Tricia Duska: I’m from Florida and I typically go to the Michael Kors in Orlando. I am used to being greeted immediately and having a personal shopper the second I walk in the door. I never have to take a display model because my personal shopper goes and gets a new one in the back for me. Let’s just say this was trip to birch run was embarrassing. I was bringing my family and we were all going to purchase items. Not once were we greeted yet there was 3 females and one guy. There were two other shoppers in the store which they got the same treatment we did. The Michael Kors consultants should be working for Walmart. No one asked us if we needed help, no one greeted us. My niece and daughter were looking for a specific purse and again we received no help. When we found what we wanted to purchase we had to take the displays up to the register. Not one “person” because they were not sales consultants tried to up sell us. They were glad to just ring us up. I felt like we were annoying them to be in there. Michael Kors upper management will be contacted by me. If I could give a zero star I would.

Pretty Eyez: I came here to make a large purchase on a few items and the staff greeted us hello and stood at the register talking about drinks and crab legs the entire time while I looked for what I was going to purchase not one staff out of 4 came to assist me in anything ask what I was looking for any sales going on nothing! Needless to say I wont ever return to this location and they lost out on a big purchase that I will purchase at another location. Do better with your customer service you never know who is in your store.

Angie Tovey: I was in this location on July 23rd 2021 after I had left the Coach store, when I walked in there were no other customers in the store but there was 3 workers 2 men and a female, not one greeted me as I walked in instead they stood and had a personal conversation about reducing the body down to molecules, not one asked if I needed assistance (which I did) I was in the store for 30 minutes trying to figure out what I wanted. I walked with 2 different purses around the store for 30 minutes trying to match them with wallets and I wasn't finding what I was looking for but not one time did any of the people working ask me if I needed help until I got frustrated with not finding what I was looking for and put the 2 purses back where I found them and the 2 gentleman walked at me LIKE I WAS STEALING! and one asked "so your not getting anything??" I said "no since your customer service was so great asking me if I needed help while I walked around this store for 30 minutes and not one of you asked me if I needed help! You guys are great with your customer service!" And I walked out! I went down to coach and purchased a purse and matching wallet and 2 sets of perfume I walked into coach and was greeted and a worker stayed with me helped me find exactly what I was looking for even though their store was super busy that sales person had time for me!! If I could give zero stars for this I would!

Pamela Morrison: I received some diamond earrings from my husband for christmas. The backs would not stay on. Needless to say we returned them to Macys in Genesee Valley Mall. The store was empty. We entered the store and stood in a return line for 15 min. while they waited on one older couple. Finally it was our turn only to be told we had to go to fine jewelry to get our refund. We walked back to fine jewelry. There were 3 women behind the counter. All of them waiting on one customer. After waiting 10 minutes more one of them finally told us she would be right with us. 5 more minutes passed before she finally gave us our refund. I made up my mind never to do business with them again.

I was really disgusted a few weeks ago though when 2 different pairs of shoes, out of the box (one clearance) had clearlyyyyy been worn and put back in their boxes. I don’t think that is DSW’s policy & I would hope not. I had the nice staff order me a new pair from the ones on the floor. I was willing to take the dirty ones from clearance if given a significant discount. I was only offered 10% which was a joke in my opinion. I declined the offer. I will still come back but what is going on here? Please don’t put dirty shoes back in a box & offer your customers, especially loyal ones, better deals on damaged goods. As a fellow business owner, this isn’t good practice. Thanks 💞
