a store I wanted to do business with. Without even going into Hamilton ‘s, I called them and asked if they had the grill in stock. Spoke with Sam. He said they had 2 in stock for $1900. This was great news for me already $300 cheaper than the other place. I agreed to buy it immediately over the phone. Sam asked if I wanted a cover, of course I wanted one but forgot to ask him as I was excited! He sold me the cover at a great price because I was buying the grill at the same time. When I asked about delivery not expecting them to do it from my experience at the other store... Sam said no problem. Three hours later the grill is sitting in my garage. I am beyond happy with the service I have received from Hamiltons. The grill I bought was a high end purchase, and Hamilton’s kept it red carpet all the way! This is a great place to do business!!! I will be more than happy to spend more of my hard-earned money in their store. I will also be sure to share this experience with everyone I know. Thank you guys!!!
Charles Gossett: I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. Always paid my bill on time. The one time I ran out of propane and I still had 4 days left before my "designated" fill day, they socked me with an extra emergency fill upFee of $100.00 to come out and fill up my tank. I could seemaybe $25.00 max. I'm only 3 miles from their facility. What a way to say thanks for being a loyal customer. Especially during these troubled times. Shame, shame, shame.
