They give you 30 days to find everything wrong with the car and bring it in to have them work on it for free, but only some things are covered in the guarantee and if the guys they have working on it don't find the problem then your stuck with it in the end. Then they stick you with a high interest rate. They keep a key so they can take it if you miss one payment. Yeah, and they know nothing about the cars they get in.

Dealership had all paperwork to us before we came so we could get our loan completed and only make one trip. We got to the dealership and the truck was pulled right up front where it was easy to find. THE TRUCK WAS NICER than expected! Dealership offered to take the truck to a shop to have it inspected for us but when we saw the truck, we realized we didn’t need to have it inspected. Nick was very up front and sent us all pictures we requested before making the journey. WE WILL DO BUSINESS WITH NICK AND SPOONER SALES AGAIN! MotoDoktor18: Do not buy from them, clearly do not inspect or go over stuff they sell. Had to replace multiple parts when received the truck, leaking brake caliper, multiple engine sensors, missing fuses, lights not working, tire leaking air, list goes on. Most important they blew me off once got my truck to the shop and discovered truck needs new turbo and transmission rebuilt. Yea bought higher mile "deleted" Diesel from them long distance and took Nicks word on the truck being great but the fact they won't stand behind their truck and blew me off goes to show typical money hungry dealer don't give a sh*t about customers. Now gunna be out $10k on a truck just bought. Thanks alot

Little disappointed, I get things happen, but it’s a little upsetting.Update: Most likely going to need a whole new motor and projected to cost around $3,000 or maybe more.

After having issues with the last vehicle I bought from another wholesaler I was kinda skeptical, but I really liked a truck they had. Ryan was great and helped every step of the way. July 10th 2021 I purchased a vehicle from Route 23 Auto and ever since I have been been without a reliable vehicle. On September 9th 2021 I was quoted $7,735 in repairs. Once I was aware of the condition of my new vehicle I reached out to the owners & they were somewhat understanding/helpful. They told me that the vehicle needed a new part that they replaced for free but this what not the issue. The vehicle was sold to me needing a new engine. Dylan and his father are nice people and I would like to believe that they were unaware of the condition of the vehicle. But overall they were negligent when it came to a proper inspection, and so was I which has been a huge regret of mine.Im sure that they sell a lot of vehicles that are in good condition, but it never hurts to get a second opinion before purchasing!

Tyonna McIntyre: I have purchased two cars from them one that me and my daughter paid off and the one I have now, which is a 2008 Chevy Malibu. I have only had the car four months with repairs totaling 1,000 dollars. So here is my issue that car has eternal electrical problems that causes the power steering to go out even while you're driving the car, I have had the recalls done that included the steering, a control module replaced and another 600.00 in repairs plus towing fee because the car grounded out valentines weekend while out of town. The car is unsafe to drive and I have shared my concerns with countless times but to no avail and I just found out that the heater coil is gone out or bad because my floor board is soaking wet on the driver side. I totally agree that they do not care about there customers only in making payments and threats of adverse action if you decide to default on the loan. My payments are 530.00 a month and that includes a 20.00 extra payment for the 1500.00 remaining on the other car that was totaled while in my daughters possession, so yes I will be surrendering this vehicle on 4/10/23 and have my day in court.

HB5BG Mtb: They did get me a car I give them that.. but $600 a month and we smelled oil burning and the old man blamed it on the car next to us and well it was the car we got. Once you confront the issue they are completely rude and don’t have the time for you. Don’t go here!! It’s still a headache 😩

Ericka Washington: I purchased a car in September of 2021 the vehicle was in decent shape, the bumper was damage, a lot with the roof of my vehicle but I still purchased, no issues with engine … everything was great up until October when my grandmother passed and ran into some money troubles. They do not offer any sort of grace period for payments, the lady Debbie is rude when she calls and even if you only owe for that week payment with a great payment history they will still disable your car. I would not recommend them only because how can you make money if you can’t move the car. It was a last result type thing for me ! But i would say if you have another alternative then go with it because they ppl are gonna disable the car is they are not paid each time each week. You don’t even get a 24 hour grace period.
