TreeRunner Grand Rapids Adventure Park: what do users think?
Kara Fankhauser: Visited on Weekend Wait time No wait Reservation recommended Yes Price for adult entry $31+More
Craig Stasio: We have been to TreeRunner GR several times and have always had a great time. Every year, there are upgrades to the park. This year we had especially great service beginning with great communication from the admins to great instruction from the staff.
Lisa Johnson: The staff were super nice, gave clear instructions and were helpful. There were enough options to do for the 3 hour time slot. Would definitely recommend.
Mallory Bonham: Lots of fun. Went with 7 yo and a 9 yo children and they had a good time as well. Plenty of different courses for big and small. If you're going in August like we did make sure to bring a water bottle! We definitely worked up a sweat.
Patrcia Clemons: It was fun
Andrea S: Super fun. Only criticism is the staff should be more attentive and enthusiastic and please weed!
Eric Graham: Not what we expected. We thought it was more of a zip-lining course, but it’s a ropes/ obstacle course with 4 (?) zip lines. What made it a 3 out of 5 was that both my fiancé and I thought the instructions were reviewed quickly. Also, they say to yell to staff for help, but I feel like there should be a little more staff to observe each section. From what we could see there was one to two staff in the middle platform. My shoulder strap came loose several times and wouldn’t stay tightened. Staff tightened it at the beginning after I put it on and I didn’t mess with it. During the first course, it was off my shoulder so another staff member adjusted it when I got done with the first course. Throughout the second course, I probably tightened it 2-3 more times.During the very last part, my zip-lining harness got turned around as I went down. We weren’t given instructions on how to zip line if you end up going backward or how to slow down. As a result, my body slammed into the pad on the tree full speed. We went home immediately after as I had a headache and neck ache.We did like that it challenged us and pushed us to new boundaries, but my fiancé and I both felt unsafe at times.
Alexander Fall: Spectacular! Went there for a date and had a blast. The staff was wonderful.
Jessie Schmidt: Lots of fun! Will be back!
Judith Abeli: It was a great experience. The staff was patient and helpful as I was trying to get my son and I geared up and was quick to respond with assistance when my son was "stuck" on the zipline. He had a blast and I got an unintentional workout. We are definitely returning at another time.
Cass Martin: Great way to enjoy nature and have fun!
Jenny Fitzpatrick: Really fun place to go for families and with friends. All levels of climbing available. Zip lines are fun! Only thing I’d change is that they start closing some courses an hour before close. Like double black diamonds, then a half hour before they close green and blue. So you spend the first 30 mins doing the training and then by the time we were ready to move on to the black and double black they had closed them. That was minor though and we had a blast.
Brooklyn Fowler: Such a fun place! They break everything down during the introduction/briefing. They have courses for all/most skill levels which was great. I particularly liked the big zip. I would recommend this place as long as you are not afraid of heights, as it is pretty high up.
Joshua Weld-Wallis: So fun! Organized, safe, and plenty of time to climb during the three hour session
Jaiden Henderson: Very affordable for a family outing. There's different courses based on age and eligibility but there all unique and fun. It does take a little while before you can get on the courses but that's because the staff wants to make it safe for everyone.
CelticMoon5: Half of it was just really fun and the other half was a solid workout. Between the different types of obstacles and multiple zip-lines it's a great place to check out and made for an unforgettable Bachelorette party!
Casey Gibson: Love this place! Not very packed, very fun park. Very organized and felt very safe. Had a great time with my daughter there!
Amanda Colegrove: My niece and I had a ton of fun. Staff were always helpful and kind.
Kevin Cole: I am a former GR resident and now live on the west coast. I twice visited this park last year with family, including my son, age 10 at the time, and my niece, age 4 at the time. Last year, after our second visit, I gave this business glowing reviews on FB and over the following weeks watched as several of my FB friends posted picture after picture of themselves and their kids being at the park. I regret doing that now because we went back again on 7/29 of this year....First, the minimum age has increased and my niece, now 5, was not permitted to climb. In my opinion this is a missed opportunity for this business to give young kids an opportunity to learn the sport of climbing. The area set up for young climbers last year was fantastic and now it appears to just sit…empty. Two, even though we were there two days last summer, the instructors made us go through the entire and somewhat non-efficient instructional walk-through. Nearly 15 wasted minutes.Three, my son was not permitted to climb the black diamond or double black diamond courses, even though he successfully navigated both coursed last year… as a ten-year-old. And now he’s a year older and a more experienced climber. Last year’s staff gave my son the green light to do the difficult courses after watching him climb around the other courses and evaluating his skills. This year we were told that he could take a quiz “about the park” at the completion of the climb, and that he could do the diamond courses "next time."In my opinion, this is an underhanded business practice designed to generate repeat business. In my opinion, this has nothing to do with capabilities of the individual and safety but rather everything to do with the bottom line of the business. Shame. The minute my son was told he couldn’t do the challenging course; the wind came out of his sails. The diamond courses were essentially the reason we returned to the park. Other, similar aged kids, with their “blue wristbands”, could do those courses, but not a kid visiting for his third time in two years. What does a quiz about the park have to do with climbing ability?Disappointing business. Very disappointing afternoon. We won’t return. Period.(P.S. Yes, I'm sure everything is on their website. The fact is they have changed their the way they do things and not for the better).
Tim Popma: Very fun and interesting concept. Will certainly be going back
Kim Emery: Loved the experience for my kids. Would highly recommend to wear longer shorts or pants as the harness does ride up your shorts. My kids wore garden gloves and had no sores on their hands. They want to go again. Employees on the course were very helpful. One suggestion would be to remind the patrons be respectful of others. If you are going to be slower to let someone who is faster go ahead of you, so that they don't have to wait for 20 minutes.

AJ'S family fun center: what do users think?
Thomas Kolenda: Tons of fun with my lil dudes 💪Visited on Weekend Wait time No wait Reservation recommended Not sure …More
Brian Hirt: As I went to enjoy some batting cage fun with my family, it was nothing but a busy mess. While yes, it was a nice day, two of the cages were closed, which only leaves four other cages to accommodate groups of people. Over 15+ people waiting for four cages.Definitely a less than pleasurable experience.
Andrew Ostema: Golf was fun. My go cart was running outta gas. They just said sorry.. only 1/4 skee ball machines work properlyVisited on Weekend Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No Price for adult entry $21–30 …More
Patrick Hoolehan: Good cheap fun.Visited on Weekend Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No Price for adult entry $6–10 …More
Betsy McKinney: Minigolf looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months
Brian Sayre: Beautiful park! Easy parking. Great staff. Something for everyone!!!!!
Mickey Larson: The new batting cages are awesome!Visited on Weekend …More
Theo Hubenet: Great place for kids! Fun for everyone! Arcade games, batting cages, go karts and much more.. great staff too, really nice and helpful🌞
crayziechick2: Brought the granddaughter for her birthday. Go karts are a blast. We didn't ride the bumper boats or putt putt golf as it was pretty chilly out plus it started to rain. So we just moved to inside and hit the arcade for awhile. She had a good time and that's what counts. Will go again when it's a little warmer than mid April lolVisited on Weekend Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No …More
Tommy Fraley: Great place for family fun. The miniature golf course was fun
Sofia Cervantes: Hubby plays softball so we go mostly for the practice range. The machines work well and if they do ever have issues the staff never hesitates to reimburse our coins so we can get the most of our visit. We did play on the go karts which was super fun and the lines move rather quickly when we went. They do offer an arcade inside and a very well equipped cafeteria!
Mary Miller: Today we went to AJ's. They had a special running. Although they did not expect the crowd they had and did not have enough people to cover it unfortunately, we still had an amazing time. The kids laughed and played and everybody fell asleep for a while after they got back home. I have three grandsons and that never happens . What a blast! Thank you AJ's.
Bryon Burnett: Great little place to have some fun in today's far too serious world
JOHN PHELPS: Son couldn't ride gocarts cause he didn't have a license! He is 16 yrs and special needs really put a hurt on his and my experience
Eddie Rodriguez: Good fun and fair price
Mike Thoughts: I have not been to AJ's Fun Park in years, I forgot how much fun it was. Excellent staff to say the least. Special thanks to the three young ladies braving the cold weather so that we could race the go carts. Abrianna, Jayden and Sophie were awesome handling the races. Thank you to all who took the extra time making sure our family had a good time. I would definitely recommend it.
Brody Moody: Awesome nicest staff I’ve ever had! Lots of fun and the gokarts putting and arcades are really fun
Abby Pleasant: My daughter and I come here once a month and have never had a bad time! The prices are great, staff is friendly and the food is amazing!
Emmet Hulford: I Tully love the place but this review is from a 9 year old so l don’t know if this will help but this place is Riley good and it’s never really been crowded but I only go that for the mine golf so ya it is amazing !!!
Jay Sahagun: this place is great, the go karts are super fun and the games are awesome. the reviews saying they don’t work don’t realize that arcade games break down time to time and just ask for some help! other than that everything here is awesome.
Ray Runyon: Nice place for mini golf and go karts. Always have fun going.

Sky Zone Trampoline Park: what do users think?
Nikhil Shinde: I cancelled my membership 2 months ago but still got charged, when I asked the general manager he tells to email him and I get no response back. When I go in person he says he has cancelled it but he doesn’t know why I am getting charged.
Jessica Medemar (Jessie): The people were really nice. The obstacles were fun.
Dj H: My family and I had a great night here. The employee, Hunter really made our night with his help and hard work. They were understaffed and under construction, but the staff who were there were working very hard to help everyone they could. It seemed they were in need of some basic repairs inside and outside, but the equipment all seemed efficient. They were doing more construction. We will be back.
TerriJG: Great jumping place! Welll run and well supervised but the bathrooms need a little more checking during the night.
Jenna Schutte: My crew had a blast! And the staff was very friendly
jpgr8937: Very fun! There is a lot for you to do and fill your time with, including a zipline, rock climbing wall, dodgeball, monkey bars, a couple obstacle courses and of course, trampolines everywhere. Food and drink prices run a little high but not terribly. I'm giving 4 stars since a large chunk of the facility was inaccessible due to ongoing construction.
Carla Day: They did a great job welcoming our basketball team, thanks for a good time!
Dan Lanning, MSSCM: Great location, underwhelmed staff. As parents, we get it, working at a place like this can really be a test on the nerves, but the staff would really do well to get some training on customer service and attitude. Customers shouldn't be treated like they're an inconvenience.
Joanna Lupo: Our grandson had a great time jumping on the trampolines, and swinging over the foam pits. Reasonably priced, good place for birthday parties, or family time.
Rob Richards: Bought the day pass left for dinner after 2 hours and was told that the pass was all day got back at glow zone and they didn't allow us in. The day pass does not include glow zone times very disappointing. Also the building is in poor shape and a large section dismantled
Matthew Asselin: 23 years old and still have fun
marilyn corson: Fun place, great price, kids loved it!
Larry Kleymeer: Very crowded. My grandson had his birthday party there. The party room that they gave us was never cleaned. No one was using the room when we arrived and the kids jumped for an hour before we went to the room. They are in the process of putting new equipment in which is good to see. They should take more care of people booking parties here.
Karen Feenstra: I took my grandkids here and the only issue I have is that when my 4-year-old granddaughter wanted to do the zip line the woman attending it was not helpful at all. It was almost like she enjoyed watching the kids trying to reach for the bar which they couldn't. It was horrible watching. She did not help at all. I pulled my granddaughter out of line because of that. Get people that want to be there and enjoy children. Not somebody that wants to torture children
haley rohr: If I could’ve given zero stars I would have. This place is an absolutely disgusting facility. We paid $400 for my sons birthday today and it was the worst place I’ve ever thrown a party. I paid to have a party host and she was no where to be found for the first hour. She finally introduces herself after I kept going to the counter for multiple things I needed. I seen her 1 time when she brought the pizzas which were late. My party room was out of everything and never got stocked after the party before us. They also didn’t tell me they had half the facility closed off for construction when I booked my party. There are flat screen tvs in the room but couldn’t figure them out because the workers were too busy standing around not helping customers. The staff are a bunch of young kids that do not care about customers and neglect them. This is the last time I will ever spend money here and I would like a refund because I was a not given what I paid for.
Thomas Holmes: Everything to love about this place! It never misses with the kids! Bit on the pricey side when paying by the hour (or half hour).Hasn't changed over the years.
Kim Blok: This place has gone downhill. We used to come here quite regularly over a year ago and it was always a good experience. This time was terrible. The girl in the hot pink shirt working during our visit today was horribly rude to the kids. She wanted to stand around and talk to her friend rather than run the wipe out station. She was horribly rude to the kids that wanted to keep playing on it after a single one minute long turn. She rolled her eyes like they were really putting her out. Completely uncalled for. She ran it one more time and then shut it down. She kept yelling at the kids because they were running. I have never heard of anyone telling a child not to run in one of these places.😂 The place was freezing cold and areas are closed and torn apart. It appears they are trying to run this place on a shoestring. It’s just run down. We ordered food and they had no condiments to go with anything and the food was gross. They had several employees just standing around in a back room. After talking to a manager he did nothing to make it right. This will be our last time here.
Lopoman: Great place to take family and friends kids had a blast friendly staff 👌
Careta Gilmore: After paying for multiple socks because I didn’t know you had to wear the Skyzone brand…. An employee asked me if I paid for those socks or exchanged them and I said , “I paid for them.” She asked for my receipt and went to talk to her manager (assuming) because they could have been exchanged. She came back to say sorry since I didn’t ask for the exchange there’s nothing they can do. Mind you she approached me and I was thankful thinking she was going to bat for me only to be told sorry. Mind you another employee (while the first was back in the office) said to me sorry we have new people were training. My thing is how would I know to ask for an exchange if that wasn’t communicated to me???? Clearly this manager doesn’t want to issue me a refund. Which is fine but something else could have been offered! Bad business!
Dawgishly10: It’s a fun place, but every time we go there they try to deny us use of the coupon card that we purchased from them. I mean who tries to not let customers use coupons? Let along coupons you purchased from them. It’s just beyond ridiculous.
Jake Schubeck: Pretty good but out of so many options of their food. Pop is expensive too. Lot of fun though.

Catch Air Grand Rapids: what do users think?
Anthony Punt: Awesome place for kids of all ages. Lots of safe activities.
Tony Minser: Fun for kids age 1.5 to about 10. Unfortunately the business closes forever on 4 Sep 2022.
the happy family: Was there for a birthday party and it was lovely the employees were very nice and helpful and the younger kids really enjoyed their self it just wasn't much for the older kids to do
Aubree Mosby: We brought our little ones here for the first time this morning. It's a bit pricey (not expensive though), but it is definitely money well spent for the opportunity to let the kiddies run all of their pent up energy out.Our babies loved it. And my husband and I appreciate the kind gentleman who immediately brought us an ice pack for our daughter's busted lip. Thank you so much! And it was really nice to see the consistent disinfecting of the surfaces. They do make an effort to keep things as clean as possible. We will definitely bring our babies back for more fun.
Kassidy Ferguson: The last time I came to catch air was 7-8 years ago. We recently came back to visit. Although my one & two year old children had a really nice time, I was a little disappointed. It use to be cheaper, and there use to be more things to do. I do understand the cost of everything has gone up. I actually have no problem paying a little extra, but when there is less to do I have to ask myself why raise the prices? There use to be a bounce obstacle course. There use to be a carousel. There use to be balls the kids could sit on & they would rotate. Other than that, the place was fairly clean. I noticed a couple staff members frequently vacuuming, washing tables, cleaning the bathroom. I also liked that the staff kept a pretty close eye on the toddler area, keeping the bigger kids out so people with littles didn’t have to worry about them getting trampled. This place really has lots of potential. Would love to see them do more with it.
Kari Williams: Super great experience! Great for walking/climbing infants as well as older kids.Loved that parents could interact and do pretty much everything your child was doing!
Tegan Fletcher: I had a birthday party for my 4 year olds and it was great! They had loads of time to play and got a private room (decorated by staff) with pizza and drinks. The kids even had a dance party to their favorite song. They made it a pretty stress free time! On another note, my grandmother fell in the parking lot and the staff there were so helpful and helped get her clean and bandaged up. It was a last minute party plan due to rain but it all turned out really great! It was also a super good deal compared to how much you would pay individually for the amount of people that can come. Our kids loved it!
Megan S: So. Much. Fun! Great place for the kids to play, love the security measures to make sure your kid is safe. Definitely going back!
Lesly Garcia: Se ve muy lindo muy divertido.. Mi pregunta será también un lugar hispánico..: me gustaría llevar a mi hija😍😉
Jill Crosby: We used to love catch air! But our past experience wasn't a good one. The staff members who checked us in was rude and unhelpful. We finally got checked in and were having a blast when she came over and told me my 4 year old who is 42" tall is too big for the "toddler" area. So she made us leave... well that totally wrecked the experience for my daughter and two year old son being able to play together. It was very disappointing. We won't be coming back.
Zee Littlejohn: Horrible experience!!! Never book here .. SMFH
Mac Hernandez: Went here for my son's 2nd birthday and had a great time, fun for kids of all ages and feels like a good safe environment. I also loved how they had the dance parties. Only suggestion, get some vegan snacks or possibly food? Otherwise definitely recommend, prices are good for the amount of fun the kiddos will have.
andreabatom18: Paradise for a child
Tawanda Griffin: My son had a great time the smile on his face priceless . Perfect place to burn off all his energy.
David Woodman: Grand kids had a great time
Laura Depue: Great for kids. They are very clean and friendly.
Katey Hull: This place was a blast for my 2 year old. However we brought my 9 year old and she grew board pretty quickly. The check in process was very easy and very safe with invisible ink Number identification system. Catch air is definitely geared towards age about 6 and under. I loved how big this place is so much for the kids to do we were there for about 4 hours and the only reason we left was my oldest was ready to go. This place is clean, has awesome kid friendly music playing. When we were there they had a dance party that was super cute with bubbles. It just had a overall Upbeat feeling. The best part for me was all the heathy food options. I feel like this very rare to find and a play center like it. Apples, grapes, bananas, carrots, yogurt, applesauce, lunchables and all at very reasonable prices. The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 starts is that the staff were not very upbeat and friendly or helpful. And I also think it needs to be made clear this is for very young children.
Tony Felder: Great place to take the kids!
M D: The absolute most disturbing disgusting awful place! Very poor management. Kids play area should be shut down!! NO SHOES IN THE PUBLIC BATHROOM!!! REALLY!! Where's the health department? The smell!! Clearly not kept clean or sanitized! No body supervising the slide! Kids going down head first in the last kid who hadn't moved yet. What a disaster.
Ben Black: Worst place ever pulled up to kid being taken away in ambulance, paid way too much to get in and was told my son could not play at all and then was told my daughter couldn’t play in the kids area because she is 2 in to tall but it’s to scared to play in the big kid area, staff kept approaching my children to tell them something or another and couldn’t bring one present in for birthday these are the things I remember not even all of the problems DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
Wally De La Fuente: Kids can't wait to go back, it's all theu talk about! We were there for 3 hours!

Mary Brown: For a Friday afternoon, it was very good, not terribly busy. It was a half day of school for our kids. We took six 13 yr old boys, and they had a great time with the 3hr unlimited wristbands. We didn't find the lockers at first, and 4 of the boys' coats/sweatshirts were stolen -- and they weren't fancy or valuable clothes, so I highly recommend leaving stuff locked in your car or finding the lockers behind the roller coaster for your things!

Tammy Martin: It's ok but expensive and half the games don't work
H Howard: Never disappointed
Always On Time: Not a great spot for any kids under 3. The kiddie bounce house has kids no room for kids who are 18 months old to play as all other kids under 42 inches are in same area and bounce these smaller kids around. Really need a separate area for baby’s especially since they made us pay for my 18th month old to jump and pay for socks.
Jason Morris: Made the drive here from the Flint area and we really had a good time. The facilities were clean, the food was good, and the attractions were fun. My only complaint is that every one of the staff seemed absolutely miserable to be there and I mean every one. Not a single smile, not a "did ya have a good ride" nothing. I almost thought it was on purpose. None of them spoke. There were 5 in the jump area mingling together playing on their phones not watching anything that was going on. If the staff had some fun or smiles or interacted with the guests in any way, this place could really be top notch.
Michael Sharp: The arcade prices have become unreasonable.$8 for one video game, and the normal stupid things are $3 a play. I won't be going back
Peter Shyne: Had a great time with my Son!! There is something for everyone, from the Arcade to the Zip Line. Don't skip the Buffet, a great selection of food to choose from. A safe place for Family fun!!
Jennifer Dibble: This mine favorite place and my kid's! I like the games! Food was okay! My favorite game was skeeball!

skylar: amazing experience !! i went with my little sister, my sister can’t have gluten, so i had to discuss with a staff named jasper on how those pizzas are made, he was a very kind boy. he helped make a good pizza ( if he helped cook it lol i’m not sure!!) but he was very kind and patient even when my patience was wearing thin. we went on a saturday morning and it was very busy but jasper and the other staff still got our pizza out in a timely manner. overall my visit with my sister was 10 times better because of the amazing staff at this location.
Cynthia Baum: Endless fun, with everything in one great big fun house! Lazer tag, trampolines, gocarts, bumper cars, arcade, and more. Plus, a delicious buffet to keep you going~
brandon beimers: Great time for kids and adults. Buffet is worth it.
Braelyn Sikkema: Loved it! It was sooooo fun
David Kranz: Dissapointed and buffet was not much of a buffet. Not very clean either. Attractions were good, service was poor.
Chuck Elliott: We always gave a great time at Craig's Cruisers!

Marya Norman: We got here thinking we would have access to everything since we paid for the unlimited fun and buffet but everything outside was closed even the golf, it did not say anything on the website when the things outside would be open... We had asked an employee and she stated the things outside did not open till 4pm and we went early because it was suppose to rain that afternoon, our end time was 3pm. I'm only giving it a 1 star because the only thing that was half way decent was the food and they didn't even have half the buffet open, pretty much just a salad bar and choice of three different pizzas, and some chicken🍗. Very disappointed we spent so much and didn't get the full experience.

Rebounderz Grand Rapids - Indoor Trampoline and Adventure Park: what do users think?
Karen Fox: The kids had a great time for my daughter's birthday and the front desk clerks were friendly
Robert S: Lots of things here for kids especially under 12 to have fun for hours on end and a decent price.
Bryan Savickas: My daughter (8) would live here if she could! Lots of fun and affordable with several things to do besides jump. Beats competition with variety and setup.
Paige Morse: It's a lot of fun even for young adults
Allison Barb: We loved it here, didn't realize how much stuff their is to do for kids and as a family. We will be back when we are in town.
Jason Snell: Samantha went above and beyond to help me and my family into the membership system.
Sherrill Verbrugge: It is well maintained. The bathroom is clean. There are enough variety of activities to keep kids entertained.
Rachel P: It's always a fun time
Lauren P: This place is good for younger kids. But teens or older don't really have much to do since they're too tall. Small kids love it though. I was disappointed to have paid so much for 4 kids and only 2 of them enjoyed their time here. Older/taller kids should be cheaper.
Becky Lemmen: Fun place. Saturdays are nuts and crowded but kids don't seem to care.
Kimberly Lares: Two of your employees reached out to me and my grandkids, they made signing in an easy experience for a grandma not good with computers, Samantha was excellent, so friendly, and never made me feel like a bother. She was so willing to help. Jacob helped my grandkids at the snack bar. Thank you.
Brett Grams: awesome event at rebounders. Everything was clean and in order things moved flawlessly. thanks for a great night
Shannon K: Love this place! Highly recommend if you have kids. Get their yearly family plan. Long winters and gray skies go to Rebounderz :)
Nick Fortuna: Been here before with my son who is 2 years old. I am always by him except for the indoor playground/bubble jump areas with the "max height" limits. It was his favorite place, until he broke his arm falling off a step from the playground. At the time, I didn't think there was adequate staff overseeing this busy area where the younger and most vulnerable kids are playing, but it sounds like they might step it up.Don't get me wrong, it's a fun place. I know broken bones will happen in places like this (the bone surgeon at the hospital confirmed by saying they see cases several times a week). I would just be weary of bringing any kids under 4, and keeping your little ones heavily supervised.Note: I had updated this review from 2 stars to 4. Originally, I was disappointed because they didn't call to follow-up within the period they had said, and I didn't have enough information to understand what had happened. After leaving this review, Samantha had left me a voicemail, which I didn't see due to having a new phone. Over two weeks later I found the voicemail and called on a whim to see if she remembered, and I was pleasantly surprised she recalled without hesitation. This to me shows that we were not just "another casualty to be forgotten" as I may have posted earlier. I received a genuine apology and understandable explanation from Samantha, and we went over what they had seen on their security cameras. After the traumatic experience, I would feel comfortable coming back once I know my son fully heals and isn't immediately going to refracture his arm.
Tony Riedinger: Lots of things to do. Cool themed rooms, but the pizza wasn't good
Richard Mom: Great place for Family to Burn Off Energy Ang Exercise 🤔😁
Mark Mulder: Kids had fun,. Plenty of comfy seats for the parents
Jonathan Shelley: Something for everyone.
Jacob Vankempen: My kids have a heyday every time we go here. They were good enough to open the high jump for a few jumps for my kids even while it was closed.
AJ Piotrowski: great way for the kids to get out the energy. We have a membership and they always look forward to it.
rex lim: This place is huge. Kids love it! The major downside is the pricing. I think business would be much better if hourly individual cost w/ no memberships would be less. All people in the area that i have spoken to agrees.

Launch Trampoline Park Grand Rapids: what do users think?
Emily Killingsworth: Staff was somewhat knowledgeable. The entire time we were here the place smelled like something was burning. Not sure if they’re allowed to, but the staff were jumping and bouncing around. Brought my son here for his birthday and for our first time, didn’t feel exactly welcome
Cailee Ingram: NOT SAFE AT ALL.
Beetle-juuce e: this establishment lets unsafe and deadly situations happen
alexia p: unsecured nets with openings leading to 15ft drops of concrete floor. unsafe and staff do not care. don’t come here.
Gabrielle Doty: What a shame! The SAFETY nets are not put in place for safety. They were unsecured and a little girl actually fell down it. Imagine if this was your child. 15ft drop with CONCRETE was what she was almost faced with. Get your stuff together or might as well close since you can’t keep together your “safety” nets.
Alexis Morris: A toddler almost lost their life due to the lack and negligence the workers has caused not ensuring the trampolines were kid proof/ safe to jump on I hope this place goes out of business !!
phia lewis: just super dangerous place. a child fell almost 15 feet to a concrete floor below due to unsecured nets.
Jocelyn Sadie: Extremely dangerous. This place is NOT 100% safe. Do NOT go there, for your safety! Please!!!
Rachel Olaoye: Extremely dangerous conditions. Do not bring your children here
Gaby Zamora: management and corporate clearly do not care about child safety. do NOT come here or any other launch location.
Mya Khatter: Unsafe for any childern
Kevin Walker: Looks dangerous, heard a child almost got violently hurt here
Anika D: NOT SAFE!!! Negligent staff do not care about children’s safety. A 4 year old almost died and they did nothing!!! disgusting.
Lupe Hernandez: Our host was terrible. The place is not bad but for a party the host will make a huge difference
Parker Magnuson: A 4 year old nearly died here, this place is NOT SAFE! She ALMOST fell through a 15 foot hole onto concrete and she caught herself in time! SUE THIS!
Melissa Mayorga: My kid really enjoyed his party! Great service, delicious pizza !!!The kids enjoyed a lot!
Ed King: This is perfect for my 3 year old grandsons for toddler time!
Justice Brooks: Do not care about safety in toddler zone.
blue !: Four year old almost fell down 15ft hole leading to concrete with unsecured net. If you were about safety, you'd make efforts to do something about that possibility BEFORE someone almost fell down- including safety nets below, padding, locks that must be routinely checked, ect. It's negligence and you need to do better.
Jo Williams: Staff and management don't care about safety
Ava Cuevas: Absolutely horrible. The staff does not value their customers safety, a 4 year old had almost died due to the irresponsibility of the staff working there, please do better and do not bring your children here.
