Donna Ullrich: With the temps getting intense, I know Lyons had to be swamped with tune up calls, while in 90 degree heat my AC just turned itself off. I like to use local businesses and found Lyons first online. Called, set up the appointment for the next day. After a very long day of appointments, he discovered that my AC is a window unit and I discovered that they don't repair them. The next sentence from him was, "but I know what's wrong with it and can get it going." And indeed he did. A little filter cleaning, a magic spray and he had it freezing me out. My mother's furnace was out and I had a major water leak in my bathroom. Jim at P&H sent Jeremy to my mother's and he fixed that problem and then he came too my house and fixed my plumbing issue.
