After their superiors let me in, they continued to harass me and embarrass me in front of lots of people causing my anxiety and PTSD into a bad thing for me. This was my first time coming up here and it will definitely be my last.

Eric The Explorer: These people turned me around at the gates I believe because I was white and I was trying to enter the Evergreen Regency when I live in public housing myself for the last 13 years it's been hell trust me I know that I live in a place where I don't belong but there was no reason for them to get ugly like that tell me to turn around and go back where I came from cuz I got no business here you can carry your weapons and you can try to intimidate me but that doesn't intimidate me sir you can't use that weapon on me if I didn't do anything and of course you would have your buddies I'll say that I did or got crazy but since I had my wife with me in the front seat to collaborate my story he would have been up a creek that's one of the reasons why I think we got out that day we have family in there and they know it they just moved in but they still know it very been there no 13 years like me but that shouldn't matter!

Sam Sparnall: The absolute worst police department in the country. Refused to send officers out when my neighbor fires off his gun outside my house. Claimed that they sent out officers to clear the scene but we and our neighbors watched and no one ever came. The shooter had time to pick up shell casings and disburse their party. I'm sick of the police doing nothing yet expecting us to support them.

Z A: Some of the rudest and most inefficient interactions I've had with police in any city. Be careful as a person of color in Flint, you are always a target for harrassment. Department continues to struggle with racial profiling and discrimination. Stunning lack of diversity in a police force that is responsible for so many people of color. Ineffective policing. Regularly issue parking tickets and traffic violations incorrectly to make it difficult for citizens to pay. Unprofessional at best, need a massive overhaul that will probably never come.

S S: People who are talking about high wait times and never seeing any police..There's only about 98 officers.As of the latest census there's 102000 people living in Flint. .09% of the entire population are police officersThere are 1,133 people to one officer.It doesn't take a mathematician to see why you might never see an officer out on the streets, there's hardly any there!!They're doing great with what they got.

If you can’t handle the job maybe you should find another place to work. It’s sad to see a guard who is a higher up treating others badly. Definitely not a place I would want to work for.

My family member is now retaining a lawyer and they have been reported to the Labor Dept and the Better Business Bureau!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Teachout Security has some wonderful officers aka security guards but that is the ONLY thing good about Teachout. The upper management does NOT care about the entry level employees/guards. I have a family member that worked there. She said that Teachout can't keep guards due to the way they treat them. They just got in trouble for not paying guards while on the clock. They made her use her own car for sitting in a parking lot over night in the winter. She had to run the car to keep warm but they never paid for gas. She had to use her car for jobs that required a vehicle. One trick they pull is they lower your hours to 10 hours. My daughter told them she was going to file unemployment so magically her hours increased. They never have your back. They don't know what each site, the job entailed. Bottom line: NOT a good company to work for.

There was an older guy in charge in flint that was mad at the world it seemed like and took it out on his guards. I vowed I'd never work for this company again however it's in a hospital setting and different city so maybe things and people are better in pontiac.
