Fortunes Fabrication: I have witnessed this company do a total backslide over the last couple of years. Mystery box orders, customer service down the drain and any savings vs competitors has been eaten up with whatever inflation/supply chain issues they may be experiencing.I've been with them for years and it takes a lot for me to sway my loyalty as a tradesman and business owner, but as of today I have given our business to another vendor. It's honestly just not worth the headache anymore.Completely unreliable.

Maybe if you'd stop calling them to whine about their lead times they'd have more time to ship your order. Use your heads.

Steve Burgess: My shop has been ordering from Lehigh for several years and I have never had a problem with shipping speed or order accuracy. However, This last batch was ordered over a week ago, and I called today to get a tracking number, and they informed me that it will not ship out until sometime next week. We found another vendor that will have our stuff here in 2 days, so I tried to call back and change the order and they never would answer the phone, or chat, or return emails.

Mark Firearms: The sanding belts work great with out breaking after 10 mintues like Harbor Freight belts do. I used them to finish the woodturning vase legs (see photos) and leaf. Will do business again.

Sean McDuffie: While others may have received good service, I did not. I placed an order in early October, then when the order was received in mid November, it was the wrong product. I made several calls to customer service to straighten out the problem, only to be told they would fix it. I was told they would send an RMA to return the wrong item received. Did not happen. Was told I would receive a call back on several attempts. This too did not happen. Short handed or not, this is terrible customer service. Your front line employees need to have better people skills with the customer.Sorry to say, they have my money, and I have the wrong product. Now I need to shop with a competitor to get the correct product.

Frank and Karen Cichocki: In the past, LVH has performed fantastically. This last order, however, was really disappointing. 1/2 the order did not ship for a long period. I ordered on June 10 and received the order for flap discs in October. I guess shortages are taking over the entire country, so it is what it is. The prices from LVH are great and normally, the shipping is spot-on.

Mannered4: 5 days ago I ordered some flap discs and my order is still "awaiting fulfillment." I understand that they won't have the logistics of a larger company but this is still pretty bad. I paid $7 for shipping and it said it would ship in 2-3 business days.

RALPH PERSON: We just canceled an order placed ten days ago...If you need products timely then I suggest finding another provider. I have read some of the reviews which are mixed but the ones that have complained about shipping I would agree with ...I was told it will take 3 days to process our refund...I will make sure to post another review of that process...It's a shame, I do not normally post bad reviews but in this case, I think it was warranted.....Customer service gave us the run around for days about our order being shipped...
