Caz Magic: Every offer I get from every person inside of the store seriously low-balled me. No wonder they stay in business they mark up everything they buy by at least five times what they paid for it. They are definitely getting down on their customers and I see why the parking lot is always empty every time I drive by to the other pawn shops. The older gentleman that run the store are reasonable but the young kid and the people who were just there to dust shelving should not even be behind a computer to offer anything because they know nothing and should stick to what they know and get the vacuum out. I'm surprised they are still in business by the way they just push their customers out the door and to the next door down the road. I understand it's a business but God dang man, this is people selling their livelihood try to pay bills. Two stars for the two older gentleman

Jimi Hendrix air Clapton a 73 strat so many other than worth money and he made sure I got my stuff back and not like national. Palm that took away my finger twin my $3000 watch and basically just got rid of my stuff. They'll come up and say whatever it is. They want but they were dirty and they took advantage of my stuff after I had talked to women explain to him and once they got it that was gone. Thank you John for being a good friend and keeping my musical gear sound.

Dave DeHondt: I've done business for 10 years with Music Man Pawn, both professionally and personally, and I can say, they are a trustworthy and honest business that takes care of customers that treat them the same way. They've always treated me fair and have gone above and beyond on many occasions.
Raymond Hubbell: The last thing someone should feel when dealing with a pawn shop is they could be shady. Well I went in on a Saturday and looked at a guitar and was given a bottom line price of $150.00 when I went back the Friday after they said it was gonna $ 200.00 now. That kind of dealing is crooked and wrong. I suggest not doing biz with them. If they change there mind on a price that is just wrong in any store let alone a pawn shop that there is less known about the products

Keigo Kun: My mom went and picked up her chain and infinity circle pendant on 4/1/2022.The pendant on her necklace had been changed out to a smaller pendant with a much smaller size,and less diamonds.She went in and spoke to the ppl running the pawn shop about her concerns.Mom was very hurt because the pendant was a gift from her daughter,and was of sentimental value.My mom had been doing business with Money Box for a few years.About a year ago she confronted staff about the same pendant being switched out.In the incident prior to this the pendant was put in their display case for sale.My mom went over to their display case in hopes of locating her pendant.Low and behold her pendant was on another chain for sale.The problem was corrected that time.Ik some would ask why do business with them again?I needed the money.I gave MB a second chance.It was the wrong thing to do.They showed me who they were.I should have stopped doing business with them then.Buyer beware❗️🚨 I had another Pawn Shop try to take a car from me.If u can avoid it best not to pawn things u don’t want to part with.Lost a gold diamond ring bc I couldn’t locate the ticket.Checked with the three local shops to see if they had record of me having pawned it.No one acknowledged I pawned the item.
