Kristal Willis: Today was my 2nd time coming here and they definitely did not disappoint. They had 4 used tires that fit my vehicle, they put them aside until I got off work. They not only have the best customer service on the phone but they take care of business. I arrived there and they were full, a worker still came up and greeted me right away. I waited maybe 2 minutes and pulled in to get my car worked on. They greeted me again right away and I was in and out within 30 minutes! Definitely top notch all around! Highly recommend. Rell Rell's Journey: WORST PLACE TO EVER GET A TIRE. THEY LIE. THEY MAKE YOU WAIT HOURS. My tire went flat on Dort and Brandon’s was the closest place I could drive to without messing up my rim. I waited for two hours to get my tire put on. The guy who took my tire off was on his cell phone the entire time which is why he unnoticeably didn’t put my lug nuts on tight enough. I drove down Dort going 30 miles per hour to make sure it wouldn’t happen again and as soon as I pulled on my street that same tire went flat again. My brother took my tire off and said the lug nuts where very loose that he barely needed a 4way. Brandon’s tried to make it seem like it was my fault that my tire went flat. I told them to give me another tire or give my money back. My brother was up there for hours waiting for them to find me “another” tire (which was probably the same tire that they patched up). Let’s just say that tire became flat as soon as my brother put it on my car. They will also lie to you and say they don’t have your tire “used” and that you will have to buy the tire new. Take a man with you because they will try to play you if your a woman. 0 out of 10 will not recommend.

Samuel Ball: I have a 21 yr.old car with 15 inch tires on it and they’re hard to find good used, so when my front tires were going bad, I was calling every used tire place in Flint with no luck,I was driving down Dort hwy and it went flat,no jack, no spare, no choice but drive home slowly and then I seen the tire place and I pulled up and asked if they had any 15’s and the young man said no, but the owner came out and said they did have just 1 and they only charged me $40. For everything. A week later he called and said he found another one,i needed for the other side he saved it for me for a week and when I got there he had a great matching set $40.each with all labor included and he credited me for the first tire! I have never had a business owner show me such genuine concern, for my safety and going out of his way to make it affordable. I wish I would have noticed the sign First Class Tire. I don’t live far away, but I didn’t notice it. I thank God for this place! And for the owner and his guys are so nice and polite, as well as Honest.

Imrul Kayes Shuvo: It’s the same me who gave a 5 star at Monro, Clarion, Pennsylvania when I had a flat tire to service there. Today, I went here to change a wheel stud and bolt because one of the wheel stud got broken. They told me that they were bringing it from AutoZone and it would cost around $430 total. I denied to service because I’ve checked that the part is only 5 bucks at AutoZone. They then denied to let me drive and told me that there were safety hazards and that’s beyond their policy. I denied to pay the huge amount and stuck there. They then told me that they would give me some discounts and it would be $360! I didn’t wanna repair and wanted to leave with my car. They then told they already took off the tire which they couldn’t put back to my car and let me drive with three studs for the safety reasons. They then made the total $256 and I told them to fix it because they denied to put the tire on. On the bill, I see that the parts are only 6 dollars and the rest they charged me for the labor cost!!! This is how this store is doing their business! I had good experience with Monro in other places but this place made me totally disappointed. Never gonna go there again.

Jerilynn Peet: Counter clerk was not knowledgeable about make and model of car right in front of them, it took two people to find the drain plug for my car. And to top it all off, tired were overtorqued when put on and tightened down in the incorrect pattern. Will not be taking my vehicle here again. Cheaper and easier to do the work at home.

MelPet: This place was amazing. I’m going back tomorrow to get the rest of my breaks done. But the manager was so kind and knew I was in a tight spot and helped me out knowing I had to have a reliable car for my daughter as we’re in Ann Arbor almost weekly with appointments for her. He was wonderful and helpful and did his best to help come up with a plan. I will be getting all future services done here. Highly recommend.

Mandi spence: Was driving down dort hwy and hit a bump snapped a upper dalljoint so my husband walked over to there shop they got us right in had our son with us they got it in got the part and got it done very friendly straight up about everything would recommend them highly very fair price 200$ with part while a.b.c automotive tried telling my husband 300$ without the part....like I said highly recommend

All of the staff members are very friendly and explain what they're doing and what the problem is with your tires or rims/tire sensors. Also, you can buy brand new rims and tires there along with getting shocks, struts and alignments as well. One of the workers even fixed the groundwires on my amp for my subs. C L: If you need a place to take your car for repairs with honest genuine kind people of integrity who won't price gouge you or rip you off and have timely service this is the place to go! From the outside it doesn't look like much but I had to take m car in to be repaired yesterday and Tyler and the rest of the gang took care of us. I have a medically complex child and I didn't have a way to just drop my car off and so we had to stay there for a while. They made sure to put us back in the office area so my daughter could be away from the noise. They caught a problem on my car that literally in just matter of time could have caused me to crash my car and to risk mine and my child's life.Today my car is fixed and safe to drive my child. You know that feeling when you have a good mechanic well I have found my mechanic! We will go there for all of our repairs!!I cannot speak highly enough of this company and it's staff!!Thank you for doing such a great job making sure I had a safe vehicle to drive my daughter in!!

Rasaan Thornton: Scammers, sold me a tire on 5/5 tire wouldnt hold are after one daywent back on 5/12 during hours and nobody was there. Returned today and was told i had a nail in tire that they didnt show me or give me the option to plug or not and just charged me for plugging. They Dont care about customer service. Tires aren't quality. Save yourself some cash and get better service going to Budget New and Used tires on Corunna Rd

Kelly Norris: Had my tire replaced here. Also mention to that I was on my way up North for a two and a half hour drive and I needed to make sure my tires were safe. Jr or Junior or whoever they call him put a tire on for me and I wasn't 40 miles down the road and was stranded on the highway because the tire they put on my car went flat. Yes there is a 30-day guarantee but I was stuck on the side of the road in 90° weather with my dog and then when we did get a spare they put the lug nuts on crooked or something and we couldn't even get them off to change the tire so I had to leave my car stranded on the side of the road I would never take my car back to these people. Except to get a refund.

Jon T: Made an appointment 2 days in advance. Evening before said appointment I get a call saying they don't have them and can't meet the appointment time. What's the point of having a reservation. $940 sale lost.
Administrator Admin: i am starting to feel like this business is shady. I was overcharged for a tire and at this point I can almost guarantee is was on purpose.I run a property management company and am literally working 24/7. I had to miss 2 scheduled appointments because of work, which I understand can be frustrating for all parties involved. However, during the time that I wasn't able to get in during normal business hours, they shut down the free air machine that I was able to use at night to keep my air pumped up until I could get the service. At first, they just put a sign over it. But when they noticed that I was still using it, they double taped it and shut it down. I really wanted to say the timing of it all was just ironic.. until I got my tire fixed and the air machine magically started working again. I will not be going back to this Belle Tire any longer.
No Name: Was very impressed with everything. Came in for two flats on my work vehicle. they saw i had some other issues and were able to fix me up to get back on the road and set up an appointment down the road to fix my other issues. Kept me working with very minimal downtime at my job. Work was done fast and everyone was very friendly. Will come back for sure!!

We arrived at 1:15 and have been waiting for 2 bolts to be installed on a tire rod and waiting for an alignment.Which now our promise time has been bumped to 2:10 pm and its 2:30.Once again let's try to take advantage of women. I'll never refer this place to anyone.Get your stuff together Belle TireI don't even want to leave any star's. This last time I was here I waited over45 minutes to get my vehicle which was sitting outside the whole time.Let's see if they even take the vehicle for a test drive. This is unbelievable this place. Words can't express how much a dispointment this is. .It's been an hour since I was told it would take 20 minutes

Christa Conrad: We were travelling several hundred miles when our tire light came on, and we realized we had a bad leak. Even though they were really busy, they got us in quickly with 2 people ahead of us. Knowing the tires were new, they did repair as best they could (A piece of metal went into a bad area to repair) and they didn't try to sell us a tire. The store was neat and tidy, even in the bathroom. They offered us Keurig coffee or bottled water while we waited. I hope we don't need those services when we travel, but this was a great place if it had to happen. God bless all those guys!

It was easy to schedule a time when there would be enough staff onsite early in the day. When I came back, the tire was checked, the metal was removed, the tire was returned to good-as-new. Munro at Linden and Miller Rd. in Flint Township is the best business of its kind in the area!
Spammen Junc: I used to come here probably 15 years ago, and never had a problem.But, a note to people who read reviews to choose a place, as I do, the current crew doesn't work on the hybrid system, no matter which component. The guy tried telling me I *have* to take it to the dealer. I just moved back to the state, and have to find a new shop, but I've had hybrids for 18 years and in many places-- please know that you do *not* have to take your car to a dealership if they try telling you that. There are plenty of skilled mechanics at good shops who work on and know hybrids and hybrid systems. They just happen to not be one of them.
