Eric Wiltse: On Christmas Eve Power went out at my residence. Hours later when Consumers restored power it blew the furnace transformer prohibiting my furnace from turning back on. It was cold. I noticed a Goyette truck at my neighbors house fixing the same issue. Once the Goyette technician, Coby, was done at my neighbors, I flagged him down. I find out It was the technician’s, Coby’s, day off but he was working on Christmas Eve to help another co-worker that was slammed with service calls. Coby without hesitation agreed to look at my furnace issue. Within 30-45 minutes Coby had my furnace working again. Patsy Carter: Jayden the tech was very professional, admitted he couldn't do magic. Situation with main water pipe was serious, he worked on pipe in just a few minutes, put new piece in. He did work magic and wasn't costly. I was expecting a bigger bill! Always call goyette for heating and plumbing!!!!!!

The tech Cody that came out to my house was awesome. He was experienced, hard working, empathic, on time, and worked with integrity. Although the news he had to break to me about my furnace was not good and expensive to me in my pocket book I had no problem paying my bill. Be more like Cody.

I called 15 places and most wouldn’t service Rheem, a tankless water heater, or they were 4-5 weeks out. Patrick from Goyette was out 4 hours later and had hot water running. Patricia Lidster: Goyette Mechanical is a rip off, they overcharge and underperform, if you are not happy with the job they do for you do Not pay them let them bill you, you don't have to pay for 1/2 a job or a bad job, the cost to go to small claims court is nominal and they will have to pay back your filing fees if you win and you probably will, by law if you hire someone and they do not do a complete job you do Not have to pay them, if you are not happy with what they did or feel you were overcharged it is worth it to sue them in small claims court, you will either get your money back or not have to pay them, take pictures and keep notes if you hire this company!

Eric The Explorer: I actually had the privilege of giving someone a ride to this mechanic shops twice. At first I just thought it was one mechanic shop you seen them all right? Well not really, he may have took over night but these people take their time I noticed and every time I saw the truck come back it was nice and buffed up and fixed above and beyond the means that he took it in for now my clutch needs to be adjusted and this is where I'm going to take it if the price is right I have to get some estimates of course but I'm pretty sure that he can beat them all. If you didn't you wouldn't be in business. That's my take on it.

David Fernelius: Great Service, price, response time, and quality workmanship!The Company Rep responded quickly and was out the next day to assess my needs for a new hydronic boiler. I'd done my homework and know these systems generally. The Rep was Very knowledgeable and discussed our options to fit our budget and needs. He properly sized my unit by the manufacturers recommendations and promptly got the quote to me. He was honest and answered questions the same. They had the new unit and parts installed within days after we accepted the quote. Bobby and Luke arrived on time & had my entire system installed, plumbing & venting in less than 8hrs. They thoroughly explained the operation & answered my many questions. Johnson & Wood Mechanical is a great all around Company. I'll make sure to call them annually for a Safety Inspection and any Service, if necessary.

JChiplock: These folks are the best! We had an urgent need (based on a health emergency) to make repairs to our whole-house humidifier. Not as bad as having zero heat, as most repair cos. are dealing with this time of year, but urgent none the less. We had a hard time finding anyplace open on a Saturday, so we left messages at a few places. Tony called us back right away, and assured us that he would have an HVAC tech at our house by midday. James drove 40+ miles to reach us by 12:30, even stopping to buy supplies to match our unit’s brand, then quickly & efficiently diagnosed and repaired the existing unit, sparing us a replacement cost. The whole time he was very pleasant, courteous and took time to explain what he was doing and how to avoid future problems. All in all, a great service experience! We’ll definitely be recommending this firm and placing on top of our list when HVAC repairs are needed.
