Lorelei DuBois: I find Wins to be very accommodating. They don't have EVERY bulb on the planet, but it IS Flint Michigan. It's my go to place for bulbs though, because, honestly, they're cheaper there. Sometimes, I use them for lamp repairs. They are a bit slow, but they do an exemplary job in that area too. The guys at the contractor store are great at finding exactly what will work for specific situations too. Go there. Support local business.

Jennifer Bison: Our goal was to find a new hanging light for our kitchen and ceiling fan for a bedroom. Tyson Grindstaff was extremely helpful. He was not pushy and did not hover. He truly went above and beyond for us. What initially started out as a trip for 2 fixtures grew to 7 and us becoming return customers. The quantity of instore selection was superior. He offered to show additional catalog items which furthered the sale. Forget the big box stores and shop Win's.

Keith R. Brown: I have done business with Winn's for quite a while. Went to the window (Coronavirus hysteria) and asked about a magnetic starter for a 5hp air compressor. The kid didn't understand the terminology. I then said "motor starter". Then he comprehended. Some guy said they would have to build one. I said I can build one myself and started to walk away. Then I asked how much for the components and the guy, without even looking up parts said "about $350". I can buy an off the shelf Square D starter, assembled, for $125 plus shipping. I walked away laughing. He was still standing there eyeballing me as I pulled out. I guess they are used excessive pricing to commercial electricians who are used to gouging their customers. I won't go back. Tough guys scare me.LOL!!!

Kj Jane: Today my husband and I came into this store looking for a wood laminate that we bought previously About a month ago. We went to the flooring section and didn't see it, we looked it up online and it said it wasn't in stock at any flint store so we asked another associate to page someone from flooring for us so we could ask about ordering it online and after about 5 minutes of waiting for an employee that never showed up so we were on our way out the door when my husband decided to stop at Pro Services and that's when our trip here turned around to a good thing. We met TIFF S at PRO SERVICES and not only was she extremely friendly but as she was getting ready to hit the send button for our order which would've cost us an extra $20 too btw to have it delivered, she decided to call the back one more time and double check the stock and low and behold she found 9 boxes of it for us in a clearance section so we were able to take our floor home today and save $20 on shipping. IF IT WEREN'T FOR THIS WONDERFUL EMPLOYEE THIS STORE WOULD'VE LOST OUR GOOD BUSINESS AFTER ASKING COR HELP AND NO ONE COMING. THANK YOU TIFF S.
Mikhail Macherkevich: I don't like The Home Depot, because consultants in any location try to ignore you! I always have to look for these consultants all over the huge store in search of help. When I find someone, it's like they don't care what you buy and like they're doing you a favor when they tell you something. This store's policy is terrible! Any way the Ace store, the consultants are simply the best! In all Ace locations, consultants will approach you and offer their help! Ace has the best customer service!
