Dr. Saha believed my father and order a colonoscopy anyway, my father had a 3 inch blockage that was cancerous. Dr. Saha performed his surgery and my father returned to being a firefighter 1 year after his surgery. I will be forever grateful for Dr. Saha!

Doctor Saha said “I have been helping you mom for 2 months and so have her friends, you were not around.” Which I took as “we have been helping where have you been?” I stated “ it is her choice for me not to be involved, not mine, she pushed me away”. Why did he have to bring this up? I already feel bad that I can’t help because I am being pushed away.

Leigh Balius: Dr. Saha did my surgery in 2002 to remove stage 2b cancer (breast). He listened to and addressed all of my concerns. He had to remove a larger area than originally intended - my fault for putting the surgery off due to life issues/moving, etc. He also respected my wishes to only remove my sentinel nodes - I was too young at the time to have to deal with lymphodema issues later.Dr. Saha combined traditional surgery and medicine and also worked with me holistically/naturapathically. I only had a 30% chance of beating a very aggressive form of cancer. I did all the traditional stuff - chemo, radiation, more chemo, biotherapy (herceptin), and improved my lifestyle/eating habits. I am still here 15 years later.I never hesitate to recommend him to anyone who has been diagnosed with cancer. He is the best in his field, hands down.

My wife was diagnosed with breast cancer and Dr. Mikhail was very good at explaining her options, along with having a very caring demeanor. You can tell by speaking with him that he is very caring and a really great person. My wife is on the path to recovery thanks to him. You'll be fine trusting your life to him, as he'll give you the care you need and the compassion you deserve.Oh, and the review with a negative about waiting.... I'm not sure what happened that day, but we've been to his office several times and did not experience anything remotely like that. A short wait, yeah, as he is very attentive to each patient, but a wait that was very tolerable. Also, never saw anyone else waiting like that. The staff? They are all very personable and very nice. I do feel for the reviewer and his wife for sure, but I would not think that their experience is typical at all for Dr. Mikhail.If you need a top notch oncologist, Dr. Mikhail would be a great choice. We'll be indebted to him forever because of his excellent care and really being a great person.

Amanda Holbrook: I went to Dr Mikhail as a 33 year old breast cancer patient, scared out of my mind. He was so kind and reassuring. His staff was amazing. For such a traumatizing experience they made it as comfortable as they possibly could.

Shannon Brown: My mom went to this office for a consultation for breast cancer surgery. We had a 10 am appt time, and arrived at 9:50 am. We filled out the paper work, and were shown to an exam room. Where we waited for TWO hours!!!!!! We asked three different times why she was not being seen and were told oh, he is very through with his patients, especially the cancer patients. I said that's appreciated but we also have a cancer patient that you have made wait in a paper gown with her breasts hanging out. As it got closer to 12, they asked if we would like to reschedule! God forbid they miss their lunch! We even had a lady come in after we had been waiting more than an hour get seen before us! And when asked about that they said her appt was at 945!!!!! She got there at 1130 and still got seen before us! Horrible horrible patient care! The nurse even dissed another drs office saying oh you must have wanted to die if you went to see her! Horrible! Do not go to this Dr! It doesn't give me an option of no stars but that is what they deserve!

Todd B: Sandra, we've been here for two years now.Since the take over by McLaren Hospital, this has been the worst experience ever.They can't schedule appointments correctly for starters. We get text messages about upcoming appointments and reply to them, and they don't work when canceling upcoming appointments.Appointments just drop off after scheduled for some unknown reasons.Same day, doctors' appointments we can not get treatment the same day as the doctors appointments must come back for a second visit.Chemotherapy patients aren't feeling up to coming out in public twice in one week. Before it was done on the same visit. Only until McLaren took over made it a two visit practice. All for greed, two office visits, means more revenue to pay top executives salaries.This is a huge inconvenience for the patient and the caretakers.Unfortunately, McLaren has lost my confidence in care giving at this facility.

If you need a prescription filled don’t call them. The right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing.Can’t even pay my bill in office have to get billed. If your looking for patient care I suggest a different outfit. McLaren is to big to care about patients only the bottom line.

mary cooper: I traveled from Texas to receive my cancer care at Karmano's. The entire staff is fantastic. They make you feel uplifted everytime you walk in. They are there for every individual. You cN definately tell that they genuinely care about every patient getting the best care possible.

Kennedy Sparr: I only gave one star because zero wasn’t an option. When it has come to my dads treatment, this company has done nothing but drop the ball consistently. My dad has a very aggressive cancer in which he should have started treatment 2 weeks ago, but Karmanos has still not received the “approval” from the insurance but still has not kept trying. I’m reaching out here so other families don’t have to experience what we are experiencing. And in hopes Karmanos will put it together and get the approval. This heartbreak has been enough with finding out my dads cancer has gotten worse, but him sitting here unable to get treatment is even harder on our family and him.

ashlind may: Walked into the cancer center by mistake because I was taking my boyfriend to the Emergency Room, he could hardly walk and was losing feeling in his feet and the front desk worker laughed out loud and told us we weren’t in the emergency room. Such nice people.. NOT. Going to Detroit next time. This place will be the death of people.

Kimie Potter: These oncologists don't care about their patients. Their "medicine" cost my husband his life. Never again will I ever deal with a doctor who cares more about money than their patients.
