Megan Brown: Do the community a service and shut down. They can't make a simple order right. Are too busy running their mouths to work. The whole place is filthy. Don't go.
sandra Battles: They have a tendency to leave out items that you've already paid for such as an extra meat patty or bacon. They need to be more precise about making sure an order is prepated correctly. Their prices are a bit pricier than other framchises.
Sarah Jane: My order was correct and the girl taking the payment was very pleasant however the girl preparing the order couldn't pull her eyes away from her phone and wasn't at all friendly. The drive threw would probably move faster if cell phones weren't her priority.Edit: The morning crew is better but the afternoon crew is still awful!! Plus this McDonald's has some bad policies such as: if your order is messed up due to no fault of your own, you're required to go back threw the line or go in before it's fixed. You also always need your receipt which isn't always given to you. I'm just done with this place. I'll go to Linden Rd to avoid this big headache.

John Nowaczyk: Uber driver here, so my first stop is always the bathroom. This one was sparkling clean, with regular (non-motion-sensored) faucets! 🙌 Always grateful when my order comes on a tray when I specify "for here," and on this occasion the associate went above and beyond. She made a second trip back to bring me ketchup, and even checked if other dine-in patrons were doing okay/needed anything. This location is a model of how the (dine-in) customer experience should go with the newer ordering/service format. So many good reasons to have customers directly enter their own orders, and humans can then focus on food quality and customer service.

Andy W: Ordered online and selected the option for curbside. After waiting 25 minutes they sent out an employee to inform me and a car next to me that they were busy and couldn't send someone out with our orders. We were told to get in line (which now was to the street). Don't know why that particular employee couldn't just bring the orders. They also need to turn off curbside and inside pickup if they aren't going to be offering it at the time.Ordered from her again at night. Definitely avoid. Was served pies that had still by times over 4 hours ago. Then the chicken was too tough to even bite into. The burger also seemed like it was past it's sell by time.

Robert Harrington: Went in today at 9:55 am me and a co worker....my co worker went to the bathroom. I asked the manager lady what time they were serving lunch. She told me 10:30 soi waited there near the first table. Mind you we were the only two ppl inside and after 2 mins waiting for my co- worker to come out the morning manager same lady says to one of her co- workers nice and loud . " Don't we have a loitterering policy here" the others laughed . So I told her "lady you can go F........self and walked out. Been going there for years. I called the night manager when I got off work and told him. His reply ," I'll need to talk to her". I told him I won't be back till she's gone.

Michael Gwinn: Ordering was not bad it was the receiving that was the issue. I received my entire order except for a 4 piece nugget. When I asked for my missing food they became disrespectful then demanded me to pull forward and wait for them to bring out my missing food. All while the rest of my order to get warm and no longer desirable. McDonald's fries as you know are only good fresh once cold or warm they turn to a foam texture.

Xnekal Nolani: OK, I don't normally leave reviews for fast food places, it's fast food. This will be an exception. Stopped in to get a cone for my son and use the bathroom. And because it is fast food I don't expect much, I do expect that the restrooms are clean however and when I went to use the bathroom this is what I found. Wife stated she had to clean urine off the seat in the woman's bathroom. How does that happen? If the bathrooms are in that shape how well are they taking care of the rest of the store? Anyway did not order anything and left as quickly as I got there.
