John Kish: We ordered take out this evening an had fresh food with a plentiful portion sizes. Wing Fong has been my families favorite Chinese restaurant in Flint for the past 20 years.
Jennifer Mongene: My order was delivered by door dash the restaurant blamed them but I don't feel door dash did anything wrong they were great. Although my order couldn't have been more wrong and in a plastic bag. Who eats out of a plastic bag especially in a hotel. They gave me wrong order I called to tell them and staff was so extremely rude yelling said it was either my fault or door dash. So rude I will never recommend this to anyone. I will discourage as much as possible. They didn't even want to work together to fix. This place is trash.....

Austin: Very Impressed!! New Favorite. Our family loves Chinese food and haven't found a place we liked since Empress of China in Flint closed. But we ordered Door dash and we got like $50 worth of options to try it out. Delivery was awesome an perfectly packaged so it didn't leak.The food was delicious. Our favorite was the Orange Chicken!! It was still crispy and the sauce was so delicate with perfect flavor. It wasnt overly sweet, it had just the right balance. We will be ordering again soon.
Nunya: Decent portions for reasonable prices. Food quality is okay-ish if you're into mushy rice and overcooked chicken. We've had maybe 2 dishes out of 10 that were actually good here. So it's a roll of the dice, essentially. Old lady that runs the place is quite rude, but if rudeness and food quality aren't an issue for you, then you'll love this place😉

Jasper Knight: Ordered two combination dinners for my S.O. and my self. I ordered the number 5 and I got the 1 which is general chicken. Which was so covered in this honey like sauce that neither me or my S.O. could finish it. They did include a little cup of sweet and sour sauce that had the consistency of water. As well as egg rolls that only had cabbage and no egg. They were burnt and had a foul oily smell.
Carylynn Prescott: Goodness gracious. My normal spot doesn't do door dash, so I ordered from Wing Fong. It was terrible. The rice was tasteless mush, with scallions in it. The crab ragoon...idk even think they use the right cheese. It tasted really bad. The general chicken, was again, mush, with burned spots on the bottom. The egg rolls were flavorful, considering there was only cabbage in it. But it was also dark in color as if overcooked. And the chow mein consists of absolutely no flavor. And had the consistency of undercooked Ramen noodles in the microwave. I will never order here again. Spent well over 50, and it's not edible. Very disappointing.

Shelbee Kline: Food was disgusting. Veggies looked bad, crab ragoon was bad (spoiled) and made my husband sick. The egg rolls literally only had cabbage in them, they were overcooked and tasted like they were cooked in old oil. Do not recommend and I will never order from here again.

Tiah McGann: Pho is my favorite dish, ever. I know good, authentic pho. The people who say the pho is good there, have never had good pho. There are ticks in their pho. The "beef" has a terrible taste to it. The bean sprouts were the only decent thing. Hubby and son ordered rice, and it was pure mush. The best part is the service, and that's because we were the only people there..On the bright side, the young man who was serving was alright! He was considerate and attentive, aside from the fact he wasn't busy. 0/10 though guys.

I especially appreciate ordering my food extra spicy and actually getting spicy food! As always, they only have one person in the lobby covering but he's super quick and polite, no complaints!Vegetarian options: You don't need meat protein in any of their dishes, they are great without. iMNoTMaDXx W: Absolutely horrible my wife and I ordered Gen tso’s and orange chicken when we tried to eat the chicken the batter was so burned it chipped a tooth in my mouth . When I went back to get a replacement order the cook decided to undercook the chicken this time leaving a sloppy mess of chicken and sauce in the container . When asked why the chicken was so mushy he stated “that’s how people like the chicken we’ve never had complaints I used different chicken the same chicken for honey garlic chicken no one has ever complained ” so I asked so when people complain about the chicken being too hard you serve them undercooked chicken to remedy , he refused to respond after that question. So I asked the lady who claimed to be the manager to touch the chicken and she did saying “that’s how it’s always cooked but I don’t eat the honey garlic chicken”. I got my refund and never plan to go back to this disgusting establishment.

Alex Goetz: The food is great, both warm and cold. Got into a car accident immediately after getting food from here and it was room temp. by the time I got home, it was still crispy and amazing. Ate my eggroll the next day and the shell had great flavor and the inside was perfect. I cannot recommend this place more for some cheap-ish Chinese food. The lady who took my order can seem rude but I can promise that is not the case.

K Culver: When I moved out here last year, I struggled to find "good" Chinese food. Even though a lot of reviews said other places had good Chinese food, it wasn't even comparable to Gourmet Wok. It is by far the best Chinese food around. I've liked/loved every dish so far, except for the egg rolls. They are not my favorite. But aside from that, I highly recommend this restaurant.

Paigelynn Wilkes: Out of however many hundreds of places I've ordered from, Hong Da by far and away puts the most love, care, and actual quality ingredients into their food. Every single order is consistent and amazing. It's the closest thing you can get to a home cooked meal that gets delivered by a stranger. The fried rice tasted like it was fried in the shrimp grease, rice was not done, basically the food had a strange taste. I really enjoyed this place since it was around the corner from my home. Well, time to start looking for a new location.

F C: I've been wanting to try The Lotus Room since I heard it was like Empress (RIP)Well, they don't offer lunch specials anymore- on their takeout menu they're still there but with a big X out stating "no lunch specials"Their meals only come with white rice & they won't allow you to upgrade to fried for a fee.So only white rice and no egg roll with dinners.I went here in search of a copycat of Empress' sweet & sour chicken with the plain white egg fried rice.After having to buy the egg fried rice at $8 (literally white rice with egg bits in it) and my dinner at $12...This $20 meal was good, yes. But the price? This is out of control. I cannot fathom why they wouldn't let me upgrade to fried rice.Without their lunch specials, this places prices are ridiculous.
