Jody Smith: This place has been here as far as I can remember and I am telling you, it hasn't changed one bit. The only problem I can see, that would reaĺly affect their business: changing names, doesn't help the fact that they need to spend more time on employer relations. By that I mean always being available if your employee needs help or just has s random quesion. The job of a store manager may be difficult to some and easy as pie to others, but both need to set down a standard on how they train and treat employees. Now (don't flip out) I am not saying all managers don't train their people cause I don't know, but I do know that if I can spend 20 minutes as a customer helping out your employee, then your training is not efficient and you need to spend more time finding out what works for each employee, training and retention wise. You will gain respect from the customer as well as your employees.

Joe Sobczak: Absolutely terrible. They locked the door to get inside and claim they are using the restroom with a sign on the door. I left and came back a half hour later any they were still locked up. Alot of customers left and they lost sales. Whoever owns this place needs to restaff.

Ashley Shettles: The employees at this location are a joke! They don't speak to you at all unless they have to. Always sitting around behind the counter while nothing is stocked or clean! I wanted to buy a case of drinks this morning and was basically told he will look for it when he gets time. And I'm just standing there waiting he never went to look neither did the other cashier.

Mea Ann: Very impressed with the girl who checked me out today. I didn’t catch her name but she was very personable, friendly & I even offered her a job. (Sorry admiral) Great customer service. The inside of the store looked recently updated, however I gave four stars instead of five because the outside is a little run down & could use a slight spruce up to match the inside.

Dennis Cotten II: I like the store. Convenient and good variety, but I avoid it like the plague in the early morning hours on my way to work. The kid working the overnights is unbearable to deal with. He shouts loadly at the customers when they walk in (and thinks is funny) and does it again if they don't respond to him. It's one thing to say "good morning" to customers when they walk in but, It is quite another thing to shout it load and quickly to scare them when the door they walk in from is less then 10 feet from the counter. He is the reason I try my hardest to not have to stop there in the morning, He has no people skills.Wait until after 7am to go there is at all possible.

BBBK Professional: They lady with the pink hair and tattoos refused to speak to me as she was working cashier and I was paying as the customer .I watched as soon as a person of fair skin color approached the cashier spoke and acknowledged her.That is a so unprofessional and ghetto.
Matt Weber: Easily the WORST station in the area. The store is poorly light, usually dirty & the employees looked like they just got out of bed & possibly on parole. The employees are usually in street clothes & I'm often not sure if they even work there... They NEVER ask for my fuel rewards, they just bypass it every time, then have to void it and start over when I say I have them. No one here seems to care about themselves, their job, or the appearance of their lot/store.Numerous times I've been here & there's a child hanging out behind the counter, with I'm assuming her mom, who's the employee? Noah Jewell: Came for gas and a car wash. Got gas no problem and was prompted if I wanted a car wash as well. Paid for it and pulled up to the door, it was posted that it would open automatically. It did not so I went inside and asked if the car wash was working. I was first told it was not and then I was told it would be turned on. During the car wash it stopped about 15 times and did an awful job.

Decided to still go in for a soda on the Shell side. Woman attending counter had her child behind the counter, not only were neither wearing masks but the child was picking her nose. Happened at 4:40p on 10-29-20. Will not be back again as I see that there have been many complaints over the past couple months and the owners have not been paying attention. Sad because this is just down the road in my neighborhood.

Prices are as you'd expect for a station in a downtown area, close to many high interest venues and within waking distance to local hotels, bus station, ect. Wonderful attendant at the cash register. She was very friendly and helpful and seemed genuinely happy to be working with the public. The location is easy to get to right off the highway,but there is no public restroom. I highly recommend visiting this station on your way through Grand Rapids, Mi.

Kristina King: Opens late and closes early. It's never available and I live a 2 minute walk from there. The cashier is nice but always has something wrong with her physically and it seems like it hurts for her to work. She usually sitting down with her shoes off.
