jim sharp: Had a tub to shower conversion one year ago this month. So far every thing has worked out very good. I can't say enough about Chris the installer. He did an outstanding job. Breaking up our old tub with a hammer alarmed us a little but the end result was great. He took six days to complete the job just like he told us and it was worth the wait. I would buy from modern bath again.

Great selection of product with samples, on point with the timing and installation process, the installer was professional, and we could not be happier with the outcome. Modern Bath was the right choice for the work we needed.I have to add this. The remodel was done June of 2020, it is now Sept. 14th 2020 and we noticed some darkening in the white silicone along the tub. I called about it and they told me I needed to clean more often, that what we were seeing was mold. He stated that even mold resistant silicone will get moldy. Luke: Very un-professional installers, left cigarete butts all over lawn and driveway. House smelled like cigarete smoke everyday, and for days after they were done. They used our garage as a workshop, even after being asked twice not to. Left a huge mess in the garage. Tiles are en-even andnot leveled. Grout looks like a child did it. Grout was notfinished in many spots. They did not listen to what we wanted. Ultimately I asked them to leave and finished it myself.

Kj Jane: Today my husband and I came into this store looking for a wood laminate that we bought previously About a month ago. We went to the flooring section and didn't see it, we looked it up online and it said it wasn't in stock at any flint store so we asked another associate to page someone from flooring for us so we could ask about ordering it online and after about 5 minutes of waiting for an employee that never showed up so we were on our way out the door when my husband decided to stop at Pro Services and that's when our trip here turned around to a good thing. We met TIFF S at PRO SERVICES and not only was she extremely friendly but as she was getting ready to hit the send button for our order which would've cost us an extra $20 too btw to have it delivered, she decided to call the back one more time and double check the stock and low and behold she found 9 boxes of it for us in a clearance section so we were able to take our floor home today and save $20 on shipping. IF IT WEREN'T FOR THIS WONDERFUL EMPLOYEE THIS STORE WOULD'VE LOST OUR GOOD BUSINESS AFTER ASKING COR HELP AND NO ONE COMING. THANK YOU TIFF S.

When I find someone, it's like they don't care what you buy and like they're doing you a favor when they tell you something. This store's policy is terrible! Mark Clementz: I will never shop at Vicbond again. We were lied to we were told our stuff was ordered. It was not they order from Kohler by semi load. When you give them the money for deposit your stuff may not be ordered for several weeks. This is not told to you on an honest level. When my product that was supposed to be in July 1 came August 15. It was damaged they refused to compensate me. However, Kohler sent me a check for $200 and apologized for them. I just ran into a client from 10 years ago who just had a similar experience at Vicbond .said he will never shop there again. Also, just a heads up do not special order Vicbond you never know when it will come.
Lindsey Perrin: Great showroom-terrible customer service. If you order deal with Nathan-he gets the job done and helped us solve a few problems his coworkers created. However, due to my experience as a whole I will not be ordering from them again.

They were closed a guy happen to pull up let me in trouble shoot my furnace and another guy came up from his home and helped me with the part and I was back in business right away They even showed me how to install the part myself. Ed Klemm: I ordered a Sterling shower base and walls from Vic Bond. First set of sides came in damaged and were re-ordered. During installation, contractor found a right hand drain base was inside box labeled for left drain. Left drain was required. Sterling customer service refused to ship an individual replacement base to me or to Vic Bond. After installation was complete the sides looked darker than the white base. Enough so that I compared the sides to the white color chip. Chip sort of matched, so the sides are Sterling's version of white. Guess I'm stuck with this look. ONE star for Sterling.Five stars to Arron at Fenton Vic Bond for the extra effort to find a replacement shower base quickly, and his overall courtesy and helpfulness.

Ryan Walker: After having our wall torn up to get to bad pipes that needed replacing, my wife and I happened to come across Michigan Bathroom LLC. The business that our insurance company sent out to run the estimates wasn't willing to do any of the aesthetic improvements we wanted to make, they just wanted to restore as is, even though that was going to be nearly impossible. So I asked them if we could choose our own contractor.As I was looking for local contractors, I came across Michigan Bathroom LLC and called in for an estimate. Justin came over within just a day or two and he instantly set our minds at ease coming in with a quote very similar to the other company our insurance company had recommended.We elected to hire him for the job last October to renovate our bathroom. He did such an awesome job from beginning to end! Communication was superb and his genuine demeanor let us know from the very beginning that he wasn't just a contractor but a friend.There were some things that delayed the project that were beyond his control, such as delays in national shipping for the materials he needed, but, all-in-all, he did just an absolutely superb job and the guys that he contracted for the floor, walls and paint were fantastic, too! Replaced with floor to ceiling ceramic tile, Delta fixtures including rainshower head and new shower door. Removed and replaced 20 year old cabinetry. They are prompt and very efficient when it comes to salting and plowing our driveway before any customers show up. We had them design and install a new paver patio, a gas firepit, a stone seating wall, a new sidewalk, all new landscaping, and all new exterior lighting. From start to finish, they were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were in regular communication every step of the way, on time, creative, knowledgeable, and so professional. Any questions we had were answered almost immediately. They went out of their way to help us hunt down a certain set of pavers at the start of our project, which we appreciated so much. The design Travis came up with is just beautiful and beyond anything we could have imagined. Brandon and his crew were great to work with, as well as being very fun and kind. Everyone involved made sure we were happy with the project, every step of the way. Catherine Mansueti: My condo association has contracted ACE for snow plowing services. After the snow storm on 3/3 into 3/4-they plowed our subdivision using a subcontractor. This subcontractor hit my boyfriends LEGALLY parked car. Several attempts were made to have the situation rectified. ACE & the subcontractor did not return phone calls or meet with him to examine damages. There were numerous complaints from neighbors regarding the shoddy work that day. It’s unfortunate I have to tolerate their services as it’s out of my hands. Things happen-but the complete disregard and rudeness of the staff & owner are despicable.

My car was not the only car he came extremely close to. Will be checking for scratched or chipped paint and you guys will be paying for repairs if there are any.

Ijj17 Jackson: This review is not on their quality of work but how they drive ... 11/20 at 910 am by bishop airport. Cut me off the road I was doing 60 mph and that was not fast enough . Two ace salt trucks speeding to put salt down. Not speeding like 5 over but I was doing 60 and they blew by me after cutting me off. I am over it ace drivers pull out of their lot don't care about anyone else . Like I said I never used them for service this bad review is how they drive. . I hope the owner sees this. And has a long talk to his employees. This could cost the owner his business one day
