L S: My child has seen Dr Kaddurah for a few visits this year already, his nurse Lisa and the front desk staff Nicole have been a great help in our care. They have been available to phone calls instantly back in forth with very good directions, then information provided to my MyChart to read at home to follow up with, for management. His office has reassured me to call anytime before our follow up if needed they are AWESOME all around!

Thrish Venice: Dr. Kaddurah is an excellent neurologist for children! He has many years of experience in his field, knowledgeable, passionate and very thorough in what he does specially if there are tests needed. Truly blessed to have found this doctor to help diagnose and treat our baby who was 5 months old at the time. Every nurse, staff and doctor we came across at Hurley Medical Center spoke very highly of him and always gave an emphasis on how excellent and thorough Dr. Kaddurah is in his job and that we’re in good hands. The bonus part is, if there’s an emergency, his nurses (most especially Nurse Lisa who was excellent to us throughout the treatment) and even the patient’s parents can get a hold of him over the phone. No matter what time and what day, he will make himself available for urgent situations as long as he’s in town. I highly recommend Dr. Kaddurah for he is the best Neurologist! Lucky to have found him and we’ll be forever grateful for everything he’s done for our baby.

Barb McDonald: Dr Kuddurah is very knowledgeable if your child has a rare disease. The nurse, Lisa is GREAT and always calls back the same day. We were very blessed to have found him to take care of our son who has a disease that only 25 people worldwide have. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes.

Susie Khoury: Great doctor, but you will spend 3 hours waiting for a 10 minute interaction. Pack snacks and entertainment. They always act like its just this once that its taking so long.

K M: He was amazing he was very caring and the testing I had done was supposed to hurt really bad and it didn't. I couldn't even feel him stabbing me with a needle about 20+ times. He was awesome. Great doctor for sure if ur getting a EMC done go to Dr. Pasupuleti you won't feel a thing get shot hurt more than the emc. Also, is very knowledgeable and will explain everything in a Manor that I wish more doctors had.

Casey Broom: First the good part. Dr. Sbei is the greatest! He's a little rushed, but that's probably because the office has him overbooked. If you can overlook that, you'll love him. He's very kind and seems on top of things.Now the bad part. The office staff are terrible. It's almost impossible to get them to answer your phone call. I called five times before they finally answered, but that was after being put on hold the second they pick up (just saying "please hold") and then leaving you there and then you can hear them pick up the line and hang up. I tried to call to let them know I was running a little late, which they said was fine when I finally got through, but when I got there the girl at the window was playing on her phone and never looked up to greet me and the staff behind her were just standing around chatting. When I went to check out after my appointment, there was a nice young lady being trained, but the lady training her was very rude and short. She acted like she was totally being bothered. Their office staff definitely needs an overhaul.

dan alling: Major over booking here. Patients are required to sit in an over crowded, stuffy waiting area, elbow to elbow with others for over an hour. We waited an hour & half ....twice....for a 15 minute EMG. There seems to be several other locations for EMGs in this area. I'm sorry we got sent here.

Ce Ce S: STAFF IS HORRIBLE!!! They don’t give doctors messages, they have the answering Service on during open hrs and ignore all refill messages including from the pharmacy…. They also do not call and remind you of appointments 6 months out….And Lord forbid u have a relapse no answer if you call for appointment…. I have switched offices and would not recommend this one at all.

Deborah Carvill: Wait time is ridiculous. Office staff is sub standard. They are useless. Waiting room is so crowded due to overbooking. Hate this place.

Briana McCarthy: Scheduling appointments for my mother without telling anyone and then calling to confirm them. Our only interaction with him was at a hospital with my mother was there. They were all poor interactions. I asked a direct question about her care plan and I was just told "I don't know". Every visit and this latest appointment he tried to schedule have all just been money grabs.

Chloe: Majorly over booked… waited 20 minutes to fill out paper work. Then an hour after the scheduled appointment time I was called back. But this was just for a change of scenery so I could wait somewhere else. Not sure why they schedule so many people if the wait times are going to be well over an hour. I do not recommend this place. If you have to come here then plan for your whole day to be spent here.

Michelle Coolich: Dr. Tarajki is great! Love this office. The staff is so sweet and kind. And it's easy to get an appointment that fits my schedule. Thankfully, it also helps that I work in Healthcare and know how to treat others that work in the same field so I get the respect that they do. Thanks guys for always being kind and super friendly and helpful!

Destiny Sutphin: this place is absolutely atrocious , the staff are rude and the wait times insane . there was a lady who waited two hours for a medication refill. don’t recommend whatsoever .

Bryar Smith: NEVER come here. I had an HOUR AND A HALF wait just to get back to a room, then waited another 30 minutes for the doctor. The receptionist was extremely dismissive and rude as well.

Monica Kidd: The receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. Keeps hanging up in your face while you are talking. She over talks over you. It's been over 6months and I'm still waiting to get a referral to pain management. They take months to fax over your paperwork. Then when you talk to a manager about the receptionist she basically ignores you and nothing is done.

Deanna Burns: This place is too much. I got a bill from 2 years ago. They never sent me the initial bill from the office ,before sending it to a collections company. I dont appreciate that. Then I called the biller a couple weeks ago, and she never even bothered to return my call. This is the absolute worst place ever.

Jolene Ann: My experience with this office has been just horrible from the start. First of all I've sat there no lie for up to over 5 hours and all I get were carpel tunnel injections. I've had them call me to move an appointment then I showed up that day and they said that I didn't have an appointment. I refused to leave until I wad seen because i was in so much pain. SO THEY SAW ME but I watched them turn away other people they did the same thing to. Now I'm trying to get some test results and go to another office and I was on hold and hung up on for about an hour. The place I was supposed to leave a message the voice-mail was full yet no matter how much I begged them not to transfer me there again. Finally I got someone to take a message. I have a feeling I'm gonna have to go in person. Last time instead of calling me to ta me i had a bill they waited for me to drive all the way to flint made me sit for an hour then told me I owed 400 dollars from when I had a previous insurance. And then told me I had to pay or I'd have to talk to billing if I could be seen. I left. This office has been horrible from day one. All I want is a simple test result so when I see my new doctor I cam go straight into surgery. Just avoid this office at all costs.

Keaten Eckstein: Customer service here is terrible. Some new receptionists are needed. Training should be the focus. In addition, being prompt is not a priority. Thus far, it's been 30 minutes and the talk of the waiting room is how long everyone has been waiting. 0 out of 10, would not recommend.

Debbie Himes: Both Dr. Sabbagh and his staff have been wonderful to us. My husband suffered a stroke a few months back and they have bent over backwards to take care of him. The office staff has been kind and gotten us in to see Dr. Sabbagh very quickly. We truly appreciate all of them.

Sassy Sassafras: This man is a great doctor! He has saved my husbands life a few times now. He is highly sought after, so it can be difficult to see him, however the wait is worth it. If you unfortunately become the emergency, your family can feel rest assured that you will get the best possible treatment with this man on your team.

Kelsey Buterbaugh: This entire office staff is rude and never in 7 years of customer service/retail experience have I ever had to repeat myself so many times - have all information half entered and stored.APPT CALLS IGNORED for over a week. They’re never answering calls or rushing you off the phone with half answers.I had a seizure - it’s been over 2 weeks and still have not had appropriate testing done. I’ve still not had the dr give me any kind of return to work dateSo now my job is hanging in the line with literally mine and my PCPs hands tied waiting on this office.This is NOT concerning dr al-Qasmi but rather another dr in the building and the front desk staff.When I spoke with hospital administrative services they received completely different info than I have received and still no solution or progress was made.I’d rather drive back down over an hour to Detroit to see real professionals who actually listen & care.

Michele Brown: I found Dr. a Al-Quasmi to be very patient and kind, as well as an exceptionally good listener. Hard to find! I had only seen him once in the hospital 4 years ago. Upon my recent return with much testing that has been done, I'm praying for a possible R/O with MS.Only time will tell, and if you just ask, you will receive.l🙏Highly recommend, as one who will accept/acknowledge responsibility....if provided.Thank You, Dr. Al-Quasmi.☺
