Glam Gloom: It says on their website that they accept my insurance and are listed under my insurance's list of providers but when I called to make an appointment was told they don't accept my insurance. The receptionist seemed apathetic towards my situation.
Ali B: Not open until 7 on Thursday like sign says. Has 6 pm appt. Doors locked and lights were off. No one answered phone or text I sent to let them know I was there. Waited 15 min then left. 2 months later sent me a no show letter and charged me $50 for that date of service, when they are the ones who no showed on me . not paying it.
Andrea Book: Krupa is Fantastic with my wild child. I love that she will make time when we need to discuss how to help my kid more. She listens when I tell her my concerns.
Ami Babariya: My therapist is very intelligent, compassionate, and treat you with Empathy. The staff is very nice as well. Very flexible for any appointments whether it's with therapist or Dr. Awesome outpatient behavioral health group.

Dave DeMaggio: Therapist was nice. Dr. Nora made me feel like I was an addict just there to get my Adderall filled. He said you have to get tested for adhd I said I have been if you would of looked at my records. He wanted a note from my doctor to prescribe Adderall because I have a pacemaker I can understand that, but if he would of looked at my prescription records he would of seen I have been taking Adderall for 3 years now. I asked about another medication for my adhd because Adderall is hard on me physically and mentally. He explained he couldn’t prescribe it, and than told me there is no magic pill. I also have been dealing with depression almost half my life and currently. He said you should go to outpatient therapy and he’s probably right. But after that interaction I want nothing to do with him. When you were in school to be a doctor you should of listened how to interact with patients. Retire if you are unhappy with what you are doing.
hazel eyes: Dr. Vora should not be practicing. If you value your health and time, go somewhere else. Therapist I’m working with has been amazing but the doctor is not. Funny that when I mentioned the issues I had with him, I had 3 different providers say the same. He’s a whack job who should not be treating vulnerable people.
Kris Mosqueda: Been seeing Krupa for the past few months and me and her have made great progress with each other and has helped me tremendously with feeling comfortable with myself and has been helping me take the steps to helping me get diagnosed and has been super kind and patient! Love the places’ diversity as well and it was one of the main reasons why I came here to begin with, it makes me, who is a person of colour, feel more comfortable and like my voice would matter since I can have similar experiences or thoughts or have someone listen to me. The people I have talked through on the phone as well have been kind and patient and have called me by my preferred name as well! It’s helped me feel better about myself and feel more accepted with my identity and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs the help they need.

Jimmy: I’ve been seeing doctor Vora and his team for almost 2 years and they are amazing I was in a very dark place before I started seeing them due to a spinal cord injury and I can’t thank them enough for giving my life back. So the bad reviews I am seeing about the girls in the office or having to wait to long is ridiculous. If you are great at what u do your going to have to wait sometimes . If u hire a contractor and they can do the job tomorrow well that tells me there not good because everyone I know in skilled trades is booked out at least 3 months and sometimes doctors are the same way. So relax and give the girls in the office a break your not there only patient, they are great at what they do as well. Follow there guidance and stick with it and I promise it everything will be ok . Mental health takes time. Thanks again for changing my life and allowing me to be a father and husband agin 💪😀

Hailey Bouza: I never really wanted therapy till my mom suggested I do. I don’t regret it ! My therapist was the best. She made me feel comfortable with talking to her . The staff was very nice and i would come back if i needed to!
Stacey Blok: I have been taking my son here for well over 2 years now. The office staff is friendly and my son has a very good connection with his therapist (Violet Martin). We also see Dr. Vora on a regular basis. They are a very busy office so there are times we have had to wait to see Dr. Vora, but if the wait it long they do offer to reschedule. I really do not have any complaints. If I HAD to say one thing that was not positive, it would just be what I have already mentioned (wait time). They do however have late evening appointments - we usually go around 6:40 so I do not have to miss or be late getting back to work.
Erika Hartmann: They got me in quick and have helped me so much. There are no words to describe how wonderful every staff member has been!
Ash Bash: The front staff, Adria, and Dr. Vora are absolutely amazing. The ladies up front are incredibly sweet and very accommodating. I started my therapy with Karen, who has since retired. She worked closely with Dr. Vora regarding my concerns with medication. I had been overprescribed in my teens for my anxiety/depression that I had stopped taking medication for many years and struggled to cope on my own. Dr. Vora started me out gradually, and continues to check in to make sure that I feel comfortable with my dosage. He’s incredibly empathetic and genuinely wants to do what is best for you, while making you apart of the solution. Adria became my therapist after Karen retired. I was genuinely nervous at first, because I had to learn to trust someone all over again. She made it so easy. Never once have I felt judged, or felt ashamed when I speak with her. She makes it a completely safe place for you to open up and she gives the best feedback. She has the ability to speak with you and coax you to come to realizations yourself, rather than saying, you need to do this and that. I truly don’t know where I’d be right now without these amazing people. I can’t thank them enough.
Teresa Logan-Perdue: I am so thankful I was referred. I was in a very hard place and had no idea how to start climbing out of that place. Adria listened and told me some hard truths, and for that reason. I am forever grateful..
Harper Rose: If you care about your mental health at all, DO NOT GO HERE! The office staff is terrible. They will make you an appointment, you confirm it, and they will call a totally different day. Dr. Vora is a joke. Every single appointment I have had he is at least half an hour late to, and never an apology. My time is valuable! I make arrangements with work to be able to have these phone appointments and then they waste my time! They will put you on hold to connect you with Vora, and then they send you to another woman in the office who is extremely rude and will then hang up on you. Dr Vora does not listen to anything you say, he is incredibly rude, talks over you, and then gets mad at you when you raise your voice to answer the question and talk over him. I was desperate for help and all he did was waste my time and make me feel worse. I will never come back here and will warn everyone I know to not come here. No matter how much you’re struggling to find someone to help, keep looking and avoid this place at all costs. They have made me worse in more ways then one.
Racheal Boggs: If I could rate ZERO stars, I would!!! I made an appointment with Cindy Landcaster for my 12 year old daughter who is struggling with some depression. I was told it would be a virtual appointment. I was never sent a link to join the virtual appoint so I called the office the morning of her appointment and they assured me I would receive one. I never did. The appointment time came and went. I received a phone call on my cell phone two times, 25 minutes after my appointment time from a very rude lady. She first questioned me why I didn't answer the first time she called and why my voicemail was full. "What's up with that?" she stated. Really? When I asked if she was Cindy, she VERY curtly said, "no. Cindy had a personal family issue. What can I help you with?" First of all, I have NO IDEA who this lady was and Secondly, I had already given this information over the phone when I made the appointment. It made me VERY uneasy so I said, I will call the office to reschedule or find somewhere else to go. The rude lady said, "FINE". She didn't even know my daughters name or who she was attempting to "help". When I tried to explain, she became even more indignant and attempted to talk down to me. This was the most UNPROFESSIONAL experience I have ever had!!!! My daughter was even more upset because she was at the point where she REALLY needed to talk to someone. She still does. Now, we she has to wait until we can get another appointment somewhere. This place calls themselves a "Behavioral Health Group" What a joke! All they did was make my child feel worse! Thanks for NOTHING! PLEASE DO NOT take your children to this heartless place!

Jessica Ford: Dr. Ellis didn’t take my thoughts into consideration at all. I suffered from severe postpartum depression during and after the birth of my third child. I was put on Zoloft 100mg PO daily last year, June 2016. The doctors told me I would probably be put on it for a year when I went cold turkey. After going cold turkey I was Manic and did some irrational things. But after going into the “Behavioral Health Unit”, the doctors didn’t have all the pieces to the puzzle; they immediately labeled me as Bipolar. I was unable to sleep on Owosso’s unit due to suffering from PTSD (from being molested when I was younger) and severe GAD (generalized anxiety disorder). I told the doctors and nurses that I was unable to sleep due to my environment because I was next to a twenty year old boy who couldn’t keep his hands off the girl patients on the unit and then to the right of me was a male who had a bad history with doing things to women. So naturally I was unable to sleep at night for fear a male was going to come into my room and either molest and/or rape me. But, because he’s a physician, he gets last say and completely ignored what I had to say. I don’t mind me labeled but at least listen to your patient somewhat. They know what’s going on better than anyone else. Yes, I was manic when I quit taking my Zoloft…but other than that Im not bipolar and was completely misdiagnosed. And, anyone who is constantly getting their buttons pushed is going to speak up, and if they don’t then their are just a push-over and probably are going to suffer from severe depression in their life. In the end I was sent home with the wrong medication and wrong diagnosis. Alls I needed was PRN anti-anxiety medication. Search for another Doctor.

Adam H: Pushes pills and rushes appointments. Treats patients like a number not an actual person. Even when trying to discuss and understand medicine he was prescribing, his response was just “because that is what you need.” Needs work on professionalism and being more personal with patients.
Taylor Cole: Dr. Rosen is a really kind and caring guy. He seems to know what he's doing and is very accepting.

Little L: I am so disappointed with this office. They never answer their phone or return phone calls. Every month I have to fight to get refills. I have tried to get a hold of someone for 3 days now.
J Kilpatrick: Started seeing him after my daughter passed away around Christmas. 6 months and it’s a struggle to contact him. Currently there in no answering service or machine for after hours and I’m out of Rx. It’s been a month and the line is constantly busy or off the hook during business hours.Additional note 4.24.2023Also, have waited for paperwork that has been requested several times by my attorneys office and social security for over a year now. Very distressing and frustrating. My case has been denied once because of this and now my application for appeal has also been denied. I flat out STOPPED using their services.
Kara Stevenson: I am a new patient of dr Mathews and struggle bad with severe depression and panic attacks the first visit via zoom the dr prescribed me a new medication I told him my pharmacy and the address of the pharmacy and days went by and they never recieved my prescription so I started calling the doctors office and goes to voicemail every time. I'm a single mom of 2 kids one who's in a wheelchair and am very busy my son hung up her call the first return call and I called back instantly no answer after that I called 7 more times and didn't hear back so I went to the office which was a locked door I knocked and she peeked out and asked who I was before I could get my full name out she tried saying she called me several times and my inbox is full I couldn't believe it because since the first time I called up to the last call was 3 weeks and I recieved many voicemails during that time from my sons doctors because he has spina bifida I check them daily. I did not get one from her so I had to go 3 weeks without meds very bad experience for a first appointment which is unfortunate because I like the doctor himself
Will Anderson: This place is TRASH!! Secretary told me that I have to call her to inform her that the Dr prescribed meds so they can get called in to the pharmacy. What??? How am I as the patient the middleman for the Doc and his staff. GTFOH.

J Loisell: Had 3 appointments schedule with Dr. Mathew(by phone) all 3 they never came. I had to call hours later to see if the call was going happening they just reschedule me for the following week which Never happened. Very unprofessional! Very disappointed!If you don't want or can't treat a patient then tell Them! Waste of time
Ryan: I've been going here for almost 2 years and Dr. Mathew is the beat psychiatrist I've ever had. He listens, treats accordingly, and has candid conversations. The wait times are a little long but the phone visits work great.
Liisa Brown: This guy was completely unprofessional. He prescribed me multiple antidepressants but took me off my anxiety medication (that I was already prescribed) because, "If I write you this script, they'll tear my plague off the wall!" Along with many other overly dramatic statements.When I told him about the dangerous withdraws he said "It is not my problem." All he cares about is you booking appointments so he can get a paycheck. He couldn't care less about my mental health or helping me in any way.
G: 150% understand why these people have a one star. The staff is really useless, she constantly contradicts herself because she doesn’t know what she’s talking about and instead of asking someone who does, she just makes things up. Like she really just says anything.Dr. Matthews 0/10.Every appointment I have had he asks the exact same questions like I have never been there. He doesn’t remember anything I tell him and I get it, you see more people than me, but you don’t write these things down in your chart.He answers his phone and says it’s not personal, like is my money personal for this appointment or is whoever that is on the phone paying you?He’s a med pusher, not a listener. He constantly is just like ope, must be the meds, here try more, try something different.He always lets his personal opinions effect his practice.He says “how are you?”I’m like well, I’m irritated because I see you for my irritability and I just had to wait an hour after my appointment at 9:30 to see you.He responds “this isn’t the place for you. You will always have to wait here”I’m like so you’re just telling me to go somewhere?He’s like “I feel threatened by your tone and I will call security and the police”I’m like and tell them what?He says “ your tone, you can’t keep yourself under control, do you want me to have them put your in the hospital”I’m like am I dreaming or is his really happening?I was thinking to myself like I’m not even mad? Trying not to be like you’re the crazy one 😂Will never go back and honestly fear for his patients. Time for him to retire because he legit remembers absolutely nothing you tell him from past visits.
Jason Polk: I see Dr. Matthews every 2 months, I sit in the waiting room for over an hour to see him each time. For some odd reason he is slow at getting to patients, but he doesn't have alot at all. He doesn't really understand how I'm feeling and I believe he is just pescribing any medication to me to send me off and get payed
Jess Kaijuno: A decent place. I had to wait a month for my appointment but it was worth it. Allis prescribed the meds I needed and was sociable. He listened to me and he knew what I was doing. I don’t know why there are so many poor reviews because this a nice place overall.

Elyse Etzler: Dr. Mathews insisted that i had depression and kept giving me random drugs for depression. He actually answered his cell phone in the middle of our session one time. Every time i tried to explain to him that i just needed something to help me with anxiety he insisted that i had depression and that we had to treat that for now. Until the medicine he gave me literally made me miss work and not be able to get out of bed for my appointment so he dropped me as a patient

MJ MR: Janet is really honest. she's definitely from around here, I think it was February of last year, when I couldn't get in and was able to book myself through a site before a vacation overseas. Janet was really honest with me. She is very accommodating.
Menacing Spirits: Dr. Warner has been a fresh break from the other doctor's my son has seen over the years. I like how confident and decisive she is in treating my son's disabilities. She's a 'No B.S.' kinda doc.
Shelly Llopis: Dr Warner has been a huge help with my son. She listens to our issues, she helps with our needs, overall wonderful!
