Tonya G: Stay Away!!!! The worst customer service Ever!!!! The tall blonde young lady behind the counter was extremely rude !!!!! If you don’t like your job don’t work there Simple!!!!! She cuts you off in mid conversation, acts like it was an inconvenience because she had to get up to check in our equipment!!! Did I mention she rolled her eyes???? And when walking out behind her she let the door close on us just Rude!!! As long as you have her working there my family members and myself will go somewhere else!!!!!
JT Fike: Do not use this location charged me for gas that I did not owe. They made a paperwork error which read to return on 1/4 of tank. I returned it above it and they charged me since there was not more in it. Be careful while dealing with these people.
Alma Burwell: Needed a truck across a short time frame and these guys really impressed. Guy at front desk was friendly and accomodating! When I returned the vehicle the gentleman even came to the window to ask if I was returning, and did all the rest for me. Was very pleased with my service at this location, would use again!

Sonya Olsen: Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Nobody was there when I first went into the store. The tall large blonde girl at the desk was extremely rude after she decided to come out and greet me. Not friendly at all! GET ANOTHER JOB IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY !! NOT to mention they had me pick up a truck at another location first and when I got there, that truck was unavailable. I was inconvenienced all the way around and then they overcharged me mileage and gas! I’ve rented from uhaul many times.. DO NOT GO HERE. Try another location!You can see by the many bad reviews at this particular store.
aleysia charleston: Don’t rent from here. If you do take a picture of the whole vehicle including the gas and all. I am young and they ran my card for 62$ when they was supposed to run in for 34$ then they ran it for 41$ then 62$. They charged me for gas and miles I never used. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE UHAUL PLACE ON MILLER RD. THEY ARE SO SWEET & will work with you , help you out and is very honest.
Michey McGinnis: To start the truck we got had a spare tire on it and then they wouldn't let us rent a trailer and truck from the same location.Then on top of all that the persons name that was on the contract ended up in the hospital and went into a coma and I tried to communicate with them about it and they threatened to report the truck stolen.I tried to explain to them several times that I had to get power of attorney on the contract holder to be able to get the keys from her property at the hospital and they still proceeded to threaten to report the truck stolen.I would not recommend this location to anyone for anything. The Miller road location was more accomedating than the Dort Hwy location.I don't know what they got going on there but the ppl are rude and very elementary. When we arrived to get the truck and all the manager was outside getting high and smelled of alcohol.

Kaitlyn Howarth: This location helped us out after our reservation fell through at another location. They were able to get us a truck right away and the staff member working that day also helped us get reimbursed because of their guaranteed reservation policy.
Leighanna Powell: EXTREMELY rude customer service. Was spoken to like a piece of trash from the moment we got there. They refused to rent to us after I spoke up for myself in response to their rude customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!

Roger Hill: Horrible customer service. On a Sunday I called it to ask if it would be problematic if I came close to closing, they said as long as I make it before 5. When I pulled in at before 5 they ran to the door and locked it. Sad and disrespectful.

It’s too many rental truck places in this city to deal with subpar service because THE OWNER OF THE BUSINESS wants to finish his McDonald’s in peace at the front counter.
Samantha Cardenas: Made a share 24/7 reservation, arrived 17 minutes late (figured I was ok since I wasn’t actually going into the office). I was never informed that they automatically cancel if you are 15 minutes late (maybe it’s in the fine print). Struggled with the app for a few minutes before I saw someone outside. Ended up being the owner. Asked for help. He looked up our information and he told me I was supposed to be there 15 minutes early. I told him I had an email that said different. He argued with me that I did not have a 24/7 reservation, ignoring me when I said I had proof in my email. His associate tried to say that I was an hour late. Yelled at me that there was nothing he could do.

NEVERMIND..... lots of other Uhaus out there. Apparently they just don't care... this might be a good indication of the care and condition of one of their trailers as well.
Janice Jones: I have rented from Uhaul in various parts of the country and always has a positive experience, until I rented a trailer from this location. No one told me this location does not rent trailers to transport your vehicle. Although I specifically told the online representative that I needed to transport my vehicle to Ann Arbor. They charged me $57 dollars and I didn't even use the trailer. I spoke to the manager and was promised a refund, but never received any money or phone call explaining why they decided not to return my money.

Marcus: Unfortunately I have encountered a lot of bad experiences with U-Haul, but this is the first time I have left a review. As after the first or two bad experience I should have not gave them a opportunity for a third. As each U-Haul location owned by different people as it operates as a franchise. I would just advise every customer to verify their receipt as if you use a card like most people do in the beginning when getting the truck and U-Haul places a hold on the card until you bring it back, but if you bring it back late and elect to pay cash for the remaining balance make sure that your receipt says you paid cash as if not you will be Robbed as they will still charge your card and it gives the employees w opportunity to pocket your cash and you will not have a fighting chance and be made to feel like you are scamming. I assume that why they charge less than the competition as either the company or employees/owners make it up on the back end.
jeremy blake: Don't waste your time. They are cheaper because they suck and will let you place a pickup order and not even have the truck you reserved. And than ask you to go out of your way and pick it up... Good luck!

Saved us money by changing our drop off location to the same store. Great experience. Perfect for local moves. Better customer service than the customer service phone-line for corporate.

Michael Simonetti: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, paid for my hitch June 24 with installation date of July 7...no call to tell me they did not receive from FedEx, showed up to be told it hasn’t arrived, told me it was going to be overnighted, by Friday, still no hitch. I called the store, a person said he would find out, he texted me late that night that he has no idea when it will arrive. Leaving for vacation that night, so apparently they cancelled the order without notifying me. Had my money for a month, find another place to go!
Thomas Roach: Wanted me to pay $500 because someone I've never known or met rented a truck a year ago in another state. Guaranteed rental was not available. Charges "environmental fees" and "cost recovery fees" on top of online price quote.

Chloe Vickrey: Unreliable and a giant waste of time. I made a Uhaul reservation and paid for a truck a week in advance to make sure it was available for my moving day. The day before I was moving they called to tell me this location does not rent trucks? Yet they accepted my full payment when I reserved the truck online and it guaranteed availability. I had confirmation emails, texts and receipts and all they could offer me was a refund and $50 for my trouble which did not help the fact that it was too late to find a rental truck with another company. Will never use Uhaul again.
