Tyonna McIntyre: I have purchased two cars from them one that me and my daughter paid off and the one I have now, which is a 2008 Chevy Malibu. I have only had the car four months with repairs totaling 1,000 dollars. So here is my issue that car has eternal electrical problems that causes the power steering to go out even while you're driving the car, I have had the recalls done that included the steering, a control module replaced and another 600.00 in repairs plus towing fee because the car grounded out valentines weekend while out of town. The car is unsafe to drive and I have shared my concerns with countless times but to no avail and I just found out that the heater coil is gone out or bad because my floor board is soaking wet on the driver side. I totally agree that they do not care about there customers only in making payments and threats of adverse action if you decide to default on the loan. My payments are 530.00 a month and that includes a 20.00 extra payment for the 1500.00 remaining on the other car that was totaled while in my daughters possession, so yes I will be surrendering this vehicle on 4/10/23 and have my day in court.
HB5BG Mtb: They did get me a car I give them that.. but $600 a month and we smelled oil burning and the old man blamed it on the car next to us and well it was the car we got. Once you confront the issue they are completely rude and don’t have the time for you. Don’t go here!! It’s still a headache 😩

They will literally watch you go under and not offer any help with anything especially if you are having financial issues be careful
Lashell Strong: Extremely overpriced lemons. Within the first 30 days, 2 tows out of my own pocket. Tows from out of town to be more precise. A very arrogant owner who knows nothing of our communities. Should you miss a payment or need to reschedule a payment there's no grace periods.. your vehicle will be shut off. It's very sad... Life happens to us all. I encourage anyone and everyone to try and save to purchase a car. Or even better take MTA

When I went to trade my vehicle to an “A” list auto dealership..I found out that after paying for this vehicle for almost a Year they are saying I still owe the price I paid at the time of purchase!!! Make that make sense!!!!!! They will have you upside down and give no cares!!! And will not work with you!!! I highly recommend no matter what go to an “A” list auto dealership there are plenty of programs to help you…. I’m not going down without a fight!!! I’m getting out of this car!!!!!
Ericka Washington: I purchased a car in September of 2021 the vehicle was in decent shape, the bumper was damage, a lot with the roof of my vehicle but I still purchased, no issues with engine … everything was great up until October when my grandmother passed and ran into some money troubles. They do not offer any sort of grace period for payments, the lady Debbie is rude when she calls and even if you only owe for that week payment with a great payment history they will still disable your car. I would not recommend them only because how can you make money if you can’t move the car. It was a last result type thing for me ! But i would say if you have another alternative then go with it because they ppl are gonna disable the car is they are not paid each time each week. You don’t even get a 24 hour grace period.

And this car is $11,001.00 WAY OVERPRICED FOR THIS!!! I didn’t even have the car for a full week… I a female and im only 19 yrs old.. he let me say yes to this car and didn’t say nothing about anything I mentioned.. even told me they put this car on a machine they are a**holes… getting my $$$ back by any means.

Diamond Counelis: Just bought a van from Mike's Used Cars they were very sweet and accommodating and helpful. I didn't have alot of money to put down but they still approved me. They also went above and beyond for me, the van I got was sold as is, and there were a couple of issues with the van (it's a used vehicle so it's to be expected) , however they took care of those issues immediately. It was awesome and appreciated greatly. They really stepped up! The customer service from my sales rep George was beyond a 10 and I'm thankful to him for his hard work, getting me into my new van. Kelly Jackson: Key fob quit working right away. They said not their problem. Had the van less than 2 weeks. Paying 7000 in interest. Very unhappy. Tell you one thing in discussion. Prices are a lot different when paperwork drawn up.

Diangelo bruce: Do not purchase cars or trucks from them. I paid 5800 cash for an expedition. Took truck to dealer because heat was not working and large puddles of water in driveway. Diagnosis was blown head gaskets and heater core after contacting April, she suggest car shield warranty even paid for the first month nice right wrong. Car shield authorized an engine break down just to deny the claim in the middle of the process. Now I have to pay for an engine for the truck 7.9k or take a 6k loss on the truck. This establishment is not a good place to buy anything they seem very helpful at ripping people off thanks April and deans auto sales for taking my hard earned money 5800 cash from my family during a pandemic. And causing a huge financial burden to my family 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😈🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬Dude we had the car in October it's literally been in the shop since I bought the truck the car shield warranty took a month the truck does not even have 1000 miles on it from. Time of purchase rip off your expert mechanics is the reason the car is in the shop

Keegan Mccormack-reamer: Do not buy here, I came to purchase a car from them and their sales rep Becca was rude from the start. I asked to see the details of the warranty I was being forced to purchase and I was told I can’t see what’s covered in the warranty until I sign for the car. They also said my dad had no credit (he has a mortgage and 3 other cars in his name mind you) so he couldn’t co-sign and I would have to pay a higher interest rate. The pictures didn’t all match the current condition of the car as well. She also told me if I don’t like it there I can leave and buy a car else where and then stormed off like a child, so I did and I suggest you guys do the same when it comes to these fly by night pop up shops.
jake andrus: I bought a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland and am beyond impressed with there generosity. The jeep had issues turning over and i was loaned a very nice f150 for the weekend, The starter had gone out but Dean replaced it for free along with the tow to the shop. Ray Byron: Great place to buy a used car. Friendly and honest staff. We lived a couple hours away and had trouble getting our schedule to line up for a test drive. They were nice enough to pull the car of the market until we could get down there. They had an excellent inventory of third row vehicles to compare what we were interested in, to what otheroptions were out there. The whole process was quick, easy, and comfortable. 10/10 recommend.

I'm from Green bay and I never thought I'd purchase a vehicle sight unseen. I flew out there 2weeks ago Friday on a wimb. They Greater me at the airport with Jason who is the head mechanic. That guy really knows his profession.. they brought me to the dealer . We finalized the paperwork and I drove it 9hrs back home. Best way to really get to know the vehicle! We were gonna have it shipped to my house and they hired a transportation broker. It was difficult to secure a driver so I decided to fly out!! They gave me cash back as soon as I got there and it actually ended up saving me money 💰. We have kept in contact and the buying process was just a pleasure! Grateful for their service. Maddie Keck: I am really not the kind of person to write a negative review, but I hope that by sharing my experience I can help prevent something similar happening to someone else. July 10th 2021 I purchased a vehicle from Route 23 Auto and ever since I have been been without a reliable vehicle. On September 9th 2021 I was quoted $7,735 in repairs. Once I was aware of the condition of my new vehicle I reached out to the owners & they were somewhat understanding/helpful. They told me that the vehicle needed a new part that they replaced for free but this what not the issue. The vehicle was sold to me needing a new engine. Dylan and his father are nice people and I would like to believe that they were unaware of the condition of the vehicle. But overall they were negligent when it came to a proper inspection, and so was I which has been a huge regret of mine.Im sure that they sell a lot of vehicles that are in good condition, but it never hurts to get a second opinion before purchasing!

Brandon S: Some of their pictures are very misleading. The truck I wanted to look at was amazing in the pictures. When I went in person to look at it, you could clearly see the previous owner's business name, location, and phone number on the tailgate and both sides across the doors. Now I know why they didn't post pictures of the doors or tailgate close up. They are also not open on weekends which makes it difficult to contact them and take a look at their vehicles in person.

Alexandra Villarreal: Just purchased a diesel truck from Nick last week. We drove over 6 hours to look at the truck. Dealership had all paperwork to us before we came so we could get our loan completed and only make one trip. We got to the dealership and the truck was pulled right up front where it was easy to find. THE TRUCK WAS NICER than expected! Dealership offered to take the truck to a shop to have it inspected for us but when we saw the truck, we realized we didn’t need to have it inspected. Nick was very up front and sent us all pictures we requested before making the journey. WE WILL DO BUSINESS WITH NICK AND SPOONER SALES AGAIN! Highly Recommend dealership when shopping for a nice rust free used vehicle!
MotoDoktor18: Do not buy from them, clearly do not inspect or go over stuff they sell. Had to replace multiple parts when received the truck, leaking brake caliper, multiple engine sensors, missing fuses, lights not working, tire leaking air, list goes on. Most important they blew me off once got my truck to the shop and discovered truck needs new turbo and transmission rebuilt. Yea bought higher mile "deleted" Diesel from them long distance and took Nicks word on the truck being great but the fact they won't stand behind their truck and blew me off goes to show typical money hungry dealer don't give a sh*t about customers. Now gunna be out $10k on a truck just bought. Thanks alot

Unfortunately yesterday, the day after I bought the Tahoe, it began misfiring and now something is wrong, so I can’t even drive it after having it for 24 hours. Little disappointed, I get things happen, but it’s a little upsetting.Update: Most likely going to need a whole new motor and projected to cost around $3,000 or maybe more.

After having issues with the last vehicle I bought from another wholesaler I was kinda skeptical, but I really liked a truck they had. Ryan was great and helped every step of the way. When I couldn't drive the truck home that day because the bank needed some papers home Ryan and Dakota met me halfway to deliever the truck. Am I the only person that finds it disturbing that the "numbers guy" doesn't know the actual price of a vehicle that he he'd just gotten a loan approved for??A HUGE RED FLAG me.I found the same vehicle, (same color, and equipment even), on Facebook marketplace for 6500, although, it did have approx. 30,000 more miles on it.

Subaru Impreza wrx sti 2011: Used car sales department is nothing short of scammers. Avoid at all costs!I was sold a “fully inspected” box truck that broke down (failed transmission) a month after purchase. Our mechanic stated that the transmission oil was extremely old, which directly caused the transmission to fail. When questioned about this, Applegate Chevy used car sales assistant manager, Bob McPhilimy, and Applegate Chevy General Manager, Daniel George, both stated that their inspections do not assess the quality of transmission oil - they simply make sure there is oil. Upon pointing out how irresponsible that is, we were told “well, we do change the engine oil,” like that’s something to be proud of rather than extremely basic car maintenance. This is not an inspection - this is false advertising to gain the trust of unsuspecting customers. They do a quick, cheap once-over to make sure the vehicle will drive out of their lot and they can wash their hands of you and any problems they created. Save your time and money and purchase a vehicle from a more reputable and trustworthy dealership!!

Their cars are not properly inspected and they will push it off until the warranty expires or not actually cover anything for the warranty. Then your forced to pay for it. Adam Okorowski: Honestly I have been a fan with them for a while. Billy the salesman I bought my truck from was a straight shooter. I was looking at a few vehicles and he told me straight up to steer clear from some. The truck I bought only needed a starter replaced after 1 year of owning it. Billy did not pull the pushy salesman trick gave me time to think before I signed. The process was straight forward as well told you from the beginning the down payment and payment amounts on the vehicles you were looking at. Where I am not a fan is after I paid my vehicle off with them they kind of screwed me on my credit report instead of marking it as paid off they just straight up removed it so two years of payment history were removed. If you are looking to buy from them I would honestly look them over very thoroughly or even bring it to a third party mechanic as they do have some cars with many issues. I can not say I would never go back I probably would.

Jeremy Brookman: 5yrs ago I gave this place a one star review because I was simply angry. It's now 2022 I will give my honest opinion of this place since me and my wife have two vehicles one from the flint main lot and the other from the Lansing lot. Mine I've had going on 2 years now with minor problems I was sold mine with the front end components needing to be replaced very common with the Chrysler 300. Took care of that and the vehicle has been great everything else has been general ware and tear. My wife's had bad brakes,rotors at time of purchase and bad control arms, ball joints in the front. Other that that hers has been great. Now I have seen were people have gotten junk from here but they do let you drive it and get inspected before purchasing and will repair it before you take it. Can be a inconvenience because it is usually a week or two before you actually get it. Another thing to watch for is repaired wrecked vehicles there are some of those on the lot as well. Just use your head when buying a car from here look it over real good ask questions make sure your a 100% before you sign paperwork so your not leaving a bad review within the first week of having the car. As far as me I'm happy. Happy shopping everyone.

Shy Pender: Went and test drove a couple cars ended up loving a 2012 equinox went to autozone got it scanned where they said it was a fuel pump because it was having trouble getting up to speed on the express way or while driving it period told the guy i thought it was the engine. He made me fill out a promise sheet i waited 8 days to get my car back because it was a timing chain and this and that well i got the car back at 3:30 today and by 5 i knew what a huge mistake i made because the car is running rougher then when i test drove it. Now i have to wait til monday to take it back to get it "fixed" again and im stuck in a 2 year contract for a car that more then likely needs a new engine. Dont be like me do not buy from rpm.

Trey Jones: Terry Jones is a very great guy. He always does what I ever needed and thanked him everytime. However cars are JUNK. Cars that have been underwater, wrecked 5-8 times put back together even cars with engine and trans issues.They only look good for about 7 days then it goes downhill.
