Tiffany Salem: Updating my rating because my initial issue was finally addressed and the charges from a maintenance invoice full of lies (from the drain company) were removed. I truly appreciate that this dispute was resolved, but since it took 2 months for a supervisor to call me back, I can't give 5 stars. We love this house though, it's our second year here (first year dealing with Gebrael rather than the owner) and we will continue to enjoy living our lives in this home 🙂

Robyn Gallardo: Update: the apartment rented to me looked nothing like the pictures posted. It had not been painted, a million old patched nail holes, painted over dents in the walls, moldy falling off tub caulking, no window coverings in the bedroom all of which were repaired and painted by me with zero reimbursement. Shingles flying off with every storm, siding falling off or gaping spaces exposing styrofoam panels for insulation. A basement that floods with every rain so the place smells of mold and mildew constantly. Because of the condition of the ceilings those weren't painted by me. 4+ yrs later and they're keeping every dime of my deposit even though they haven't put a dime into it's appearance in years. Now he's relisted it for higher rent, taking advantage of my repairs. Oh and it is true that they take application fees for apartments ALREADY submitted for because they did it to me! Showed me the apartment, submitted my application & fees.., I call back "sorry that apartments been rented"! 201 E Maple St Holly, don't rent it if you're allergic to mold. SLUMLORDS!!!!!!These people are the worst. The only time you EVER get a call back, an email answered or repairs done is to threaten to withhold rent! Although my lease doesn't stipulate I am responsible for lawn care an snow removal, APPARENTLY I AM WITH NO SECURE STORAGE AREA FOR EQUIPMENT!! Will never rent from these people again.

jessica Babcock: My experience with them was not all the great me and my husband put in applications I feel all they want is the application money because they say someone was approved but they are still showing and taking peoples application money I told them more then once if my application have been approved I have the money to move in now but nothing you would think if it's been sitting empty for 7 months they would want someone in it ASAP

Keep getting the same run around as everyone else. Either they're still processing over 2 weeks later , or they dont even reach back to you. From what I'm seeing it's all just a scummy application scam, dont waste your money.

Alison Drumm: I lived in the Corunna road apartment # 4 for 1 year. In that year I dealt with raccoons living in the walls, among other things. When I first moved in there was a trap on the roof which had never been set or baited the entire time that I lived there. It was used as more of a display than to actually trap anything. My first complaint about the raccoons I was told that there had been an exterminator that did nothing and they had fired that exterminator and were looking for someone new. Later when I complained about the raccoons again I was told that the exterminator had gotten mad at ipm and took back their trap. Before the exterminator "took back their trap" I was told that they had been out to the apartment and did not see any signs of raccoons. I told the maintenance person I had been communicating with, Sunny, that I had videos and I could prove that there had been raccoons in the building. That is when I was told the exterminator took back their trap. After this my dad put out a trap and caught a raccoon within a few days.Clearly innovative property management doesn't care about their tenants or their property investment. They never put any real effort into solving this issue that I was told they've had for 2 years now. Although the location was nice I'm glad I was able to get out when I did.

Jason Allen: At first everything was good. Then when I told them I was moving out because I bought a house mark said “why didn’t they call me I would have told them you couldn’t afford it”. After 8 year of living there the carpet seams started to separate and they never replaced it. They charged me for all kinds of stuff during their final walk through that was already missing or damaged that they already knew about and was supposed to fix but never did.

Submitted an application two weeks ago and she had told me that she’s printed my app and sent it to someone twice they do no answer the phone I have to call at least 4 times a day before I can get ahold of anyone. ***** update***** So this company took my money did not do a background check didn’t have any copies of anything I sent over but told me I was declined! The clerk couldn’t find any paper work and she couldn’t answer any questions I asked. I didn’t get any email notification that a background check was being performed (like all other companies and also stated in docusign) after I paid that was the only confirmation or email I got after that I received nothing

I rent an apartment but still have to pay to get my grass cut and snow removed.I believe bugs are eating the wood floor in the living room. I told that if pest control was to come out. I would have to pay for the services and if I didn't pay and let the bugs eat the floor they would come out and fix the floor. So you will fix a floor that terminates are eating so they can eat it again? Don't make no sense.My refridgetor is leaking and making a funny noise. "We don't replace appliances" WHAT DO YOU DO?! NOTHING! They make sure rent is paid on time.If I was you I would move anywhere else.. maybe hell. That's probably better.

D.: NEVER RENT FROM HERE unless you want an eviction on your record and rude customer service. They seek everyday to find a reason for eviction. Cant even have home privacy without them coming in and invading your privacy atleast twice a week

It’s absolutely a joke trying to get someone to come out to fix anything and when they do it is done poorly or not at all. All they care about is making sure they get rent payments on time but refuse to help the renters. This is a company that is all about money that does not care about the well-being or the health of the renters that they have in their homes. I would never recommend this company to a stranger let alone a friend or family. I would say it’s equivalent to working with a slum lord but the sad part is it’s a whole company.
