Tobias Lerke: Good staff, they provided their recommendations. Came here because the Wreck sandwich was recommended. The Wrech is a satisfying tasty sandwich, recommended. Overall it is a simple sandwich shop, not much to the menu, straight forward. It is a quiet place good for studying or doing homework. Everything here seems like a solid B+, the food and drinks are good but nothing to rave about. Though in its simplicity hides its value, a nice place with a diverse enough selection of food to keep your belly full and feeling good. Good mac n cheese. Similar to Subway but more drinks available. It is unique enough to pickup food during a lunch break. It reminds me of the simple shops you would expect from the old times when life was simple.

Leggings 4 Life: We have ordered from McAlister’s a lot in the past year and enjoyed it but lately the service has gone down drastically. The food is now way overpriced and the last two orders I’ve placed have been wrong. Tonight there was a black hair on my pickle! So gross. They changed the strawberry shots in the pure cane lemonade that costs almost $5 a drink and it’s not even close to the same thing as before or worth what it was. My Club sandwich didn’t even have Spring Mix on which it is supposed to… Overall the service just sucks these days! Not sure I’ll be back after a second disappointing trip that costs me $50 to feed 3 people.
Gretchen Sage: We have ordered here a few times. Each time it’s been great. Only disadvantage is it is kind of pricey. Cannot go wrong with the berry pecan salad. Their customer service is also great. The convenience of ordering through the app or online and picking up through the drive up window is awesome too. Will be back probably more than I should be.

That's no drinks, desert, or side upgrades. On a regular day I would pay half price tops for the items, but even then the sandwiches were a bit light on meat for the price. Sandy La mar: First time at this establishment. We walked in ,only ones in line , a young lady on the phone at front counter, never spoke to us . A young man walking back and forth behind the counter acknowledged us and said he'll be with us in a moment . A young lady walked in to pick up an order . We told her to go ahead ,we were looking at the menu . We decided after a minute or two . She left , still nobody waited on us. My husband walked to the men's room and he came out and I'm STILL WAITING because 4 ladies came in and went right up to the register and the young man came over and waited on them . This was a total time of almost 15 minutes. We walked out !!!

The young African American lady was taking care each line but alternating but it became my turn I was skipped over twice and I address her she didn't answer my question then back to the little window with my order like I bothering her no thank you have a good day or anything but others before was greeted in that manner. Kaitlyn: I’ve been going to Hoffman’s since this location opened and I’m really bummed that the quality just isn’t there anymore. I used to LOVE Hoffman’s sandwiches, but the last few times I’ve been, the sandwiches keep getting smaller and smaller..yet, I can’t say the same thing about the price. I also noticed this time that the bread is different and the sourdough just looks and tastes like toasted white sandwich bread..well not toasted, because my food was soggy when I got it home and my order was incorrect. Overall just disappointed in the lack of quality. Please do better and make your sandwiches the way you used to. Edit: I called and told someone (didn’t get name) my issue and they put me in the books to order a new sandwich to replace this one, so thank you for that! I really appreciate it. Hopefully it turns out better.

They have good glove hygiene. The customers are not required to wear masks and no 6 feet markers are set out.

Gregory Diebolt: Ordered from here previously with delivery. Today, they took my delivery to the same road name ending with drive instead of court. The neighbor from road ending in drive had to deliver to my house. Food was not delivered until an hour later. Cole, the manager, would not return my order because I received my food, which again was delivered by neighbor. I asked for the tip and delivery fee to be returned, which Cole said could not be done but yet he could return my order if my food had not been delivered.

Donna Milloway Stanke: Would prefer to leave NO STARS. Sat in the Drive-Thru entirely to long with no acknowledgment, ALL Open signs ON, 35 minutes before stated closing time called 5 times from Drive-Thru, could hear phone ringing, then silence. No one would answer. Honked horn, I have an air horn so I know I was heard. Attempted to go in, doors locked, Drive-Thru sign lit up. Still nothing. Car behind me also failed at placing an order.. will not darken the threshold of this Subway ever again. This is also a repeat occurrence for this location
Annette Mayner: Sub was really fresh and good Italian BMT ... only reason 4 out of 5 stars they discontinued Italian dressing for the subs ... I can't figure why they would, I don't do Chipotle or Ranch ...
Jazmine Cozart: Watched her sit in the back and ignore me through drive through waited 15 minutes. She came to the window and kept rolling her eyes. Very rude.
