Steve Simmons: I went searching for new frames after not finding what I wanted through my regular provider. Nicole and Autumn were very helpful and attentive throughout the whole process of picking out new frames and getting them fitted. They never tried to pressure me with an upsell or to buy. I found a couple frames that I liked but wanted to check out a couple other places before making my decision. However, the customer service was lacking at both so I came back here. A couple weeks later I had to come back to get them readjusted after a minor mishap, Nicole worked patiently to get them back to the right fit (and shape 😆). Thank you for "getting it." Outstanding customer service, patience and understanding!

Rick DeSonia: I did not get called when my glasses arrived. They stated they were waiting for my “other glasses”. The glasses they were referring to were my old frames with tinted lenses. The issue was I was wearing my old glasses waiting for my new ones to arrive. I was going to surrender my old glasses to be sent out for new lenses when my new glasses arrived therefore the “glasses they were waiting for” would never arrive. I called them a week after my new glasses were suppose to arrive or I would still be waiting.

Armored Saint Metal Church of Christ: ZERO STARS! I took my frames in to be tightened and they cracked my lens. Being blind and not knowing this could occur, I, at first, thought it was a fingerprint or smudge. It wasn't until I got home and tried to clean them when I discovered the damage, but that was too late according to this place. I called them and spoke to a receptionist who told me the manager wouldn't be in until noon. I received a call sometime after 1 p.m. buy said receptionist, not the manager! She explained they were not liable because I left the building without pointing out the damage. According to them, who's to say I didn't damage the lens myself? Fair enough! But, you knew I was there and you made no attempt to reconcile or make things better. No percentage off a new lens! Not even an offer of a percentage off an eye exam! They took zero responsibility and I was left with non-functioning glasses until I was able to afford another pair. Steer clear of this place!

Have been calling for 4 months to get contacts, finally got a call back, was told I didn't have an exam done, when I was there in July,but they would order me a box, until I was able to get theexam done. it has been a month, still no contacts, and I paid 100.00 for them. I have called twice, with no call back again. I will be going elsewhere, but I either want my money back or my contacts. Sad that I am hoping someone will read this, so I can get it taken care of, since noone ever calls you back.

I took a chance and called in to the store and a kind gentleman did tell me they were closed . I stated that i just needed to pick up my glasses and he was so friendly and understanding, he said of course come on in. He went above and beyond instead of just saying no were closed.He took the time and allowed me to try them on and cleaned them even though i said He could just hand them to me through the door. I left extremely happy!

Florena Brodman: Nice store. Pharmacy area is easily accessible. This is still a good store! I would recommend them to anyone!

Janette Hidalgo: It was not a great experience for us. We did a pick up. Called when we got there to check in told them the spot we were in they said ok and hung up before asking our name so we called back and they said our info pops up when we call so they didn't need our name so we thought all was good. Then we waited over 30 minutes for our order. We contacted support and they we told we didn't check in. Support was helpful and not long after they appeared. During the time we sat there only 2 cars ahead of us were helped and only about 5 cars total in the pick up spots including ours.

Vivian Bennett: My car indicated that my tires were low. After having gone to another place that could not help me, they recommended Walmart. I did not know they had such a service. Thank you, so much. The workers were pleasant and efficient. KudosInside the store, look like they have rearranged the aisles. There's more room to maneuver. It looks more organized. I appreciate that. The workers at the register were pleasant and friendly.
