I said I will when I'm done with my purchase, she said no now...I said ok left my drinks on the counter and left...I will not need back there!!!! I have had issues with that location before and decided it has been years, so I would try to use them again...BUT NO...FIRST INSTICTS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT!!!! NEIGHBORHOOD STORE OR NOT.... THEY HAVE LOST MINE & MY FAMILIES BUSINESS!!!! 10 mins. Later I came back by and there was a van parked right in front of the door & I asked if they told her to move & of course they didn't. So they pick and chose who they tell to move...I'm Done with this place!!! I don't care...if I'm late, in a hurry...whatever..I will not need back!!!!

Bill Eichelberger: The station is clean. Can be tricky to get out of the parking lot. The manager is very friendly and polite. The only problem was the men's restroom smelled like pot, but what else would you expect from the people using it.

BBBK Professional: They lady with the pink hair and tattoos refused to speak to me as she was working cashier and I was paying as the customer .I watched as soon as a person of fair skin color approached the cashier spoke and acknowledged her.That is a so unprofessional and ghetto.
Matt Weber: Easily the WORST station in the area. The store is poorly light, usually dirty & the employees looked like they just got out of bed & possibly on parole. The employees are usually in street clothes & I'm often not sure if they even work there... They NEVER ask for my fuel rewards, they just bypass it every time, then have to void it and start over when I say I have them. No one here seems to care about themselves, their job, or the appearance of their lot/store.Numerous times I've been here & there's a child hanging out behind the counter, with I'm assuming her mom, who's the employee? I HATE when I have to come here, because my experience is always awful.I really wish some Shell Execs could see these horrid reviews, and go clean this place up.Absolutely 0 out of 10.

Noah Jewell: Came for gas and a car wash. Got gas no problem and was prompted if I wanted a car wash as well. Paid for it and pulled up to the door, it was posted that it would open automatically. It did not so I went inside and asked if the car wash was working. I was first told it was not and then I was told it would be turned on. During the car wash it stopped about 15 times and did an awful job.

Sir Cerebral: Slowest gas pump I've ever used. Took me 5 minutes to pump 4 gallons... the inside is clean and the product selection is nice. The pumps kind of ruin it though.
Terry Stritzinger: Sat in my car out front for a minute before going in and watched two obese women who work at the BluTaco connected to the gas station talking a foot apart with no mask in the doorway. Decided to still go in for a soda on the Shell side. Woman attending counter had her child behind the counter, not only were neither wearing masks but the child was picking her nose. Happened at 4:40p on 10-29-20. Will not be back again as I see that there have been many complaints over the past couple months and the owners have not been paying attention. Sad because this is just down the road in my neighborhood.

Dennis Cotten II: I like the store. Convenient and good variety, but I avoid it like the plague in the early morning hours on my way to work. The kid working the overnights is unbearable to deal with. He shouts loadly at the customers when they walk in (and thinks is funny) and does it again if they don't respond to him. It's one thing to say "good morning" to customers when they walk in but, It is quite another thing to shout it load and quickly to scare them when the door they walk in from is less then 10 feet from the counter. He is the reason I try my hardest to not have to stop there in the morning, He has no people skills.Wait until after 7am to go there is at all possible.

Kevin Howe: Swung in at 12:13 am to grab a snack and the doors were locked. Lights on and no one inside as far as I could see…just a guy sitting out front smoking and begging for money.

It's been weeks now and nobody from corporate or this store has ever gotten back to me. Never go here if you have to budget or are poor because this store will cause you to overdraft when you least expect it.

Jeremy Kay: Terrible customer service. The young man that works inside will ignore you and talk to other workers while you are waiting to pay. Then when you pay he will ignore the fact that you need a bag for your items. They also use strong language so it is not a friendly place to bring your kids. I hope who ever manages this location realizes that they need new employees. I will not be returning to this location after what I experienced today.

Mr. Bernatowicz: This gas station is not motorcycle friendly. I came in and the african american woman at the counter said something to me which i didnt hear and said excuse me. She then proceeded to start yelling at me in front of other customers that i wasnt taking my helmet off. I asked her to please stop yelling at me while taking my gloves off(i cannot remove my helmet with gloves on). The told me i have to take it off outside while still yelling and i said to her ma'am please calm down and then she asked me to leave. I have been coming here for two years and will no longer be a customer here with poor employees like this.

The Outsider: I have to take away two stars. One for the bad location. Which makes it hard to get in and out of no matter how bad the traffic is on 28 street. Then minus one star for the small parking lot and narrow lanes that makes it hard to navigate especially, when they are busy, which is almost always.I do however like their rewards program and never had a problem with their gas. Also their gas prices are always competitive.
