BoB: I would stay AWAY if you’re someone that is disabled or in need of any accommodations. I have seen first hand the way management treats those with disabilities and it was horrendous. Maybe, they will take the suggestion of training employees to be able to interact with those who are needing a different kind of assistance, until then I would recommend going down the road to the Shell gas station, it was the place that had their employees best trained in the area.
Leanne M: Came to put gas in my tire because it was low on air, it was super convenient to do it there and while I was here I went in and grabbed some coffee for me and my boyfriend who was helping me. Very thankful for them for helping out on that stressful morning
Noah Paris: Where to begin, first off I can’t believe I’m doing a review of a gas station but honestly the service and the station is so horrendous people need to know!Constantly closed, you’re more than likely not even going to be able to get anything because they’re always closed after 7:00 PM or they’ll have the window open and you can only get gas and cigarettes nothing else out of a hole convenient store at 7 o’clock…I mean I know Circle K has a really consistent trashy reputation but you even impressed ROFLIt’s really hard to be part of the community when you’re constantly closed to the community, and it’s not like it’s sometimes, it’s usually and consistently.

Vivian Ridgeway: Arachnophobia alert!! If you suffer from any type of aracnophobia avoid this station at all costs. I stopped to get gas and a spider landed in my hair. I looked up and between the 2 pumps there must have been at least one hundred spiders. I can handle one or two but this was 98 over my limit. The staff were unapologetic and rude. Legitimate phobias are no laughing matter and these guys were awful.

I have had issues with that location before and decided it has been years, so I would try to use them again...BUT NO...FIRST INSTICTS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT!!!! NEIGHBORHOOD STORE OR NOT.... THEY HAVE LOST MINE & MY FAMILIES BUSINESS!!!! 10 mins. Later I came back by and there was a van parked right in front of the door & I asked if they told her to move & of course they didn't. So they pick and chose who they tell to move...I'm Done with this place!!! I don't care...if I'm late, in a hurry...whatever..I will not need back!!!!

T S: Compared to the other meijer gas stations on 28th street, this location is quite run down and dirty.

Brad Ryder: Good location for gas and refreshments and bathroom, and it's a Meijer so always clean. However, the other day as I walked up, a man asked me for money. So I told the clerk, "You've got a panhandler outside." All she said was, "Yeah, they do that a lot. You don't have to give them anything." Which wasn't really the point. Meijer shouldn't allow their customers to be harassed on their property.

Also, as everyone else has said: closing the "convenience" store at 10:00pm is outrageous considering the area. This is made worse by employees ignoring customers at the walk up window.

Laurie Hedgecock: Stopped for gas. Followed directions for card usage, card approved. THEN, lifting nozzle to pump gas, didn't clear old transaction so I could proceed. No response via speaker on pump station. Forced to enter store for help. "Help" was a female employee who called me stupid, then continued with shouted profane insults. Incident reported to corporate office for follow-up. Not a good example of customer service.

Andrew DeBoer: Apparently Meijer does not take feeding their customers seriously, after eating the same soggy slices of pizza for over 3 years it’s still disappointing to find the shelves bare and the pizza warmers empty. Most of the staff takes pride in what they do and they do it well but I think the new management is inadequate to support the volume of customers they have.
Wayne VM: New management is the worst. They never have any breakfast made in the morning. Can Definitely tell that he doesn’t take care of his workers. Overall a place I’m not too fond of going back too.

Josh Jones: Stopped in and thought Mijers is doin gas stations now. First one I've stopped in. It was nice and clean as most Mijers are and I used the restroom and went to wash my hands. There was no soap in the dispenser. I let the clerk know and he responded that we don't put soap in our restroom anymore. Who wants to go #2 and not have soap to wash their hands? Mijers please fix this! You're better than that!
Shannom Feutz: My ID was expired , I went and got new ID the State gave me a paper ID along with my void ID. I was able to use the paper ID to VOTE today but NOT allowed to use the paper ID for cigarettes. Such a joke.

They have inconsistent hours do not trust this gas station if you have no gas drive down the street and go to mobile it’s not worth stopping here at all. Youll find yourself late to work because they close an hour before their set times and if you want to pay inside or get snacks because your visiting from somewhere welp they will be closed during the day too. I have 0 miles in gas and only have cash so here I am stranded at this gas station. Worst experience every time. Just save yourself the stop and go down the street I wish I did. Ohh and they never put signs up to let you know either check my pictures

Dennis Cotten II: I like the store. Convenient and good variety, but I avoid it like the plague in the early morning hours on my way to work. The kid working the overnights is unbearable to deal with. He shouts loadly at the customers when they walk in (and thinks is funny) and does it again if they don't respond to him. It's one thing to say "good morning" to customers when they walk in but, It is quite another thing to shout it load and quickly to scare them when the door they walk in from is less then 10 feet from the counter. He is the reason I try my hardest to not have to stop there in the morning, He has no people skills.Wait until after 7am to go there is at all possible.

Shannon “Honesty”: I was a faithful client for two years straight at a very popular car wash company. I spent lots of money on monthly unlimited washes. Now after a recommendation to try the car wash here at this gas station on alpine, I have realized I wasted a lot of my money the past 2 years. I was amazed!!! Not only was this small, stay in one place car wash so officiant in cleaning my vehicle powerfully. It cleaned better for half the money too then my old car wash did. I now go here frequently. With no long lines. And no regrets! You have to try it out before you can disagree! 😊

Jason Jones: Waited 25 minutes for the nightshift worker to come to the counter to help us through the window. Hit the button many times, even banged on the window LOUDLY. He was back in the food prep area and never once even looked at the front of the store to see if he had people waiting(which he did) there were 4 of us there and myself and 1 left without anything.
kelsey moreland: the big guy refused to sell me a backwood because i was with my 9 year old daughter. and instead of being nice about it he called me “mate” and yelled in front of the entire store saying i was buying them for my 9 year old.
Jayme Tryon: Curly haired very tall dude always acts like everyone's existence is the biggest inconvenience to him. I've never seen such a dramatic gas station employee before. Literally every time I go there (which is pretty often) this guy is having some kind of disaster that in his head gives him the right to be a complete total d*ck to every customer. It's gotten to where if I see him there, I won't buy anything. His attitude will suck the joy out of the entire room. Meijer should fire this dude, he suuuuuuuucks.

Michael Benjamin Kathram: Yesterday night was the worst experience i ever had in the 28th street cascade Gas station . i Took a pack of ciggrettes for my friend and went out for 10 sec. my friend wanted another cigg. packet not the one i brought . It was hardly 10 sec i came back they did not want to exchange for another one . Did not even give my money back . once your out of the door we wont take any exchange .If you want will call the cops . What nonsense was that even when i was talking normally . call the cops you can check the camera . i did not do anything wrong. i said call manager some girl came acting as Manager which she was not a manager clearly i can tell that . She was of no help calling her manager. I said dont forget to pick up the money i left. one long haired guy very wrong attitude . That is not the way you do customer service. Meijer should take some serious action if they care about customer service.

Jeremy Weber: I pumped $7 worth of gas and was charged $30 on my debit card and have been trying to contact Meijer for over a week and no one will talk to me or help me get my money back it has been a huge headache the staff at the Meijer gas station was of no help whatsoever and very disrespectful

Reggie: Apparently having severe asthma makes the two girls behind the plexiglas uncomfortable and they dont serve my kind (they were guys) 7.30.20 around seven. Should probably remove them from the cashier position if they just going to turn money out the door because you cant breath naturally. So disrespectful and finally a guy from the back came and helped me. This isnt the 1st time I've had the worst service I've ever had. This place is the worst and they dont care who they hire.

Sara Kadwell: Friendly staff. Good coffee and snack selection. Easy transactions in and out.
Russell Palmitier: The staff is friendly. I tried 4 different pumps and none of them would accept my Mperks, which is particularly inconvenient when you consider Mperks is only usable through their machines. You expect people to self serve then you should make sure the machines work.

They don't let me buy alcohol through the window! And even further, I've found out they aren't even supposed to closed on the inside until 12!
