When I came back to purchase, she remembered me & was quick to get me approved for a credit card and get the order together. 10/10 would recommend working with her & Tina & I will be back in the future.Updated May 2023, they said I was getting 60 months interest free and they are charging me apr instead. I will never ever in a million years return to this location and I am returning everything immediately.

We wanted commercial quality for our home because we are hard on furniture. Somehow I found this place that I did not even know existed even though I used to work in Flint not far from their store. We went there, and it took us all of 15 minutes to find the perfect bar stools. We were especially pleased at the variety of styles, materials, and finishes that they offer. Their prices are very reasonable. UPDATE: Our new barstools are STUNNING. We had an issue with them being taller than needed for our island (our bad), and they took care of us without delay. Flint Stool and Chair is a great place to do business.

Now I do have to say my husband and I are not fans of overbearing salesmen but that was not the case with Ronnie. He was AMAZING! He was extremely KNOWLEDGABLE with all of our questions. From different sets and their styles/configurations to when they would be available and all financing options. He was also very honest about different sets and if he thought it would work for what we were ultimately looking for. I also cannot forget to mention how PATIENT he was. I am very indecisive and we had two younger kids with us and it didn’t even phase him. He never made us feel like we were wasting his time or taking too long at figuring out what we wanted or constantly asking if we made a decision. He gave us the time and space to figure out what we liked but was always close enough for us to find him and asked the questions we had. It truly was one of the best sales experiences for me and my husband. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, honest, patient and all around great salesmen to buy your next furniture purchase then I would highly recommend seeing Ronnie at VCF!

Taylor: Employee told me they would check my credit. Instead they ruined my credit with hard checks, and opening multiple accounts with credit cards I never knew about or received. I found out they existed on my credit app. I'll never go to any Ashley store after my first time experience here at one of their stores. They literally do not have a clue how to perform their job at all.I reported the fraud to both banks and canceled both credit cards I was never told once about. They hard checked my credit when told they would not and dropped my score 48 points. Just be careful with the incompetent untrained workers at Ashley. This review isn't about product quality but rather being a 0/10 on their fraudulent service.

Martin Streng: I bought a chair for my desk. I guess they didn’t want to open a box of a set of two in back, so they sold me the floor model for less money. The salesman never looked over the chair or offered for me to get one from the back. I should’ve done a better job checking out the legs because there’s a big damage spot in the paint. Since they sold me the floor model I can’t return it!

ed munger: 3 stars was given because Godwins Furniture stood behind Lazyboy's furniture when Lazyboy wouldn't even attempt to fix the problem with their own products, if Lazyboy had even attempted to stand behind their product Godwins and Ron Bruff would have received a 5 star rating Ron Bruff was nice to deal with , very polite and somewhat knowledgeable he was not pushy or a hovering salesperson that makes people feel pleasured , Ron Bruff gave us space to talk about the purchase and when we decided he went to work and got us the best deal he could, thank You Ron , we spent $7,094.72 on Lazyboy living room furniture on 11-22-2022 and took delivery of furniture on 1-31-2023 ,we noticed immediately that the wall huggers that we ordered were not wall huggers so I called Ron and was assured that he ordered wall huggers and asked me to call another number and have a Godwins service technician come and measure them, the gentleman who scheduled the appointment said over the phone that if ordered in power it it doesn't matter if it is a wall hugger or not it will have to sit 12 inches from the wall, I called Ron and he said 5 to 6 inches maybe but not 12 inches, February 10th service technician showed up and said he didn't know the difference between the wall hugger or a non wall hugger, on February 11th we got an email from Amber Godwin that states that they shouldn't have to be more than 5 or 6 inches from the wall but meanwhile Lazyboys website says 4 inches is all that is required, a lady from Godwins called me today 2-14-2023 and said that the repair technician said that the chairs worked just fine and there was nothing wrong with them even though we paid extra for wall huggers and did not receive them but the non wall hugger loveseat that we also purchased only sits 3.5 inches from the wall and fully reclines. We will contact Godwins and Lazyboy tomorrow and update this review but at this moment I would not recommend Godwins as an honest company. Update 2-15-2023 spoke with a lady at Lazyboy today and was told that our chairs should sit no more than 5 inches from the wall but there was nothing that Lazyboy could do to fix them for the first year and that I would have to deal with Godwins, 2-17-2023 spoke with Ron Bruff and immediately he said that they would exchange them for whatever I chose to replace them with and received full credit for the special ordered chairs so we did that and I also have to say that I would highly recommend Godwins Furniture for standing behind their customers even though this problem rest solely on Lazyboy Furniture for not building their furniture correctly and then not standing behind their own products, I will never purchase another piece of Lazyboy furniture and I would warn people to think twice about a company that doesn't support their own products.
