Desarae Sonke: So much fun ill do it again

Matt Reda: My daughter, niece, and nephew see the mud run as the "farewell to summer" event. They come out very dirty, but always have a good time. Addition if food trucks this year was a smart idea.

TreeRunner Grand Rapids Adventure Park: what do users think?
Kara Fankhauser: Visited on Weekend Wait time No wait Reservation recommended Yes Price for adult entry $31+More
Craig Stasio: We have been to TreeRunner GR several times and have always had a great time. Every year, there are upgrades to the park. This year we had especially great service beginning with great communication from the admins to great instruction from the staff.
Lisa Johnson: The staff were super nice, gave clear instructions and were helpful. There were enough options to do for the 3 hour time slot. Would definitely recommend.
Mallory Bonham: Lots of fun. Went with 7 yo and a 9 yo children and they had a good time as well. Plenty of different courses for big and small. If you're going in August like we did make sure to bring a water bottle! We definitely worked up a sweat.
Patrcia Clemons: It was fun
Andrea S: Super fun. Only criticism is the staff should be more attentive and enthusiastic and please weed!
Eric Graham: Not what we expected. We thought it was more of a zip-lining course, but it’s a ropes/ obstacle course with 4 (?) zip lines. What made it a 3 out of 5 was that both my fiancé and I thought the instructions were reviewed quickly. Also, they say to yell to staff for help, but I feel like there should be a little more staff to observe each section. From what we could see there was one to two staff in the middle platform. My shoulder strap came loose several times and wouldn’t stay tightened. Staff tightened it at the beginning after I put it on and I didn’t mess with it. During the first course, it was off my shoulder so another staff member adjusted it when I got done with the first course. Throughout the second course, I probably tightened it 2-3 more times.During the very last part, my zip-lining harness got turned around as I went down. We weren’t given instructions on how to zip line if you end up going backward or how to slow down. As a result, my body slammed into the pad on the tree full speed. We went home immediately after as I had a headache and neck ache.We did like that it challenged us and pushed us to new boundaries, but my fiancé and I both felt unsafe at times.
Alexander Fall: Spectacular! Went there for a date and had a blast. The staff was wonderful.
Jessie Schmidt: Lots of fun! Will be back!
Judith Abeli: It was a great experience. The staff was patient and helpful as I was trying to get my son and I geared up and was quick to respond with assistance when my son was "stuck" on the zipline. He had a blast and I got an unintentional workout. We are definitely returning at another time.
Cass Martin: Great way to enjoy nature and have fun!
Jenny Fitzpatrick: Really fun place to go for families and with friends. All levels of climbing available. Zip lines are fun! Only thing I’d change is that they start closing some courses an hour before close. Like double black diamonds, then a half hour before they close green and blue. So you spend the first 30 mins doing the training and then by the time we were ready to move on to the black and double black they had closed them. That was minor though and we had a blast.
Brooklyn Fowler: Such a fun place! They break everything down during the introduction/briefing. They have courses for all/most skill levels which was great. I particularly liked the big zip. I would recommend this place as long as you are not afraid of heights, as it is pretty high up.
Joshua Weld-Wallis: So fun! Organized, safe, and plenty of time to climb during the three hour session
Jaiden Henderson: Very affordable for a family outing. There's different courses based on age and eligibility but there all unique and fun. It does take a little while before you can get on the courses but that's because the staff wants to make it safe for everyone.
CelticMoon5: Half of it was just really fun and the other half was a solid workout. Between the different types of obstacles and multiple zip-lines it's a great place to check out and made for an unforgettable Bachelorette party!
Casey Gibson: Love this place! Not very packed, very fun park. Very organized and felt very safe. Had a great time with my daughter there!
Amanda Colegrove: My niece and I had a ton of fun. Staff were always helpful and kind.
Kevin Cole: I am a former GR resident and now live on the west coast. I twice visited this park last year with family, including my son, age 10 at the time, and my niece, age 4 at the time. Last year, after our second visit, I gave this business glowing reviews on FB and over the following weeks watched as several of my FB friends posted picture after picture of themselves and their kids being at the park. I regret doing that now because we went back again on 7/29 of this year....First, the minimum age has increased and my niece, now 5, was not permitted to climb. In my opinion this is a missed opportunity for this business to give young kids an opportunity to learn the sport of climbing. The area set up for young climbers last year was fantastic and now it appears to just sit…empty. Two, even though we were there two days last summer, the instructors made us go through the entire and somewhat non-efficient instructional walk-through. Nearly 15 wasted minutes.Three, my son was not permitted to climb the black diamond or double black diamond courses, even though he successfully navigated both coursed last year… as a ten-year-old. And now he’s a year older and a more experienced climber. Last year’s staff gave my son the green light to do the difficult courses after watching him climb around the other courses and evaluating his skills. This year we were told that he could take a quiz “about the park” at the completion of the climb, and that he could do the diamond courses "next time."In my opinion, this is an underhanded business practice designed to generate repeat business. In my opinion, this has nothing to do with capabilities of the individual and safety but rather everything to do with the bottom line of the business. Shame. The minute my son was told he couldn’t do the challenging course; the wind came out of his sails. The diamond courses were essentially the reason we returned to the park. Other, similar aged kids, with their “blue wristbands”, could do those courses, but not a kid visiting for his third time in two years. What does a quiz about the park have to do with climbing ability?Disappointing business. Very disappointing afternoon. We won’t return. Period.(P.S. Yes, I'm sure everything is on their website. The fact is they have changed their the way they do things and not for the better).
Tim Popma: Very fun and interesting concept. Will certainly be going back
Kim Emery: Loved the experience for my kids. Would highly recommend to wear longer shorts or pants as the harness does ride up your shorts. My kids wore garden gloves and had no sores on their hands. They want to go again. Employees on the course were very helpful. One suggestion would be to remind the patrons be respectful of others. If you are going to be slower to let someone who is faster go ahead of you, so that they don't have to wait for 20 minutes.

Boyne Country Sports: what do users think?
Melissa Powell: Our family loves Boyne Country Sports for all of our ski/snowboard needs. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We were especially impressed with the support we received from Austin and Peter when resolving a payment issue. Their assistance throughout the process exemplified great customer service that is second to none.
Kinga W: Great selection, little slower service with not that many customers. Each customer did require longer help time, so having 2 staff members in the store was just not enough.
Shaun Skibinski: Found biodegradable ski wax and a neat book, "The Man Behind the Maps: Legendary Ski Artist James Niehues." The lady working in the store was quite knowledgeable about skis, too!
Samantha Hope: Simeon and Austin are the absolute best. If you want people that want the best for their customers, are crazy knowledgeable and go the extra mile, then these are your people. We were blown away!
Chris Scholten: Stopped in to the Brenton village Boyne store for the 1st time to shop for a new pair of snowboard boots for my college aged son. I was absolutely blown by how helpful and knowledgeable Nate was. He really knew the product & inventory, and went above & beyond to get my son a good fit My son even remarked on the way out the door "that was the best customer service I've ever experienced".
CJ: Staff was friendly but beware of pricing. I brought in a pair of skis to have bindings mounted and they tried to charge me about $140. Thank God I offered to pay beforehand. I'll be finding another shop.
Bryan Stewart: Awesome store
Jake Brunette: Great customer service, very friendly, informative, and personable. They know there products!
Brad Gramlin: Great brands! Can’t wait to come back and get my winter ski gear next season.
Brian Davis: Came in looking for an odd length screw for binding straps... they did not have what I needed (neither did the other 10 shops I tried) but they looked around their supply for 15 minutes before eventually fabricating something else that could work. Stellar service. Thanks, dudes!!!
Karl Frederlksen: Great store and staff! They helped us find exactly what were looking for.
Katie Doyle: They carry infant Burton & Patagonia gear that’s seriously the cutest sh!t ever! 🧡
Jeremy Rogers: Very helpful and knowledgeable. When I was there it was very busy (start of the season) but Hunter was great and a big help! Thanks
R. B.: I brought two snowboards in for full tuneups for the first time. Never been before and was excited to check this place out! Great price for a full tune up and was told it would only take 5 days to get them back to me. After 9 days of waiting for a call from them, I called the store and asked if they were ready. They said they were and when I picked them up, there was a note on the boards saying they were done 5 days prior. Not sure why I never got a call saying they were done. It was very disappointing. I wish it was communicated when I dropped them off that they would not call when they are ready for pickup. Also when I picked them up, I spent at least 15 minutes wandering the store. It was very hard to be acknowledged by an employee. When I finally was, the guy was very nice and helped put my snowboards into the bags, which is the only good experience I had here. Overall a disappointing experience and will take my snowboards for a tuneup somewhere else in the future.
Travis Kempton: Busy or not busy it is very hard to get help. They should have someone checking people in, or any system at all.
Brenton Reichenbach: I called and asked about the burton boa snowboard boots and was told they only had 1 left in my size I said I was on my way from Kalamazoo and suggested to pay over the phone after looking everywhere I couldn't find them anywhere they seemed too busy to talk and asked for my last name stating that they'd pulled them off the shelf and would be waiting for me when I got there, however, needless to say when I showed up they told me because of the high demand they sold them just minutes prior to me being there! Really snotty staff and shady experience for me would not recommend to anyone!
Jerry Eastman: Wow what a cool store! Really needed this addition to grand rapids!
DR “Reavis Racing” Motorheadz: Went in for boots and was immediately helped! She fitted me quick and I was on my way! Thanks Boyne Country Sports!
Mark Farage: Aidan was great! He was very knowledgeable with getting my kids fitted with JHAF and was very speedy and respectful of our specific requests. Will defiantly be returning!!
Nancy Wanty: I walked in the store for the first time today to check it out , it wasn’t that busy , there were clerks chatting with each other, plenty of time to approach me, I was trying to find some ski socks in XL , a clerk saw me and not once did anyone ever asked me if I needed help, I wandered all around the store and not one clerk even said hello let alone can I help you! Earlier I had gone into Orvis where I was asked several times if I needed help and also was greeted when I entered. I ended up buying several things there and even got my gift wrapped! Customer service is huge, I will never shop Boyle Country again!
Dalton: The guys here are a big help when picking out a new board for the season. Just got a burton setup and they had it for me and out the door in no time🙌
