Amy Yarmuth: I have mixed feelings about this store. They have cute clothes, but are usually quite overpriced. For example, I bought a pair of patterned shorts for my son (that he was gaga over), and paid $45 for them!! They were nothing fancy, just cotton, drawstring shorts with flamingos on them. I found similar shorts on Amazon for half of that price!! But their clearance section is pretty good, and if you pay attention to the "sales", the price is a little better.The location is good (in the mall), but they always have the temperature turnef up too high in the store. At times, it's like shopping in a sauna! And be aware, they also have the music turned up louder than most stores too. The staff are usually young, college-aged people. And it's "hit and miss" how helpful they'll be to you. Overall, it's worth checking out. But start in the clearance area in the back first.😉

Richard C: Yeah I was in Burlington coat factory walking around looking at everything because I like to take my time and look at things before I purchase them I'm a white male who has a lot of tattoos and the cops were called on me saying I'm a shoplifter a known shoplifter and I haven't even lived in Michigan but a couple months and have been in their store one other time and spent $180 on clothes and jackets so if I was you I wouldn't go to Burlington coat factory on Miller road if you have tattoos or if you take too long to look at stuff because they will call the cops on you

Sarah Carr: They have a really nice selection of shoes at this store. I recently went here shopping for boots and found more than I expected. I ended up with a pair of boots and two pair of shoes at checkout and I spent probably less than I would for one pair at some other stores. My favorite thing to shop for here though is the bath/body products and the accessories. They have some really high end beauty products flor way cheap! Shampoos, serums, lotions, bubble baths, and soaps. You name it! They also have some cool things in the accessory aisles. Just unique looking clutch purses, jewelry, stockings, and hair pretties. The candles are where it’s at though. They have candles here that are top notch, normally expensive, and sold in high end stores. That’s because they last the longest, they are made with all natural ingredients, they smell the best, and now they are only available at Burlington Coat Factory and sold there for nearly nothing. It’s so worth it! See you over there!

Last time I checked you have to honor the listed price. The manger caused a scene in the store yelling. We called corporate and they did in fact say that she had to honor that price. He filled a complaint on her. Terrible customer service.
