Arianna Gilbert: Worst place to ever be seen they are a job and don’t take health issues seriously and the doctor didn’t even know how to read an ekg results thank goodness for my new doctor that did an ekg and can read it now I can finally go to the heart doctor and get my health back in order I wouldn’t ask my worst enemy to go to this doctor there horrible and should be closed

Cadenza: My doctor is great, this review is in no way a reflection of her. This review is simply about trying to get a hold of ANYONE in the office lately. I have been trying to call about an urgent matter for the past 2 days since it happened and not a single person has answered the phones. I've sat on hold waiting to be answered for upwards of a half hour. And this is not the only time this has happened. One of the last times I complained about this they said their phones were not great. And it continues to happen and nothing changes with their phones. I'm about to drive up there just to get some freaking help.

Amanda Kenney: I am 24 weeks pregnant and I started out a 166.7 pounds now I am 264 I gained nearly 100 pounds I have been complaining about it every sense I went past 200 I am so uncomfortable and it's harder to get around instead of helping me and doing test to find out why I have gained so much they fudged my weight numbers and said I have been this weight for 2 years. I would advise anyone that wants a good ob doctor not to look for it at this facility
bobotat123: I have nothing but good things to say about this place..Appointments are easy to get, I can talk to someone right away instead of getting an automated system where I have to go through a 5 minute menu only to have to wait in line to speak to an actual person. I have never had to wait for an appointment I've scheduled..staff is very friendly and helpful. And Dr. Naismith is fantastic, very knowledgeable and personable, and if you have questions after your appointment will get back with you within a few hours.
Callum Carr: I was pretty disappointed with my care here, so much so that I am now driving to Ann Arbor to go to the University of Michigan for care. The office staff at McLaren are very nice but there were a lot of problems. My OB left the country for good and no one informed me. This threw my care for a loop. I wasn't able to get any of the necessary medication refilled. I'm struggling with Hyperemesis and with Depression. My previous OB had no problem prescribing me meds to help with this but as soon as he left the practice it was like pulling teeth. I ended up missing MORE work because I couldn't stop vomiting and went through withdrawal over my depression medication. I called and emailed to get scripts filled and never got a response from the office - no email back, no phone calls. I also don't think I ever spent more than 15 minutes with a doctor at any time. They are clearly over worked and the care is just not what it should be at all. I was faced with the decision to continue care 10 mins from my home or go somewhere that I felt safer. So I'll be driving an hour away for care from now on. I know this will complicate my pregnancy and all the logistics related to it but I have to go with my instinct and I just don't trust this office. When I emailed them to express my concerns and tell them I was thinking of transferring care they never responded. They were just done with me at that point apparently. Very disappointed. This is my first pregnancy and I need to feel safe and supported.
Shooler One: I came to this location/practice specifically and ONLY for Dr. Frye. In the beginning of November (7 month pregnant) I was informed I had to do my visit with the available midwife because the doctor was on vacation. They scheduled me back early mid Dec. After having to reschedule because of my riding having the flu, they inform me that Dr. Frye is NO LONGER THERE.Since I've had a c section in the past, and considered a "high risk" the midwife (only other person I've ever seen in the building besides the nurse and Dr. Frye) cannot deliver me, and the soonest I am available to even meet one of the other doctors is when I have less than 3 weeks left to go.They have not done anything to adequately prepare for this extra load on the remaining doctors (was told they see 55 patients a day now instead of normal 35), and do not seem to be prioritizing which patients can get in to see doctor (since I should be seeing a doctor EVERY 2 WEEKS at this point, instead of over a month to a month and a half).I would definitely reconsider another practice, if you wanted Frye, and I am not even sure if I can get into anywhere else at this point in my pregnancy and time of year, insurance-wise. So I feel strong armed at this point to be stuck in a situation, I did not want.
Tacrisha Triplett: I had the most horrific experiments with this clinic and Dr.Annapurna after give me major surgery on a Bartholin cyst she did not give me any anabiotic's in case of infection and very mild medication for swelling and pain I will never attend this womans clinic again I ending up in the er where I was given several anabiotic's and strong pain medication to deal with the horrible enlargement of my vaginal area
Cody Green: Dr. Rostam and Nikki are both AMAZING. After only seeing them one time as a new patient- I called with an urgent issue and they were beyond helpful and actually called another office to get my blood work back faster......told me to go to ER where Dr. Rostam then called and got me the treatment that I needed.Couldn't imagine a better office.

Jenna L: I was given this office’s information from someone saying Dr. Moore was a great doctor who made you feel welcome and human not like a $. I originally started taking a family member there who needed help, and after all few months of going to those appointments switched myself to the office as well. The office is clean. The staff are great, and Dr. Moore, is professional and also easy to talk to.

Melodi Bemis: Dr Moore was great. However was disappointed with the rest of the staff. Not very kind and basically dismissed us. They set up a sleep study and they never told us they didn't work with blue care network so it had to be canceled. Called again for a recurring issue that was discussed at apt for them to be unhelpful and dismissive again.
Wade O'Coyle: Dr Moore asks why you are coming in, then immediately interrupts you and starts talking right over you. Front office staff says they will set up a referral but doesn't. I called two days after my visit to see if they referred me to a GI doc and she told me it can take up to a week to call them. Absolute catastrophe at this office. Calling my insurance company now to file complaint, then I will call the state.

Regina Balicki: I haven't seen this doctor, but the receptionist was terribly rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. My daughter called (she is the patient) to try and get the medicine for Covid. She was told they don't have it there. Like no duh!! We know that, we need a prescription. She said the doctor won't see patients with covid. I asked how are we supposed to get the medicine, she said to treat symptoms with over the counter meds. I explained that she has tried, they are ineffective, and she needs the covid specific medicine. The receptionist then told me that you can't prescribe some meds with some insurance. I had to explain to her that a prescription can be give regardless of insurance, it just may not be covered and would then have to be paid for in cash or through some other means. (Seems like a receptionist at a doctors office would know this, but apparently that information is beyond her knowledge capabilities.) She then said she would take my info, give it to the doctor tomorrow, and see what he can do. She lied. She just called my daughter, AS SOON AS I HUNG UP, and told her that her mother cannot "demand" anything from her doctor. SO...asking for care is demanding? my exact words were "we would like to get the covid specific medicine, it requires a prescription, how can we get that if the doctor refuses to see her?" I was thinking telehealth visit, like EVERY OTHER office. She is the one who said she would pass the request on, I did not demand that she did so. All in all, the amount for which this office staff cares about their patients is ZERO. Super disgusted with this woman, her lack of professionalism, and her nonexistent knowledge base. Why is it good doctors have such terrible people working the office? I am not normally into people losing their job, but in this case I will make an exception. Fingers crossed this one gets the boot!!

I was unexpectedly hospitalized multiple times at the end of 2021 and found out that I didn't have a PCP. Dr Moore took me in right away and has been doing everything he can to help me get my life & limb back, literally.

HOWEVER, the office staff is EXTREMELY uncoordinated, EXTREMELY RUDE, I had to call for MONTHS to get a referral, everytime they said they would call me back, NEVER did. I had to go into the office and ask why they never did it and then they said they did, I called the referral dr and they said they NEVER recieved anything from them. My son had a dr app they cancelled and then said he never showed up. When I said they had an app today she said FINE, FINE, FINE So RUDE!!!! I am considering going elsewhere with my family except that I LOVE the dr for myfamily
Gary Mowery: I see dr moore and he has been amazing every visit. He listens has great bedside manor and takes a targeted approach at your overall health not just brush off any concerns you may have. The staff is absolutely wonderful. The only downside is at times wait times are lengthy but you can have all the time you want/need with the dr.
Calvin Christopher: Greatest doctor ever , they really are caring and listen to you, and fines what's wrong with you. Dr. Chardoul saved my life , I told him i had a lot of pain in my legs and they wasn't feeling like they should for a long time. Right away they did tests on my legs , something my past doctor wouldn't do. My last doctor actually thought i was just making things up or it was just in my head. But the arteries in my legs was nearly fully clogged and i was in surgery right away , probably in the nick of time to save my legs. Im getting up in age so he does everything that a person my age would need in day to day life to make it more productive. Thanks Dr. Chardoul

Vanilla Bean: Hurley use to be my favorite hospital. I'm extremely disappointed with the nurses in your peds ER. The wait times are unnecessary! Nurses and doctors sitting at their desk laughing and giggling instead of discharging patients.
Codi Poufcas: I went to Hureys for my girlfriend she was very sick sat there for over 12 hours and I was sitting looking out the window and there were about 4 nurses outside and the staff was like where are all the nurses I said outside and one of them flashed one of the security guards and when they seen I saw that they said I had to go because I was doing to much all I was doing was talking to the others who saw it also and so my girlfriend left and she is very sick so lost because McLean is worse

Stardust08: Took my toddler son to Hurley ER today and his pediatric nurse, Gwien, treated us horribly. She was extremely unprofessional and unkind. Lacked bedside manner of any kind. Was very rude and snarky. Told me twice to keep an eye on him so he doesn’t get hurt there too.” (Had opened a cabinet when she walked in and another time was just playing) As we were leaving, I asked for a bag to put his belongings in and she went to hand it to me and would NOT let go. Pretty much had to pry it out of her hands. Then she told me to “make sure I kept his bandage tight so he didn’t suffocate.” She was also rough with my son when giving him his medicine and only talked to him when there were doctors in the room. She does not belong in an ER working with children.As for the doctors, they were wonderful with my son and treating him and the Head Nurse was kind to us.

Jessica Stewart: My dad received care yesterday evening through today at Hurley, and I want to share some highlights on his quality of care. While the wait was long, this is expected given the staffing shortages many hospitals face and the increased number of patients seeking medical care. I do not fault Hurley for the length of the wait because this is a universal problem, and everyone is doing their best under these circumstances.I first want to hightlight an absoltuely outstanding RN who cared for my dad in the emergency room, Jenna. Jenna’s bedside manner was genuine, empathetic, and caring. Jenna was able to ensure that my dad received the care he needed, while creating a safe space where my dad felt a sense of ease. Jenna also ensured I was comfortable while we waited and offered me a warm blanket and something to drink, checking in often. She even went out of her way to grab me a hot coffee since it was 4 am and the cafeteria was closed. Our stay was long in the ER until he was admitted; however, I felt confident my dad was in the best of hands during this time. Jenna, if you see this, thank you for being such a light by showing true compassion for your patients and a sense of warmth. Your nurturing approach to my dad made the most significant impact on him when he was feeling confused and unsure.Both doctors who treated my dad in the ER were professional and thorough. They ensured they gave my dad the tests and medical care he needed. Our second ER doctor talked with me about my dad's condition and any concerns. They were also wonderful.Once my dad was admitted to the hospital, we switched nurses and had Pete. Pete was kind, compassionate, and attentive to my dad. He offered his hand when my dad became emotional and gave my dad reassurance that he was in a safe space. He was friendly and made my dad feel more comfortable. Thank you, Pete!All of the nursing staff and doctors that we interacted with during his stay were really amazing.Everyone has different experiences at hospitals, and not everything will be perfect; however, I was incredibly moved and impressed by the fantastic care he received from Jenna, Pete, the ER doctors, and other nursing staff.
Krystal: Make the drive to memorial hospital in Owosso, my son and I should have, they only employ professionals who are absolutely passionate about their jobs. Can't speak for the whole hospital, there are a couple graceful toke d in the building. The police at memorial are more helpful and understanding as well. Make the drive.

Tracy Allis: Currently here with my dad. Started really great in ER Dr Webber then sent us to group 2 team admitted and nothing at all. Probably UTI / bladder and No treatment at all? What are we waiting for to die? Restricted fluids and what would you think happens. Kidney disease. We got him sitting up nurses did nothing other than a hot tea for us and then basic BP and blood oxygen. No diagnosis other than “we are collaborating”. Hahaha no no no diagnosis or treatment. Believe me I will pursue action if this ends up what I think they are doing. We are not allowing a healthy guy with new stents to be left with infection for days without treatment. Seriously. Then put him in a room with infectious disease person they are having to amputate a leg due to not being able to fix infection. This hospital and McLaren need investigated.
Issa Abuaita: It’s only 2 child patients waiting for 7 hours and they come out and tell no rooms available, there is only one nurse in all of the ER section and 10 janitors, your child runs out of breath and they don’t care all they tell you we short on nurses or we don’t have rooms.If you interrupt their nap they become terrible with attitude and basically almost tell you they don’t care abt your child. Never go there again!!!!!!
Brianna Young: There is no other place in Michigan I would have my babies! I had a high risk pregnancy and an emergency induction with my baby being in nicu for two weeks. My child is healthy and growing thanks to the wonderful staff.
Sarah Fosnow: My son was in a terrible car wreck in Flint right before Christmas. He was pretty banged up, including a broken jaw. We mostly had good care, but something needs done about Dr. Ronald Stewart DDS. I have personally left him a negative review. He is the rudest doctor I have ever met and we had issues with him in hospital and outside of hospital when it came to after care. His office is disgusting and he shouldn't be putting his hands in anyone's mouth in that environment. I have much to say and would like to talk to someone at the hospital about this very unprofessional professional.

Jeremy Ellwood (Craeft): I want to specifically thank Dr. Deol.I haven't had my check up in a while and decided it was time. The reason I haven't bothered is because every time I go there, I waste most of the appt. time answering the same questions someone else has already asked. Then they rush me out because they have other appts. I get it. It's a residency. I chose this place FOR that reason - if I can help doctors learn and practice, then I think it's a good cause.The problem has always been, though, that we never have time to get to actual medical issues.Today, however... was different. Yes. It was a new doc. Someone I've never seen before. Dr. Deol is in his first year residency. But he was honestly the most professional and caring physician I've encountered here. He actually listened to my concerns. He actually took appropriate notes. He actually showed genuine concern for my overall well being. I want him as my full time doc.
NeNe: If I could give 0 stars I would the first time coming to this office I only came to get 7 stitches removed from my finger which once they finally came in the room 1hr45 minutes later only took them 7 mins to remove them so after that I said i would not go back but they wanted to do a followup visit since I really didn’t have function in my thumb.. Only to come back for that follow up visit where it took them a hour just to come in the room just for them to tell me there was nothing more they could do for me..So i was confused as to why they wanted me to schedule a followup in the first place it was a waste of time going they are not very knowledgeable and wait times is SLOW!!!!! I went elsewhere and got the answers i needed…. Save yourself time and find another doctors office!!!!
Georgia Jones: Over the years I have had great and caring doctors. Referrals are done in a highly professional manner. Prescriptions are called in on a timely basis as well as refills. Could do a better job at answering phone and long lengthy holds. Excellent medical care over many years. Nurses are very sweet and caring. All my health issues have been taken seriously and if I need specialty care never been a problem referring me to a reputable specialist.

Liz Smutek: I've been coming to this practice for over 20 yrs have delivered 4 kids and my kids are patients as well.... recently I know finding staff isn't easy since covid.... But recently my last few experience's have recently contemplating finding a new PCP.....I called on a Monday to have my birth control refilled until i can see the dr and to make an appt to come in....I called back Thursday waited an extra day past the 3 days the receptionist stated she was going to directly give the message to the medical assistant to talk to the dr...I call back friday to check the status of my request..the receptionist was very rude to begin (i belive she is also the one i spoke with on monday) she stated that the dr has 3 days to answer my request i expressed i had been waiting since monday...the person who i spoke with monday and made my appt with never even sent the message to my provider....so then I speak with Hailey who stated she is the office manager with a snappy tone and she stated since my prescription wasn't urgent she could not reach out to none of the main providers or another resident to help with a resolution to this issue as it was the receptionist error for not sending the message in the first place she said i would have to wait till monday as an office manager her professionalism was very rude and if she didn't care of my situation ....I work in the medical field i felt this whole situation was handled terribly and unprofessionally....who wants to find a new dr after so many yrs but also who wants to be treated as if they are a bother and what i needed was irrelevant even after following protocol I could have simply went to the urgent care until my appt if there would have been better communication
Pat N.: This location is a Family Residency Dr. office. This site also shares other medical aide sites such as, Behavior Therapy, Pulmonary heart/breathing service, Allergy service, Sleep Apnea, etc. The staff is very hospitable, helpful, etc. The Family Residency Medical Center, also permits walk-in service, but it's always best to call ahead to assure they accept your medical insurance 1st.

Aleena Totten: I just go thrown out of the office because of my family being sick with negative covid tests but yet bcuz they r sick I can't be seen in office when I have med refills and stuff that needs to be done. Over an hour of my time wasted. We have negative covid test and have been test 2 to 3 times. I didn't even get a full chance to make sure I had all my belongings I came in with. Now I'm stuck waiting in my car for a video call so I can't even leave or I won't be seen. No happy at all. If you plan on coming here make sure they don't know your family is sick or anything even if it's just with something unrelated to covid cuz u won't been seen even with negative covid tests.

When I told him about my concerns that my daughter ate too fast he told me to buy formula with rice cereal in it. He insisted they sell it at Walmart. I work there, they do not. Also, you should NEVER add cereal to a baby’s bottle, let alone a newborn only 4 days old. He also recommended I cut the tip of the bottle so the formula/rice can come out faster. Rice isn’t even recommended more than once a week for babies because arsenic (naturally occurring in rice) can build up in your baby. Multigrain cereal is generally recommended after 4 months old and only spoon fed. Adding cereal to a baby’s bottle can cause them to choke.He also told me to put my baby in direct sunlight like by an open window to prevent jaundice. My baby isn’t even jaundice.I have never heard so many wrong and concerning things in a row from a doctor ever in my life. I have three kids so luckily I knew not to follow his advice but this man is seriously going to make someone’s baby sick. He didn’t even seem comfortable putting her diaper back on her. It was as if this was his fist time ever around a baby.DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE
Chelsea Pelkey: Never go to this place, they don’t listen to their patients when it comes to just about everything i went in for, including saying i have pcos without sending me out for the proper ultra sounds to prove that i could have pcos which would change everything for me. when i said my psyc med was no longer helping me infact making it worse, theyre solution was to add on another SSRI and kept asking me if i thought about weight loss surgery, during a med change visit. this place needs a lot of work.
Andrew Jacobson: This office is not great.Tried calling for my paperwork to pick up, good luck reaching anyone. I go into the office and they say its not ready( which doctor said would be ready in advance) and I am then expected to recieve a call back that day. No callback, and I am stuck again with no one answering the phones next day. Seems to be no communication and its frustrating when timeliness was assured.Update: I was called by operations manager to ensure this was taken care of. I appreciate the help.
April Wysinger: I recently started going there and I can't believe the wait times. Ridiculous. Also trying to get someone to answer the phone is worse. I will have to look for another primary care provider because this is unacceptable. No care for patients at all.

It's like this everytime we're here and I know we're not the only ones. I'm working on moving my wife and children to my doctor in Fenton. The care is terrible. Israel: Dr Madison Brown took good care of me for my yearly exams.
Suji Jeon: After meeting the doctor, I was waiting for the blood drawn for 30 minutes. But they didn’t come to draw my blood. I couldn’t wait more so I left. I told the person at the check out, I cannot wait anymore. The front person said there are only two patients and it is weird how long I waited. No respect for the patient’s time and schedule. I will never go back this location. Really bad.
Destiny Hoffman: Love the nurses and my ob, they were a huge help and amazing guides throughout my pregnancy.Dr. Miller is one of the best doctors I've ever met.

B. K.: Although this place is convenient, it’s very hard to find a doctor who truly cares about your health and knows what you’re talking about. Every time I go in I feel like I’m stereotyped and like the doctor is not taking me seriously. The last appointment I had the doctor said one thing, left the room I’m assuming to talk to the actual physician, came back in and said the complete opposite of what he had originally said. It’s very very frustrating and I’m tired of leaving that office with no results or help and honestly feeling like I’m crazy. It’s time for me to switch doctors I guess.

R B: Worst place ever. I was with this place for almost 6 years and they booted me as a patient in 2018 for walking out upset telling them they were not listening to me and ignoring my health problems. I can't even return to get labs from or a follow up from an ER visit now with one of their Obgyn because of this. When they refused to listen to me back in 2018 I went and found another Obgyn who immediately recommended surgery (hysterectomy) I knew something was wrong and I was right. This place did me a huge disservice. They are unprofessional, rude, have horrible bedside manner. Refusing and booting patients for not doing your jobs correctly is a disgrace to healthcare.
THE C4 Movement: I was in a car accident and followed up with my doctor at this location and she suggested physical therapy and I agreed. The problem is no one told me where to go. I then made another appointment to be seen and that took a whole month and the doctor once again suggested Physical therapy and now an MRI because the pain is now traveling to my leg. Like the last time she failed to let me know where to go but this time what looked like a supervisor came in and talked to me and told me the same information but like the doctor failed to tell me where to go. Frustrated I called back to the office to ask for directions on what to do and the lady answering the phone took my information and said she'll get back with me and I have yet to hear from anyone. So I have been in pain and trying to figure out what to do based off this office lack of communication and care. I would suggest finding another location to be seen for your health situations because this place will not give you the care you need at all.

Del Rosario left this place has gone way down hill my daughter used to be very comfortable going there couldn't wait love seeing the doctor even when she was getting shots the people were very nice the nurses were nice now it's just not the same I am definitely still switching pediatricians as soon as my daughter's surgery and what night is over there's only one person left that works down there that actually cares about the patients and she also works up in the maternity Ward and she take care of me while I was pregnant with my daughter my daughter is 5 years old now and she remembers my name and my daughters and she treats us with respect she's kind but other than that and you can never get a hold of them they close at 3 now and the doctor doesn't even make you feel like she cares about your child

If they say they open at 10 someone should be there to anwser the phones right. I will be finding a new offices that is there whem they say they will be.

The quality of care is severely lacking. I've used this clinic for almost 30 years and just feel like I maybe better suited to find a doctor that cares about paitence

Firefly: I was a patient here for years....actually my parents started out here when Dr. Bernard senior and Dr. Shimoda was there. Dr. Bernard delivered myself and my sister. This was all in the past, fast forward to now and I am currently looking for a new family doctor.Staff here are so rude and will not answer your questions. No one seems to know what is going on in their own office. Use to love the place, lab on site, convenient.... it has changed drastically. Will never recommend....matter of fact will tell everyone I know to steer clear!

What a horrible experience, no compassion, no listening skills, accused my sister of not getting some tests completed in 2 yrs. Which my sister gave exact dates and times of last year tests. She did not even apologize for not getting her information correct. Then the pharmacy in Fort Myers Florida called to refill a prescription when my sister was clearing there in person and told you to fill prescription in Fenton, MI. How incompetent is your office?? VERY NEVER EVER WILL I REFER OR RECOMMEND YOUR OFFICE TO ANYONE!! Lucky for you I had to give 1 star otherwise my review would not post. If it was up to me you would get 0 stars
