Kimmy K: I wouldn't even give them a 1 star except for the fact that the staff were nice. The ice cream was the worst that I have ever had! I got strawberry cheesecake. There were no cheesecake chunks and the strawberry syrup tasted like chemicals. I also got lemon custard, which tasted like vanilla. It had absolute NO LEMON flavor. If this is what you all rate as a 4+ star ice cream store, I feel bad for Flint customers. Such poor quality ice cream that I would be embarrassed to serve it if I was the store owner. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!

Alexis Lewis: Worst experience at bananna boat. My turtle flurry had so many pecans and was so melted that I think the staff was playing a joke. My son had a Strawberry cheesecake flurry and the cheesecake and ice cream was blended to a shake consistency. I think the staff are all middle school friends or something because that was just ridiculous. Next time I will Just drive to Dairy Queen and get a real blizzard!

Bella Houston (Ollie): I absolutely loved this place. I went here for the first time for a double date a few days ago. I got a large soft serve, i was not expecting the large to be that big. It was twice the size of the cup. Also the little benches behind the banana boat were a nice touch so you can sit outside and enjoy the scenery as well as your greatly portioned ice cream. My cousin likes to say that you get a lot of bang for your buck, which i would have to agree.

Nariah Williams: TERRIBLE. my entire party had bad food. no seasoning, chicken and pasta was very bland. NO FLAVOR. waiter was very unorganized and plain rude. took 30 minutes to get our bill when this is supposed to be a fine establishment. some bills were messed up and forgotten. my friend even got sick from eating the chicken alfredo. all i can say is never again will they have my business. the appetizing bread isn’t even good, it has so flavor as everything else. no to mention they want you to pay high prices for low quality, bland, dry food. 0/5 DO NOT RECCOMEND!
Katrina Price: I have never done this before but this was just unacceptable. When I first arrived, I realized the menus were not in English. That was fine but they didn’t have any alternative menu options. Using Google translation other guest and I tried to look it up ourselves, we didn’t get very far. The waitress was kind enough to explain a little. When it was time to give our orders we were told they were out of most items, that was upsetting but I still gave it a chance. The food came out at odd gaps of time and had zero flavor. I became sick and unable to consume it. When it came time for the check my meal was $28… I had water. I expressed that I was willing to pay but the food made my stomach upset and that has never happened before. I was told there was nothing they could do (she had an attitude). The bill took 20 minutes and I was able to get it reduced. In all I won’t be going back, slick comments were made and the prices don’t reflect the quality.
Alyvia Bombe: It was terrible. I don’t think I have ever written a review in my life because I have never felt the need but our server was Rude from the beginning. When she brought out everyone’s bill she forgot mine and when I said something about it she had an attitude. But even if we had a different server wouldn’t have mattered because the food had zero flavor and they were out of a lot of food and almost all the desserts except cheesecake which wasn’t good ether :( really disappointed was super excited but am never going back.
Ross Burdette: Food was great. Enjoyed the bruschetta and Italian eggs benedict. The service is terribly slow, so only go if you have close to 2 hours to eat (reservation for 12 and didn't leave until close to 2). There were only a few other tables seated at the time, as well.

Joel Arnold: Since this place opened in 2020, they've shown some real improvement and have become a great spot downtown. Service can still be a bit slow, but they do a great brunch and are one of the only places downtown that has brunch every single Saturday and Sunday. Devan Miller: Steak and eggs was worth every dollar, perfectly seasoned and cooked exactly how I like it on the first try. Breakfast potatoes were perfectly golden and crunchy. I’ll be bringing my wife back for a dinner date sometime soon. It looked like they had a good wine selection as well. Staff was super helpful and friendly as well.

Perfectly portioned and great fresh fruit that was perfectly ripe on the side… there is no Eggs Benedict in Flint, I’m glad I found this place to satisfy my cravings!
