Courtney Pidd: So for starters, the manager, Jennifer is super cool and nice. She let me throw my baby shower at the clubhouse while I was pregnant. She let us barrow tables and chairs for a family event at our house as well. Any time I have problems with flooding, animals getting under the house and anything else...she listens and takes authority of all situations. Maintenance is also super supportive and very well mannered. I love it here. Just wish my yard wasn't always flooded so I could plant flowers lol. Any fixes for the flood problem with the land we sit on would be a huge help 😇

Eric The Explorer: Westwood Village manufacturing home community is actually getting a lot better than it was 10 years ago. The new owner has brought in a lot of "new builds" and has really made the park look a lot better just by bringing in more and more new manufactured homes reciting and new skirting. The neighborhood seemed quiet and the resident I go visit almost daily says that Management is very easy to get along with and helps especially during this time of COVID-19. I saw people taking their trash cans out to the road so they must have trash pick up there which is a convenience and a manufacturing home community, most of them you have to throw it in the dumpster yourself but there they actually have contracted someone to pick up the trash. It's starting to be a real good community and they're starting to screen people much more carefully & who they actually let sign lease is there. I gave this place five stars because the new owner is really trying to rebuild this community in all the right ways. Hope this helps!

Phoenix Zudell: This particular Manufactured Home Community seemed VERY Pleasant. The roads were paved and there are speed bumps so slow it down guys (Don't want to buy them out),be careful! as far as management goes, I don't speak with them or haven't spoken with them directly but the residents in there say that they are very friendly and easy to get along with. If you come up a little short I'm sure they'd work with you. as long as it's not all the time. there are a lot of manufactured homes that were brought in I remember in previous years it was just as far as the eye could see was aluminum trailers. Now, The new owners have brought in all these new manufactured homes with very nice stairways to both doors, decks, The yards are well manicured, It seems that there are some trees that might need to be taken care of. overall this park was a pleasant and quiet place when I visited (and I often visit).is anybody is looking for a very nice manufactured home to live in that's brand new then you should check out Westwood village because they do have quite a few that they haven't even finished setting up yet. Got to get them before they get all filled though.

Hyp Wezzy: These are some of the worst places to stay in I stay there right now they do not do no work maintenance do not come out and if you pay your rent on time they're going to make sure they mess up your credit before you move out when you try to move in a good neighborhood this is not a good place and I'm not just saying that I have videos in everyday

I’m sure they’ll get rid of her soon they go through managers every year is new ppl in the office . The maintenance man don’t fix nothing he just talks on the phone and sleeps in his car. Diane use to be nice but I guess she had to adapt to not lose her job lol! I wouldn’t give this place two dimes for them raggedy broke down trailers they over charging for. They made me pay $50 to apply for a $1299.00 home, than called me and told me I was approved for that home but it's actually 1475.00 with the chance that they can also raise it $30+ a month if they choose on top of that! This placescammed me out money with nothing too provide. I'm glad I chose not to pay that 1475.00 because it appears like this place would be nothing short of a headache and a very strong possibility of destroying and ruining someone's life with the rent being so unstable monthly not knowing how they will decide to adjust your living expenses every month for a ran down place like Burton where crime is already high "" if you live here I would not advise you plan any vacation because you could just find yourself behind""I worked with Milly and Laura who appeared to work there but was very confused on what was going on lol

Gwen Horton: They don't make timely repairs...cats and groundhogs everywhere. Loud music at all hours! Don't waste your time or money!! Poor job with lawns but charge you regularly and I had to clean my place on my own after moving in....it was filthy!!!!!! Asked to be reimbursed for cleaning and still no response. This is the worst place I have ever lived!!!

David Mccoy: Terrible place to live water bill jumps up double to triple original price maintenance never comes out or they say the will call a contractor and they never show gone had water leaks and mold in house screen door fell off they can’t even fixed that cats ripped out ducts under The house we can’t control temperature in house unless we keep the air or heat constantly running there has been multiple shooting on the street I live would not recommend this place at all
