It is beyond obnoxious.Every single time I've been here there have been multiple people going around to every single person that comes in asking for money. It seems like the strategy here is to try and physically intimidate people into giving you money. You absolutely have homeless people committing what is legally known as assault numerous times every hour every single day in your parking lot. It is utterly ridiculous that you are allowing this.

Samantha Laube: The man behind the counter was easy going and quick. The inside was not in the best of shape and kind of smelled like smoke. This location is kind of rough, lots of people just hanging around/passing through who WILL try to get your attention and ask you for money. As a girl who does a lot of things alone, this is a big no no so I will unfortunately not be returning.Had nothing to do with the quality of service I recieved, just location related.

Chad Baki: Had 1 cashier that couldn't add 3+2, then the next day another cashier did not have change for a $50 bill, even though I was going to spend $30 of that $50. Avoid this place at all costs, Meijer gas station is not far away and a much better experience.

nicholas Magnan: The absolute worst gas station you can go to in the whole city of grand rapids. The manager is sure a piece of work. I had went to get a pack of smokes for me and a vape for my adult girlfriend and when the worker was explaining the flavors to me at the counter, they neglected to mention the bottom shelf were all 0% nicotine and the only favors that sounded good were the ones that were 0 nic on the bottom shelf. I left and when i turned the corner the SMALL boarder that said "NEW 0% NIC" i was immediately upset because i was under the assumption it had nicotine because it wasnt mentioned. I go back to the store after only driving about 30 feet away and i get told they cant do nothing for me and the manager straight up tells me its my own fault and they cant do nothing for me. Worst customer service i have ever experienced absolutely avoid this place at all costs.

I would buy 5 a week if they had it in stock. The customer isn't always right in this station. Sad but they treat everyone as a homeless person. A few employees are great as they get to know you.

Tera Richardson: It was very clean and great customer service! Prices are as you'd expect for a station in a downtown area, close to many high interest venues and within waking distance to local hotels, bus station, ect. Wonderful attendant at the cash register. She was very friendly and helpful and seemed genuinely happy to be working with the public. The location is easy to get to right off the highway,but there is no public restroom. I highly recommend visiting this station on your way through Grand Rapids, Mi.

Kristina King: Opens late and closes early. It's never available and I live a 2 minute walk from there. The cashier is nice but always has something wrong with her physically and it seems like it hurts for her to work. She usually sitting down with her shoes off. It closes before 7pm and opens after 7am. It's basically useless.

They were unsure of what I was talking about.Service may be exceptional as well it should be for a minimum of $79.99 for a full synthetic oil change going up to $124.99 for the 10,000 mile.
