George Nygaard: I tried to make an appointment for service on my 2017 Mercedes two weeks ago and since I am an hour away, I asked if there would be a loaner available for me. I was told that if I waited a couple of weeks they would have one for me. Of course there was none available.So I presented a list of the things I needed service on to Andrea Miller in the service department. The main thing I wanted repaired was the navigation system.So after two hours I was presented with the bill for $330 while she informed me that they were unable to fix the navigation system because "the navigation card is defective".I had previously told her that I had purchased a new card and that one didn't work either. She told me I needed to buy another one for $800 but they didn't have any. I asked why they couldn't take one from another Mercedes and try it. She gave me some B.S. about why that wouldn't work.What a waste of time and money.

It takes sales “professionals” to handle things so properly.I shopped 50+ Toyota dealers in 10 states or more…to obtain the exact SUV I wanted and no one had them, then if they did have something close many dealers wanted $3000-7500 over MSRP - NOT Randy Wise. They easily could of marked this vehicle up $5000 and sold it to the line of folks waiting. They didn’t and that says a lot about their integrity and how they do business. I even received a small discount off MSRP on SUV that’s so high in demand most dealers would never and add on market adjustments and fake fees and $2000 services to pad the deal, just for right to buy the in demand car.Again, Randy Wise did not participate in any of this market adjustment nonsense while the car market was so crazy lately and in my transaction.My Toyota “experience” here was similar to when I purchased my Mercedes Benz. Classy, professional, fun, smooth without any troubles. Above and beyond.A dealership experience that fits more the Mercedes way then non Luxury brand like Toyota. They do good work here from my view.Mr. Jason Butts was my sales guy, Mr. Stephen Hayward did the financing part.Please ask about the warranty programs. They are solid, quality and fair.Factor a rough number cost in your math from the start so you have the new ride you want but then also the over the top white glove pick up and drop off the car service if anything goes sideways. With all the gadgets and electronics in cars today a radio is $5k. A hybrid motor, battery etc… you get the idea. It’s worth the minor cost of extending the warranty. They can work out all types of lengths and miles and costs to fit everyones budget but for the love of god, don’t blow it off. Cars are computers. You aren’t fixing $29 nonsense anymore. Everything has chips inside.I mentioned Red bull drink during conversation and would you believe they literally had a ice cold Red bull and a water waiting for me when I picked up my car on signing day.I’m guessing if I asked for a pizza while we did the paperwork the guys would have a pizza sent over. Just good stuff all around and I myself am in sales and understand it all very deeply and I can recognize good people that are professionals and honest and good at their gig. You’ll see, go in. Be cool, don’t be a “Karen” customer to these guys please ;)Both men followed up and kept me in the loop and never bothered me or became a bother like sometimes happens in sales situations. Txting back and forth to handle it all. I liked it but if you’re old school, you can call too.If I lived closer. They’re people you’d invite over for thanksgiving, let them marry your sister and help move if you just bought a new Tundra and now have a truck to help lol. Solid dudes from my experience.I’ve purchased many a new cars over the year and this dealership was the best one from start to finish. I was told no and out of stock and high over MSRP for my high demand SUV and none of that happened here. They just handled it. Told me up front on the wait time ( I waited 3 months, from it not being built yet, just pending build to shipping it from Japan to my house in 90 days. Amazing!!!)Not a fleck of dust or anything out of line. Perfect shape when it arrived. They had it fresh as it could be. Sadly it rained the day I picked it up and dirtied up my fresh clean car ;).You’re welcome to look me up online and ask any questions if you want to know more information but overall, I would suggest emailing or calling the guys direct.Side note: Never give your business to Toyota in Ann Arbor. Diangelo bruce: Do not purchase cars or trucks from them. I paid 5800 cash for an expedition. Took truck to dealer because heat was not working and large puddles of water in driveway. Diagnosis was blown head gaskets and heater core after contacting April, she suggest car shield warranty even paid for the first month nice right wrong. Car shield authorized an engine break down just to deny the claim in the middle of the process. Now I have to pay for an engine for the truck 7.9k or take a 6k loss on the truck. This establishment is not a good place to buy anything they seem very helpful at ripping people off thanks April and deans auto sales for taking my hard earned money 5800 cash from my family during a pandemic. And causing a huge financial burden to my family 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😈🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬Dude we had the car in October it's literally been in the shop since I bought the truck the car shield warranty took a month the truck does not even have 1000 miles on it from. Time of purchase rip off your expert mechanics is the reason the car is in the shop

Keegan Mccormack-reamer: Do not buy here, I came to purchase a car from them and their sales rep Becca was rude from the start. I asked to see the details of the warranty I was being forced to purchase and I was told I can’t see what’s covered in the warranty until I sign for the car. They also said my dad had no credit (he has a mortgage and 3 other cars in his name mind you) so he couldn’t co-sign and I would have to pay a higher interest rate. The pictures didn’t all match the current condition of the car as well. She also told me if I don’t like it there I can leave and buy a car else where and then stormed off like a child, so I did and I suggest you guys do the same when it comes to these fly by night pop up shops.

The jeep had issues turning over and i was loaned a very nice f150 for the weekend, The starter had gone out but Dean replaced it for free along with the tow to the shop. Ray Byron: Great place to buy a used car. Friendly and honest staff. We lived a couple hours away and had trouble getting our schedule to line up for a test drive. They were nice enough to pull the car of the market until we could get down there. They had an excellent inventory of third row vehicles to compare what we were interested in, to what otheroptions were out there. The whole process was quick, easy, and comfortable. 10/10 recommend.

I'm from Green bay and I never thought I'd purchase a vehicle sight unseen. I flew out there 2weeks ago Friday on a wimb. They Greater me at the airport with Jason who is the head mechanic. That guy really knows his profession.. they brought me to the dealer . We finalized the paperwork and I drove it 9hrs back home. Best way to really get to know the vehicle! We were gonna have it shipped to my house and they hired a transportation broker. It was difficult to secure a driver so I decided to fly out!! They gave me cash back as soon as I got there and it actually ended up saving me money 💰. We have kept in contact and the buying process was just a pleasure! Grateful for their service. Tyonna McIntyre: I have purchased two cars from them one that me and my daughter paid off and the one I have now, which is a 2008 Chevy Malibu. I have only had the car four months with repairs totaling 1,000 dollars. So here is my issue that car has eternal electrical problems that causes the power steering to go out even while you're driving the car, I have had the recalls done that included the steering, a control module replaced and another 600.00 in repairs plus towing fee because the car grounded out valentines weekend while out of town. The car is unsafe to drive and I have shared my concerns with countless times but to no avail and I just found out that the heater coil is gone out or bad because my floor board is soaking wet on the driver side. I totally agree that they do not care about there customers only in making payments and threats of adverse action if you decide to default on the loan. My payments are 530.00 a month and that includes a 20.00 extra payment for the 1500.00 remaining on the other car that was totaled while in my daughters possession, so yes I will be surrendering this vehicle on 4/10/23 and have my day in court.

HB5BG Mtb: They did get me a car I give them that.. but $600 a month and we smelled oil burning and the old man blamed it on the car next to us and well it was the car we got. Once you confront the issue they are completely rude and don’t have the time for you. Don’t go here!! It’s still a headache 😩

They do not offer any sort of grace period for payments, the lady Debbie is rude when she calls and even if you only owe for that week payment with a great payment history they will still disable your car. I would not recommend them only because how can you make money if you can’t move the car. It was a last result type thing for me ! But i would say if you have another alternative then go with it because they ppl are gonna disable the car is they are not paid each time each week. You don’t even get a 24 hour grace period.

tauraluna: This dump sold me a death trap. The frame had been welded & rusted thru. I ended up being on the hook for just under $1800. Dustin Kaiser was the salesman for a 2002 Tracker. I knew it would need some kind of work because of its age, maybe a transmission, etc. Part of the frame came off on my way home and there were no mounts to support the rear of the vehicle... Then, after a month and a half of negotiations for them to buy it back, and knowing it was not safe to drive, they listed it on their website as "just in"! They're nothing more than thieves, and obviously could care less about your safety. Don't trust them!

A J: Terrible place to buy a car. Truck was listed at 26k and came with a warranty. They never told me it went up to 36k I had to find that out when my paperwork came in the mail. Also my down payment was never applied to the load so I spent 37k on a truck worth 25k. Nothing but problems with the truck starting to think it was a flood truck.

JP: A friend of mine just purchased a vehicle from them and within 2 weeks it completely died. The ECM computer went out and according to the shop had been tampered with. The engine needs rebuilt and no one would honor the warranty. It ridiculous. They now have a $5500 pile of junk in their driveway. They also put diesel in the oil to cover up the knocking from the engine going out! Having an attorney look into a lawsuit.

Barb Ford: Anyone looking for a good used vehicle we highly recommend Harvey Auto Sales. We bought a 2005 Ford Expedition about a month ago. First of all, Mr. Harvey was more than willing to negotiate as best as he could on the price. Even though we bought the vehicle " as is", when we found it to have some minor electrical problems, Mr. Harvey immediately had us take it in for repair at no cost to us. Everyone of his staff are all very friendly and knowledgable. We are very excited and happy with our truck. We highly recommend Harveys Auto Sales. We expect this truck will last us many years, but if it doesn't, or if we need a second vehicle we will definately buy from them again.UPDATE: We have now owned our truck for about 3 years. We still love it and have only had normal wear and tear maintenance on it. Our son has also bought two vehicles from Harvey's and has been very happy with them. We still recommend them and plan to do business with them again in the future.

Scott Forgot: Bought a 2013 F250 online from this dealer. I live 2K miles from the dealership, so a test drive wasn’t practical. CarFax appeared legit; photos of the truck seemed like other than some cosmetic work needing to be done, everything was in pretty good shape for the mileage and the fact that it initially came from Ontario, Canada (I expected rust/salt stains on the undercarriage). Paid $2K to have the truck shipped to AZ. Truck arrives with a squeaky pulley, burned out passenger side headlamp, burned out orange roof lamp and a burned out passenger side mirror lamp. The unlocking button on one key fob didn’t work and the other fob was split open. The interior of the cab was messy and not consistent with the online pics. Day 3 of driving , the check engine light blesses me with its presence (P207F code). Check the DEF system and it’s destroyed; alternator is also shot. Idler pulley and tensioner are crapped out as well. Email the dealership explaining that I realize this was an “AS IS” purchase, however asking if they stand behind their products and actually care about customer service. They clearly don’t. Learn from my mistake: Have a qualified tech do a thorough inspection before you decide to buy from this dealership, otherwise you may potentially be several thousand in the hole not long after.
