Douglas Miles: for the love of god do not move here, this place sucks, they are extremely rude and very disrespectful. they moved us out of our original home due to black mold and now are kicking us out of the place they moved us in with only a 24 day notice. not to mention the huge hole in our drive way (which gets filled with water every time it rains so we have to go around it) they said they would fix a year ago. you can get a much better place for a cheaper price.

About ripped my entire exhaust off my Mustang because I didn't know they had them. I won't be driving thar in there again.

Chrissy Crowe: I was here visiting a friend who lives in a culdesac and my car was parked for less than 8 hours and the office had my car towed. I was told it was because my car was parked on the sidewalk like every other car in the park and that my car was not registered to the park. It is a fully legal insured vehicle. I am just visiting a friend. Just be warned not to park on the side of the road or on the sidewalk. This is a very unfair and biased park.
Sue: This park is doing some shady stuff. They tell you they are going fix stuff and they don't. Also you pay your lot rent get a receipts. Then they turn around and put it misterously put it someone else's account and then give you eviction notice. How does that work.

Veronica Nite-mares of hemphill Davis: Lance needs to do a better job of cleaning up the property in this mobile home park. Prices are sky high for lot rent, ridiculously high for it looking like a dump. Roads have big holes that will screw up your car so be careful driving threw. A lot of empty trailers that they need to either replace or fix up.
Lisa Cherry: Depressing! To say the least. The water damage and electrical fire that resulted in being left hanging when they make arrangements to do repairs and get told “your own your own” they’ll tell you the unsafe furnace water heater is new and gas company will confirm otherwise. RUN find somewhere else to go. I lost everything including my poor cat due to their “neglect” causing a housefire !!!! Oh and the try to evict you after the housefire……. Do business somewhere else
Keith Blackmer: I lived in the park for over 10 years.In my opinion they stuck it to me real good. Again in my opinion they can't be trusted. They made appointments to do repairs never showed up.On the repairs they did didn't work. Took over a year to fix a roof leak as a result there is mold growing in the walls

Pamela Spencer: Lived there for 27 years, way too long. Started out as a beautiful mobile home community and ended up a trashy trailer park. The sale of my home was a nightmare. They fired the grounds crew immediately after buying the park, turned off the pool heater, yanked out our decorative street lights and replaced them with obnoxious baseball field lighting, tore up the sidewalks, stopped planting flowers and turned it into a rental community, very few owners are left now. Place is a dump.

Lorraine Black: Lived there for about 23 years. I moved out almost 2 years ago. Manager was very nice until I moved out, then she was snippy and argumentative. Office was closed during pandemic and phone not answered. The people who bought my trailer were never able to sign the lot rent, so the office sent me their lot rent bills. Well, things became quite complicated. I'll just say that they do business in a very unattractive manner. I hope they have a different manager. Before all this, I really loved living there.

Zeusey Goosey: My grandmother has lived here in Torrey Hills for 10 years now. The community is very peaceful, theres a public pool with a park that I loved going to as a kid. People leave canned food for the people who need it in the mail area, it's a very sweet place. My grandmother's only complaint is they do not offer maintenance work so she has to find a way to do everything herself, she's 77 so this is hard for her. Other than that the place is lovely.
Kelii G (Kelii Gonsalves): its ok. The first road in is freedom lane and its probably the nicest part about this community. The staff is alright and the maintenance are pretty friendly. The community park is pretty outdated and tired and sometimes hazardous. The pools freezing and the community room is nothing exciting either. some neighbors are nice but there are a ton of obnoxious drivers that speed through the community making it hard to let your kids play outside. worth checking out but not worth investing in long term.

Deven Mannix: Update. It's not as bad as it seems.The community is peaceful. Management is great at planning events for the community. They are also very understanding. They're doing a good job at revamping the whole park, constantly bringing in new trailers. Just keep your bills paid and you'll have zero issues. They are mindful of the public image they hold and I respect that. It's not easy creating a nice community this close to Flint. I will continue to update my review on google as the park progresses.Still over priced for what you get.Another update, when I originally posted my opinion on here it was a one star. The manager threatened to make my life hell unless I reconsider my review. Stay away.ANOTHER UPDATE: The reply given by them is comical. It most definitely happened. Obviously what happens behind closed doors has no paper trail. So you can believe an actual human who has lived there (I have tons of pictures of the poor excuse of "quality craftsmanship"), or you can believe the management company who only cares about the money.

Minutes from Swartz Creek, shopping and restaurants very nearby (Linden and Miller intersection less than 1 mile away). Mobile homes are close together, very small yards. Easy to mow and maintain. Open areas for kids to play around the park.

DJ_Diligent: So me and the wife just rented a place in here, so far it's a 5 star experience. The house is like new with all the appliances being new and in great shape. The manager, Jennifer was amazing, kind, and fast with getting us approved to move in. It took only a few days.The amenities are awesome. A beautiful club house you can rent for parties/get together. A nice pool and basketball court plus a park. There is also a little pond to fish in with a dock.The road is nice enough with not a ton of pot holes, and the speed bumps aren't huge. I will have to give and update in a few months with how the neighbors are, because I literally just moved in. I just really wanted to give a good review with how well I was treated already by the manager of the park. I think me and my family will be very happy here.

Courtney Pidd: So for starters, the manager, Jennifer is super cool and nice. She let me throw my baby shower at the clubhouse while I was pregnant. She let us barrow tables and chairs for a family event at our house as well. Any time I have problems with flooding, animals getting under the house and anything else...she listens and takes authority of all situations. Maintenance is also super supportive and very well mannered. I love it here. Just wish my yard wasn't always flooded so I could plant flowers lol. Any fixes for the flood problem with the land we sit on would be a huge help 😇

Maintainence guy seen fed ex drop off a package to a trailer by the office that is used for storage and he claims he doesn't know what happened to the package. I believe he stole the package because why else would you let them drop something off where no one lives.

Miss Sandra Kay Coulter (Sandy): I lived here for 13 years, it used to be a really nice mobile home park but these days there are more lots empty than there are mobile homes. I raised my son here to steer him away from Flint schools, so he ended up graduating from Carmen Ainsworth in 2008. I gave my mobile home to him & then he moved out a couple years later. It’s really sad to see the mobile home park go downhill.

Eric The Explorer: Westwood Village manufacturing home community is actually getting a lot better than it was 10 years ago. The new owner has brought in a lot of "new builds" and has really made the park look a lot better just by bringing in more and more new manufactured homes reciting and new skirting. The neighborhood seemed quiet and the resident I go visit almost daily says that Management is very easy to get along with and helps especially during this time of COVID-19. I saw people taking their trash cans out to the road so they must have trash pick up there which is a convenience and a manufacturing home community, most of them you have to throw it in the dumpster yourself but there they actually have contracted someone to pick up the trash. It's starting to be a real good community and they're starting to screen people much more carefully & who they actually let sign lease is there. I gave this place five stars because the new owner is really trying to rebuild this community in all the right ways. Hope this helps!
Phoenix Zudell: This particular Manufactured Home Community seemed VERY Pleasant. The roads were paved and there are speed bumps so slow it down guys (Don't want to buy them out),be careful! as far as management goes, I don't speak with them or haven't spoken with them directly but the residents in there say that they are very friendly and easy to get along with. If you come up a little short I'm sure they'd work with you. as long as it's not all the time. there are a lot of manufactured homes that were brought in I remember in previous years it was just as far as the eye could see was aluminum trailers. Now, The new owners have brought in all these new manufactured homes with very nice stairways to both doors, decks, The yards are well manicured, It seems that there are some trees that might need to be taken care of. overall this park was a pleasant and quiet place when I visited (and I often visit).is anybody is looking for a very nice manufactured home to live in that's brand new then you should check out Westwood village because they do have quite a few that they haven't even finished setting up yet. Got to get them before they get all filled though.
