joanna jackson: Zac was so helpful and really listened to my needs. He explained everything in great detail. Since I have had the Good Feet inserts, my pain has lessened in my knee and I feel my posture has improved. I can now go up and down stairs with more ease than before. I would recommend this to everyone!!! My body is still adjusting, but each day I notice improvement on things I could not do before that, with these inserts, I can do now! I am so excited and grateful for the help!

Sharilynn Peake: I’m a hairstylist of 29yrs and have flat feet. Which means I suffer from lower back pain, sciatica, shoulder pain, knee pain and of course sore feet. As soon as I put the Good Feet system in my shoes I immediately felt the difference. My posture is straighter, sciatica pain, lower back , knee pain is going away. My shoulders are even feeling better all because my foundation in much more firm. I’m so excited to not be in so much pain throughout my body all because I chose to do finally do something about it!! Thank You for the Good Feet system it’s life changing for me!!
Peggy Marshall: A very positive experience with Chelsea guiding me thru it. I'm still adjusting to the arches but feel I'm headed in the right direction. It took some time to get where I was with my feet and legs and I think it will take awhile to get where I hopefully will be.

Edward Henley: Really not sure how to rate this place. I walked in, in pain and crying,And I walked out the same way. If you're low income or on disability you cannot go here you cannot afford it. $1500 really, $400 for each of the, Inserts. So it's a choice have sore feet and a place to live and food. Or nice feet with no place to live I think I'd rather be in pain.
kimberly goodwin: For the most part, it was a good experience, but would have been nice to be told how long it would take to be fitted and there was difficulty with CareCredit application going through due to software or application problems which was frustrating for all involved. Just getting used to the supports, but so far all is good.

Cody Thompson: I play hockey and had a problem with the tongues on my skates digging into my ankle. He put new tongues on my skates and completely fixed my issue. Told me it would most likely take a week, or week and a half. He had them done two days later.
Matthew Wolverton: They do phenomenal shoe repairs here. I wish I would've taken before pictures because I had worn these shoes down so badly I didn't think they were repairable. I just wanted them resoled so they would be functional but they were able to clean out salt stains and polish them beautifully. Now they look better than they ever did.In addition to repair they also have a nice selection of shoes in the store.

Neha Crowl: My fiance got a pair of welding boots about 4 yrs ago from this store, the guy said if anything happens to them bring them back and we will either fix them or give you another pair since they have a lifetime warranty on them. Well my fiance only wore them for about 3 months since we got them in 2019. And the heel and rubber cap ripped out of the boot. So we took them back on 4/15 and they said they can't help us, they can't fix them and they can't replace them. Then one of sales guy said Red Wings got rid of the lifetime warranty 19 years ago. This place has lost a good customer and we will let everyone know that this place is a joke and the employees are rude and liars.

I've gone thru those higher priced European brands and bonded welt boots like Bic pens, Irish Setter boots outlast, outwear and remain waterproof by far. And this store is by far the best for customer service and complimentary swag! Thank You for the socks and mink oil which the total was the same as the boots alone with the discount. You have a customer for life.

We picked out our shoes go to the cashier and I give my reward phone number ,so the lady asks what's the name on the account and I answered Elizabeth and was told no that's not it, so I laugh a little and say okay it's under Beth after that I was treated pourly about how that needs to be fixed and I need to stay on top of these things etc... Long story short I kindly told this lady that I do not care if I buy shoes here...I can go anywhere else in the mall and she replies with Do it! This was at 5 pm (I'm not sure of the cashier's name) But the shoe dept can thank her for losing them several hundred dollars a year, this was my favorite place to go for shoes (as per I am addicted to buying shoes) Never once has a store I frequent not wanted my money....
