He can’t refund the membership payment that happened before I canceled a membership.But my membership was included a session and I showed up for my appointment but his massage therapist was not.He doesn’t think he have to take any responsibility, he doesn’t care how far I have to drive.I canceled my membership and tried to get my last appointment with someone else because he scratching his body a whole session. It’s awful.

I was apprehensive about going due to my pain, afraid that it might make it worse. At that point I had tried everything else (rest, pain pills light, light stretching, heat/ice, chiropractic care), and I just needed something to work.I'm a little sore, but otherwise, the pain has gotten better! Then, to top it off, it was the worst massage I have ever had. I have had several professional massages and this was awful! He kept scratching his arms during my massage and not washing his hands, his cell phone went off and I think he responded to it. Never even massaged my neck or feet....just an overall horrible experience!

The one lady was upset that she had to slipt with the other girl. We have been regular customers there but now I won't go back. I have since found another place to give my business and money too. They don't try to shame you for more money. I would not recommend this place.

Caroleann Augsburger: Worst school ever had no issues taking 5000 bucks but your staff lacks Organization and teaching you anything, all this school dose is bank on massages you do for free and then don’t do their part to help you get your license after you graduate....and they don’t even teach you what needs to be learned all you do is massage for free so the school can bank...also Nicole is the worst Receptionist Some ppl haven’t even gotten their certificate after graduation and passing the course, also The owner of the school is never there and she doesn’t help with anything or answer emails as well.... halfway through my program that I finished and graduated from the assistant teacher was always full of drama and never came to work....our classmates went without education because her lack of organization on their part they are all for taking money but not for teaching and doing the paperwork part that the school has to do not us.... tons of people in my class they have graduated are still waiting on the calls paperwork skills from Nicole we graduated in January 2019 it is now almost April 2019 my opinion don’t go here the only one that is worth anything is Christina the teacher she should own the place and fire everyone else that works there. Nothing but a HUGE JOKE!UPDATE ON POST THIS SCHOOL HAS YET TO SEND OVER MY SCHOOL RECORDS SO THAT STOPS THE STATE FROM GIVING ME MY LICENSE FROM THE STATE EVEN THO ME AND OTHERS HAVE PASSED STATE EXAM..... IM SUING FOR LOSS WAGES.Again no one dose their job up there and owner has a new thing coming.

It is definitely a quality education the students are receiving and I know because I've paid quadruple the amount at spas for massages that weren't nearly as enjoyable. I have told every pregnant person I know who about it and even people who aren't. It's just great to have an affordable option for massage during pregnancy. They helped me feel so much better when I was have a lot of aches and pains from growing so fast. I had Kate most of the times I went and she was extremely professional, conscious of my needs/wants and great at asking when I needed more or less as well as knowing what to do for specific issues I had during pregnancy.Side note: Nicole Wisda who works there is the biggest sweetheart I have ever met and I absolutely love her! I first talked to her before going in and she worked with me on multiple occasions for not only rescheduling but last minute appointments too when I was just miserable and needed to be massaged. She always acted kindly and professionally and I think she needs a giant raise and a room named after her! She even bought my baby a gift when I was still pregnant, before I ever even met her in person. She really goes above and beyond and even though she never massaged me, she was the reason I kept returning.Also, tip your massage therapist students! Just because they're students doesn't matter. They pay to go there and have to attend like a full time job so if they do good work, you should reward them! If you can't afford it, at least let them know how great they were. Build them up!

We are new to this area so are starting from scratch on best places to go for things like this. Well we were extremely disappointed. My wife said a few times hers was going in the right direction only to be let down. She also complained about her lady leaving the room several times and it being cold in the room. I also was in a cold room. Not only were the rooms cold, when the ladies went to wipe us down afterwards the wash cloths were lukewarm quickly turning cold. My lady did not show any signs of having any training or knowledge on giving massages. 100% a waste of $160. And that is the last thing I'll add. Way over priced. Oh, and no 'couple' massage since you will not be in the same room and no music.

They are wonderful people and they give excellent massages. Their facility is immaculate and makes you feel at ease as soon as you walk through the door. Treat yourself! You deserve it.

Edie Beal: I tried this place last month with the massage therapist Jamie. He was great! I loved the massage he gave! My package came with an add-on and he suggested the back scrub which felt amazing!!!I went yesterday and had Letha, she was great too! She listened to what type of massage I liked and asked during the session if the pressure was good. Again, my package came with an add-on and she recommended doing the foot scrub as a different option, which I really enjoyed as well!I only picked a different therapist because I wanted to try all three of them at this location, so hoping to try the last one next next month.My thought is I will probably end up rotating all three as massage therapists do tend to offer different special techniques and types of massages...and so far I couldn't pick just one!!!
