Alex Poppen (Perry Auto Sales): Shipped a package here that Fed Ex would not ship due to the size. The manger Curtis was very helpful in assisting with our businesses large shipment. Took the time to package it correctly as it was very expensive and awkward. We forgot one of our tracking label. He went out of his way to contact us with it. As a business owner it’s very hard to find someone with professionalism and the care I was treated with at this store. Will be back because of this. In a world where customer service has gone by the wayside, was very thankful to have worked with someone with such competence in what they do.

Robert Morrill: This is the 2nd time I have had terrible customer service there. They do not honor there contract with amazon and give conflicting information between there policy and amazon. They put the price on the customer when they mess up. Very rude with customer service. Also no uniform with the employees. The "gentlemen" was dressed in street clothes. Please learn some quality, and customer service. The person next to me had the same problem and they wouldn't take her return, so obviously not an isolated issue, and very common, yet they wont fix it.... than blame the customer. If you can't honor a contract don't sign it.

Refused to communicate regarding my package that I requested be wrapped while I was waiting. Apparently they wrapped it in the back out of my view and then let me stand there for several minutes before telling me it had been wrapped (out of view), obviously indicating that they would like me to leave immediately without being able to see the way my package had been wrapped, despite having requested, twice.Although my review is directly related to THIS experience, I can say overall... it is obvious to me that UPS service has plummeted in the past several years. UPS used to be a highly reputable and well respected delivery service.Aside from this particular place, UPS has lost 2 of my Amazon orders/deliveries in the past month, not to mention the one (return) where I am STILL waiting for them to pick up from my house... I was told today that they give 3 me delivery attempts for the return label, but that without that exact return label, I am unable to return the item to Amazon. I went to 3 other Fed Ex and Kinkos locations before coming to this one to have my 1000+ page RXPrep book despined and separated into 4 smaller books to make it easier to carry around . They were able to do it right and fast . The other Fedex locations I went to said they didn’t have a machine big enough to cut through the book
Brandon Beck: 20 minutes and $3.41 to have 3 pages printed as help decided to print pages instead of directing me to the copy/printer for a pdf emailed to them(to avoid a $2.50 charge for them printing it). The woman that assisted me was friendly and helpful, but this location will be my last choice for sending items and printing documents from now on. BTW, it's $2 to have UPS print the same label
Delecate 79: Staff was given instructions to do my father's program for his funeral. Instead the staff decided to do what she wanted to do because she stated that she did not have enough staff on the floor & it was a rushed job. The job only took about 20-30 mins to complete, she had 4hrs to complete the job. I already had it typed and the layout already set up. All she had to do is follow the simple instructions I told her to do. I feel like is was a personal issue the reason why she felt like she had the right to do whatever she wanted to do. If my complaint don't be taken serious, in the future your staff is going to think she can get away with it again by doing someone else like this. I'm not saying she should be fired, but held accountable for her actions, because it can lead to her getting fired the next time. I promise you I will never ever go there for anything.

There’s a sulky brat of an assistant manager who will not say please or thank you, completely unsuited to working with the general public. When i asked to have the poster printed they said it had to be done on their large scale printer (duh) and that it would take 4 hours! What?? I usually go to the auburn hills location on baldwin rd for these types of prints and they always do it in like 2 minutes right in front of me. Its as simple as like 2 clicks of a button. For these 2 people to tell me 4 hours is rediculous! Avoid this garbage location if you can.

After setting up the return of course being directed to Fed ex Store I was informed upon arrival my package couldn’t be accepted there. I had to take to a different location. Upon driving there not only did the person who was in charge dark haired lady who came from the back know it all. Had 0 hospitality skills when dealing with someone just trying to return something. Her words of advice were “I don’t know why people think Saginaw is so far away. Almost an hour from my house. Far away? How about I’ve just visited 2 locations with no prevail, let’s make it a third. We pay to ship things for a reason. She told me all the things she couldn’t do rather than what she could do. 0 help finding the correct place. Only interest was basically trying to teach me the logistics of fed ex’s express and ground differences. The call center was the only pleasant part of my experience.

Waited in the front of the building for a worker to come up, only for her to tell me that they don't ship returns there and I'd have to drive to a different location. No apology for my wait, no hello when she finally came up front. Just basically what do you want and then told me to go somewhere else. I wish I would have picked a different location in the first place, but the website said they do returns here. Never again:/. Was in store around 9:15 on 5/16/23
Kyle Lueschen: Got home early from work for signature required delivery that I NEEDED that day. Marked as “customer not home” will try again next day. Can’t get it next day. They never showed up to my home. Unbelievable, customer service over the phone was horrible. Went up to the store, lady was nice enough but didn’t do anything to help.

You don't get to shout over customers and accuse shippers of not sending the package when FedEx's tracking system fails. Yell and shout over me all you want, but my customer's package was in the back right where I said it would be. It's amazing that your manager had no trouble finding it after you tried to tell my customer there was no way to find it of the tracking number was wrong (which it wasn't). Get fired.

Brianna Green: I've been waiting on a birth certificate to come in the mail. They keep trying to deliver it, in the morning, during the week (when most people are at work). The package requires a signature. Twice the driver left a sticky note (officialUPS delivery note) that said I could sign the back and they'd deliver it the next day. I just got an email saying they couldn't deliver it for the 3rd time now and that it will be sent back to the sender. Why leave a note if I can't sign it and get the package. The driver checked the box, too, saying I could sign the notes. Both of them. They're probably still on my front door where I left them yesterday and this morning.

Brian Talarico: I was congratulated by text 3xs on becoming a new employee and given a date for orientation. Showed up for orientation, was instructed to wait as they were waiting on one more person. Took photo copies of my I.D. and social walked me and 1 other gentleman around the facility to show us where we would be working and how things operate,all in all almost 2 hours and at the end of the tour we were told we were on a waiting list behind 5 people??? I stopped job searching for a week as I was congratulated on being a new hire. Hey UPS how bout you be a little more transparent with your hiring process. I'm sure running short on staff at busy times can be an issue,that doesn't mean you prey on people's need to make a living. Absolutely pathetic

When I went inside this location to get help with this unfortunate dilemma, they tell me there's nothing they can do to help, unless I cancel my Amazon return and explore a new option. While standing at the UPS counter, I was frantically searching for a way to "cancel" the Amazon return and could find no return-cancellation options (and no promises from UPS that it would not result in further problems with the expected return to Amazon!).They said, in the future, I should just leave it on my porch with no label and hope that it's a UPS driver that comes for it (before it's stolen from my porch). How in the world am I supposed to process or prove a returned item that is picked up from my front porch while I'm gone to work?!This is unbelievable. I wish so badly that Amazon would not use UPS delivery services for receiving OR returning packages!! They are proving unreliable and unhelpful!!It is very disappointing to see what used to be a well respected and highly reliable company sink to these standards.
Never A Dull Moment: Fast service. I have used them to fax papers as well as do my Amazon returns. Have your QR code ready for returns, they scan it off your phone, give you a receipt & you're outta there. The store is kinda hidden under the awning in the corner so its easy to miss if you don't know its there. Just sayin.

S & B: We have a Amazon Hub at our apartment complex (big wall of lockers). UPS delivers packages there for the residents. Unfortunately, they cannot seem to direct the package to the right resident. One of my packages a neighbor brought to me, one the management retrieved for me it was directed to another resident, the other they delivered whoever got them KEPT it. Then last week they dropped my package off at an Auto Parts store on the other side of town. No other delivery company has a problem using the hub. I now won't order anything shipped by UPS.

Another reason why I prefer fed ex.
THOMAS CAVRIC: The guys at the service center were friendly and helpful BUT I had to drive a half hour there due to a jackazz driver who would NOT go down my rural driveway and instead left " sorry we missed you" notes on my gate posts by the road! I HATE UPS! FEDEX, USPS and Amazon will ALL go down my driveway and make deliveries.
