Keigo Kun: My mom went and picked up her chain and infinity circle pendant on 4/1/2022.The pendant on her necklace had been changed out to a smaller pendant with a much smaller size,and less diamonds.She went in and spoke to the ppl running the pawn shop about her concerns.Mom was very hurt because the pendant was a gift from her daughter,and was of sentimental value.My mom had been doing business with Money Box for a few years.About a year ago she confronted staff about the same pendant being switched out.In the incident prior to this the pendant was put in their display case for sale.My mom went over to their display case in hopes of locating her pendant.Low and behold her pendant was on another chain for sale.The problem was corrected that time.Ik some would ask why do business with them again?I needed the money.I gave MB a second chance.It was the wrong thing to do.They showed me who they were.I should have stopped doing business with them then.Buyer beware❗️🚨 I had another Pawn Shop try to take a car from me.If u can avoid it best not to pawn things u don’t want to part with.Lost a gold diamond ring bc I couldn’t locate the ticket.Checked with the three local shops to see if they had record of me having pawned it.No one acknowledged I pawned the item.

Well I went in on a Saturday and looked at a guitar and was given a bottom line price of $150.00 when I went back the Friday after they said it was gonna $ 200.00 now. That kind of dealing is crooked and wrong. I suggest not doing biz with them. If they change there mind on a price that is just wrong in any store let alone a pawn shop that there is less known about the products

In fact, I took this particular item over to All American pawn shop on Dort Hwy. and was treated the way a “human being “ should be treated. Also, at All American they gave me DOUBLE what this woman offered me. There is no excuse for the way she patronized me. Period!! I will NEVER go to Music Man pawn shop again.

Christian Jedlowski: My previous experience at Guitar Center was purchasing a pair of headphones. Got them home and they stunk (literally, they smelled bad) and had one of the drivers already going out. Ended up with some other persons return, repackaged, I am guessing.Today (Friday, 10/28/2022 @ 3:30pm) I got off of work and went to their store on Miller Rd., Flint, MI. I was looking for a new Piano. A manager was talking with an employee about moving inventory or something. The store was fairly empty. I am not greeted, asked if I needed help, or acknowledged in any way by any employee. They both disappeared from the section in fact, with zero interaction. I got fed up and left their store. The guy at the counter near the exit did not say goodbye or acknowledge me either. Just stood by idly.Now, I have come to expect this lack of service from the Flint area. It's Flint after all. However... I also remember service such as this and thank the heavens for online shopping. My next $1,000.00+ purchase will be from Sweetwater, and I do not plan on ever setting foot in Guitar Center ever again.
