Tegan Terrell: Me and my wifey happily walked I. The store yesterday and we happily picked our items and proceeded to check out. Normally they are very fast getting people out but on this day they was having a meeting in front of the store, it kind of had the line held up because the one cashier was super slow but it didn’t bother anybody. As we stood there finally a cashier who was super nice best customer service skills I’ve seen in a long time. As we walked up towards the ground of employees I noticed one of the was standing in the lane where we supposed to check out. My wife stepped up which placed her almost right next to the female employee. Ok once we got our items on the counter this employee with these long eyelashes, big flat side burns, and a bunch of wax in her hair, looking my wife up and down aggressively. So I ignored it at first and the second time which I found weird, the third time I had to snap because you’re in a whole meeting. Trying and I mean trying to intimidate someone you don’t even know. I never had a problem here, now I don’t think I want to even go back. Cause I don’t wanna be snapping on weird employees every time I go in there. bobbie manns: prices are amazing. try on clothing before purchasing as some were small to size but, considering the deals, it was worth the trip.

Kerri Dunford: The employees were very rude…. It seemed a very big imposition on their time at work that they had to actually work. A lot of eye rolling and muttering under the breath from these grown women….. The process at the register was super slow motion…. They stood around laughing and talking as customers waited for service….. I love Forman Mills but am not dark enough to shop here and receive professional service…..I gave one star because no stars wasn’t an option…. If it were one time I would brush it off… but this is the experience every-time I walk through their doors….

Tina R: Great prices, but don't let that fool you. I bought several polo shirts here, all the same size. Everyone fit differently. Good assortment of items and very reasonable prices, however the clothes are all over the place in size and style. It is obvious after shopping that everything is irregular or seconds, so beware about the fit or the quality.

Alishica Merrill: I love the deals at Forman Mills but it coups stands to be cleaned up . There a large variety of clothes for all ages which I realty like the only issue I have ever time is the lines are so long to check out. No matter how long the lines get , I've never seen them bother to open another register.

Lenore K: I spend a lot of time perusing the isles at Marshall's. I love the ever changing selection and prices. I buy a lot of health and beauty items here and always get good deals. I like the bedding and furniture you can find here too. I never leave dissatisfied.

Peggy Brisbane-noblit: I won't be shopping there there was a problem, with an employee who was rude to me, there was a problem with product on the shelves, that had been put out with oil all over them. 🤔 I found one of the bottles that did not have as much oil on it and wanted to know if I could get a discount on it, and that turned into a fiasco. I am usually very happy and treated well at Marshall's, not this time, so sad. What happened to customer satisfaction.
