Bam: This place did not do any good for me. The staff was incompetent it also took a long time for anything to get done most facilitys are willing to establish a connection between patient and clientel. as of which they did not do. This place deserves barely a star for effort. I also had them watch my belongings and they broke an expensive light in which they did not replace. I was not medicated for the few weeks that I was here. I dont recommend this.

h7717: The people were nice for the most part and kids were all treated fairly, but some of the helping doctors were very rude. I think they were trying a different approach to getting through to patients. (Which sounds good but rude is still rude.) Most cared for how you ate and felt. Some didn't at all they were just there to do their job. They were just too "Professional" for kids I feel.

She represents the doctor in a foul and rude manner , his office would be better served if HE FIRED HER ASAP!!!

Ali B: Not open until 7 on Thursday like sign says. Has 6 pm appt. Doors locked and lights were off. No one answered phone or text I sent to let them know I was there. Waited 15 min then left. 2 months later sent me a no show letter and charged me $50 for that date of service, when they are the ones who no showed on me . not paying it.

Andrea Book: Krupa is Fantastic with my wild child. I love that she will make time when we need to discuss how to help my kid more. She listens when I tell her my concerns.

Dave DeMaggio: Therapist was nice. Dr. Nora made me feel like I was an addict just there to get my Adderall filled. He said you have to get tested for adhd I said I have been if you would of looked at my records. He wanted a note from my doctor to prescribe Adderall because I have a pacemaker I can understand that, but if he would of looked at my prescription records he would of seen I have been taking Adderall for 3 years now. I asked about another medication for my adhd because Adderall is hard on me physically and mentally. He explained he couldn’t prescribe it, and than told me there is no magic pill. I also have been dealing with depression almost half my life and currently. He said you should go to outpatient therapy and he’s probably right. But after that interaction I want nothing to do with him. When you were in school to be a doctor you should of listened how to interact with patients. Retire if you are unhappy with what you are doing.

hazel eyes: Dr. Vora should not be practicing. If you value your health and time, go somewhere else. Therapist I’m working with has been amazing but the doctor is not. Funny that when I mentioned the issues I had with him, I had 3 different providers say the same. He’s a whack job who should not be treating vulnerable people.

Kris Mosqueda: Been seeing Krupa for the past few months and me and her have made great progress with each other and has helped me tremendously with feeling comfortable with myself and has been helping me take the steps to helping me get diagnosed and has been super kind and patient! Love the places’ diversity as well and it was one of the main reasons why I came here to begin with, it makes me, who is a person of colour, feel more comfortable and like my voice would matter since I can have similar experiences or thoughts or have someone listen to me. The people I have talked through on the phone as well have been kind and patient and have called me by my preferred name as well! It’s helped me feel better about myself and feel more accepted with my identity and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs the help they need.

Jimmy: I’ve been seeing doctor Vora and his team for almost 2 years and they are amazing I was in a very dark place before I started seeing them due to a spinal cord injury and I can’t thank them enough for giving my life back. So the bad reviews I am seeing about the girls in the office or having to wait to long is ridiculous. If you are great at what u do your going to have to wait sometimes . If u hire a contractor and they can do the job tomorrow well that tells me there not good because everyone I know in skilled trades is booked out at least 3 months and sometimes doctors are the same way. So relax and give the girls in the office a break your not there only patient, they are great at what they do as well. Follow there guidance and stick with it and I promise it everything will be ok . Mental health takes time. Thanks again for changing my life and allowing me to be a father and husband agin 💪😀

Stacey Blok: I have been taking my son here for well over 2 years now. The office staff is friendly and my son has a very good connection with his therapist (Violet Martin). We also see Dr. Vora on a regular basis. They are a very busy office so there are times we have had to wait to see Dr. Vora, but if the wait it long they do offer to reschedule. I really do not have any complaints. If I HAD to say one thing that was not positive, it would just be what I have already mentioned (wait time). They do however have late evening appointments - we usually go around 6:40 so I do not have to miss or be late getting back to work.

Ash Bash: The front staff, Adria, and Dr. Vora are absolutely amazing. The ladies up front are incredibly sweet and very accommodating. I started my therapy with Karen, who has since retired. She worked closely with Dr. Vora regarding my concerns with medication. I had been overprescribed in my teens for my anxiety/depression that I had stopped taking medication for many years and struggled to cope on my own. Dr. Vora started me out gradually, and continues to check in to make sure that I feel comfortable with my dosage. He’s incredibly empathetic and genuinely wants to do what is best for you, while making you apart of the solution. Adria became my therapist after Karen retired. I was genuinely nervous at first, because I had to learn to trust someone all over again. She made it so easy. Never once have I felt judged, or felt ashamed when I speak with her. She makes it a completely safe place for you to open up and she gives the best feedback. She has the ability to speak with you and coax you to come to realizations yourself, rather than saying, you need to do this and that. I truly don’t know where I’d be right now without these amazing people. I can’t thank them enough.

Harper Rose: If you care about your mental health at all, DO NOT GO HERE! The office staff is terrible. They will make you an appointment, you confirm it, and they will call a totally different day. Dr. Vora is a joke. Every single appointment I have had he is at least half an hour late to, and never an apology. My time is valuable! I make arrangements with work to be able to have these phone appointments and then they waste my time! They will put you on hold to connect you with Vora, and then they send you to another woman in the office who is extremely rude and will then hang up on you. Dr Vora does not listen to anything you say, he is incredibly rude, talks over you, and then gets mad at you when you raise your voice to answer the question and talk over him. I was desperate for help and all he did was waste my time and make me feel worse. I will never come back here and will warn everyone I know to not come here. No matter how much you’re struggling to find someone to help, keep looking and avoid this place at all costs. They have made me worse in more ways then one.

Racheal Boggs: If I could rate ZERO stars, I would!!! I made an appointment with Cindy Landcaster for my 12 year old daughter who is struggling with some depression. I was told it would be a virtual appointment. I was never sent a link to join the virtual appoint so I called the office the morning of her appointment and they assured me I would receive one. I never did. The appointment time came and went. I received a phone call on my cell phone two times, 25 minutes after my appointment time from a very rude lady. She first questioned me why I didn't answer the first time she called and why my voicemail was full. "What's up with that?" she stated. Really? When I asked if she was Cindy, she VERY curtly said, "no. Cindy had a personal family issue. What can I help you with?" First of all, I have NO IDEA who this lady was and Secondly, I had already given this information over the phone when I made the appointment. It made me VERY uneasy so I said, I will call the office to reschedule or find somewhere else to go. The rude lady said, "FINE". She didn't even know my daughters name or who she was attempting to "help". When I tried to explain, she became even more indignant and attempted to talk down to me. This was the most UNPROFESSIONAL experience I have ever had!!!! My daughter was even more upset because she was at the point where she REALLY needed to talk to someone. She still does. Now, we she has to wait until we can get another appointment somewhere. This place calls themselves a "Behavioral Health Group" What a joke! All they did was make my child feel worse! Thanks for NOTHING! PLEASE DO NOT take your children to this heartless place!
