Marc Dearing: This place is 1st class! All of the equipment is super clean, and the rooms are well.All the bulbs have recently been changed, and there are no black rings on any bulbs that I have seen.The parking is challenging, but you really can't do anything about that. The experience inside makes up for it.The owner clearly knows how to run this place, and it shows ! Great job!

The young girl at the front desk, I believe her name was Tori, was so helpful with signing me up, recommending different lotions (I always buy the singles because I don’t tan often) and in general just very kind. XRainZXX: This new zoom tan has completely ruined Tropi Tan all together. All the changes are horrible changes. Not to mention, the last time I went to this one, I stood there for 23 mins waiting to get checked in all because the girl working was too busy enjoying a conversation with a customer who had already tanned. They didn't even acknowledge me at all. I recorded 15 mins of this as well and plan to send to corporate. This new way of doing things will absolutely be the down fall of this once great tanning salon. Been a customer for over 15 years but now I'll be taking my business elsewhere!
Chrysa Curran-Cronley: Always polite and seem to always have what I want to do, available. I especially like the employee named Lyndee Mcelek, she knows I work late and even if I come in to tan at 5 minutes to closing time, she lets me tan., I've not been able to do that at the other tan salons. I went up to court street on september 14th to cancel my membership because I can not tan at court street often enough to be worth it. At this time I was told Bristol rd would be opened the following monday so I said forget it and let the payment go through. I go to tan ON MY LUNCH today and get there and guess what? STILL CLOSED. Called court street and was offered nothing but to freeze the month I have already paid for. Sad thing is I need to tan here this month to get my moneys worth and cancel next month ai guess.Service:Tanning

My finger would not scan and this girl was so rude like it was my fault. I walked out to my car as my daughter was signing in to grab my ID. After tanning my daughter made a comment on how rude she was to her. There was literally no one else there that day and I see why now. I will drive out of my way before going there again. So I waited and then the receptionist said that Briana cancelled my appointment because she texted me last night to confirm my appointment. I have no text or missed calls from her. However I did receive a call 2 days ago for an appointment confirmation call and I thought that was all I needed to do.Very unprofessional. This would of been my first visit. Why would you cancel a person’s appointment due to you not being able to reach them to confirm anyways? If it’s a requirement then I can understand. She was very friendly.2.Facial was good, but she was very hurried, and I had to rush to get dressed to get to the next station. She complained about clients talking during their facial. She complained about schedulers adding on clients in between scheduled clients. Sorry NOT Good.3.Pedicure was fabulous. Very thorough and friendly.4.Did not have a manicure because Nail person was allergic to Acrylic. She tried to find someone else, but everyone was booked till next week.) :Left with a feeling rushed and not the best experience. Sorry, I will forfeit the $30 balance on my gift card.I sincerely hope the owner reads this review!

And blames it on you! Aside from that, this girl makes well over $100 an hour rushing thur your service, leaving splotchy color application or none at all.Multiple lines of demarcation in color then when you show her, she blames saying its "bc you missed an apt for color" *Will not offer to make it right! Just put your next appointment out far enough for another highlight/lowlight. I thought she might offer to use some color-Correcting and fix. NOTWanted it atleast fixed the next time, or the next time or the next time. Never happened.Also, over-processing at hairline, bad breakage i showed her and will not admit her fault. After multiple issues, out of my frustration.... I went to 2 different master level color and hair extension specialist in two different high end salon locations and they confirmed this and then some.Here i am bc i dont want anyone else 2be taken advantage of after over $3000 I spent in a very short period of time. I understand having extensions, hightlight n low lights are not cheap services, and i do not mind paying , WHEN ITS RIGHT but when I learned how others do it see their results.and charges for it, this needed to be said.
jenny pomeroy: First time experience, so I was not sure what I was walking into. I scheduled it online; The relaxation message with sarab ( I think because my schedule got changed. ) that was great. Would definitely go back for that.I got a mini pedi with jessica that was kinda awkward. She said the spray she used was to speed up the drying process but they were painted thick so she got the dryer and had to put another coat because it smudged when she tested it. We dried them a few times and she sprayed them with the fast drying stuff but they did not turn out good. So I won’t be getting my nails done again. :( then I got my hair cut with Rikelle and that was a good experience. Thanks

Julia VanWagoner: New to the area and tried this salon out based on good reviews. Steer clear from this salon, specifically Lauren, if you want a good experience. She teased my hair with every foil of my balayage (I’ve gotten a balayage many times at other salons and have NEVER had this done before), I even stated to her that I was worried about brushing out my hair after she was done teasing my entire head. It was incredibly painful, I was in tears while she ripped through my hair without any detangler or conditioner, and she told me I just had a “sensitive scalp”. Then she stated I didn’t book a hair cut (just a color), when I talked to the receptionist when I got there and she said I booked a cut and color. Lauren asked if she could trim my ends, I said yes because I thought I signed up for a hair cut, and she left it all a single length (except for pieces that were chopped unevenly). She asked at the end what she could touch up on my hair, I said it looked terrible because my hair is thick and can’t just be cut all the same length. She told me her recommendation was for me to go to any generic hair salon and have them cut my hair because she didn’t have time, she stated I didn’t sign up for a hair cut. Also, she left my hair not styled, just a frizzy, giant blow dried mess. I never write reviews, but I would never recommend this salon, and I will never ever return there. You know it’s bad when she asks to take a before picture of my hair and then never takes an after picture.

Heaven Lee: Y'all, RUN, don't walk, to see Kassie Palmer and get your nails done by her! Seriously, there's nothing you can't throw at this girl. Shes incredibly talented and can literally design ANYTHING. She has such a fine eye for detail and it's incredible how much she can fit on such a small canvas!I personally work in construction/landscaping and I go 3 weeks between appointments and have NEVER experienced lifting or any major breaks with her work. She is so thorough with her prep work that it really builds such a strong, indestructible nail. I've been to other nail techs and no others can compare to Kassies quality. And her products are top quality, professional grade. Jay Steele: Don’t come here. If you want to only tan a few weeks prior to vacation they require you to sign a contract. You can go and cancel it but the hassle of signing up and remembering to cancel just not worth it. Avoid at all possible.

Heather Machemer: Glass cut leg on the tanning bed TWICE after not being fixed after first complaint. I contacted customer service which took a week to respond and they will not give management phone numbers. They offer no names or numbers with only email interactions that do not get answered. This will be escalated to legal action. Do not go to this tanning salon.

I added onto my massage to be over the $85 but that didn't work as it was for 1 item over $85. These are useless as I don't want to nor can afford to spend that much to get $25 off. My kids' plan to help me get a massage didn't help.
Mary Kinney: First deep tissue massage at this business and it was wonderful. Faith was my therapist and she was friendly and warm while giving a perfect massage based on my intake information. My husband's therapist was very good also and he loved the work he got. The environment was warm and relaxing and all the staff were wonderful. Excited to return for future pampering sessions.
